Sean O'Sullivan SP | WAS
Red Sox's Sean O'Sullivan: Turns in serviceable outing in Friday start
O'Sullivan didn't factor into the decision versus the Rays on Friday, giving up four earned runs on seven hits and a walk over five innings. He struck out four.
After 93 pitches over five innings and having seen a 4-2 lead evaporate, manager John Farrell didn't want to push his luck with the erratic O'Sullivan. The veteran righty's performance was serviceable, but he did give up a Brad Miller sacrifice fly and Evan Longoria RBI single in his final inning of work, allowing the Rays to erase a two-run deficit. It remains to be seen if O'Sullivan will hang on to his rotation spot following the All-Star break.

Cole Hamels SP | SD
Rangers' Cole Hamels: Walks six in loss Friday
Hamels (9-2) allowed five runs on five hits and six walks while striking out four over 4.1 innings, but received no decision Friday against the Twins.
Hamels left with a 5-4 deficit, but the offense picked him up after his departure to take him off the hook for a potential loss. After posting a 1.51 ERA in June, he's allowed 10 runs in 8.1 innings over two July starts to raise his ERA to 3.21 on the year. He'll make his next start after the All-Star break.

Kyle Gibson SP | BAL
Twins' Kyle Gibson: Strikes out six Friday
Gibson (2-5) allowed four runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out six over five innings, but received no decision Friday at the Rangers.
Gibson left the contest with a 5-4 lead, but the bullpen quickly lost the lead in the sixth inning, leading to the no decision. He's only fired one quality start over his last four outings, and he has a 5.02 ERA on the year. He'll make his next start after the All-Star break.

Chris Sale SP | ATL
White Sox's Chris Sale: Hammered for eight runs Friday
Sale (14-3) allowed eight runs on 10 hits and two walks while striking out five over five innings to take the loss Friday against the Braves.
Despite allowing four runs in the first four innings, Sale was still in a 4-4 tie, but he then went on to allow an additional four runs in the fifth inning, leading to his third loss of the year. He's now failed to post a quality start in four of his last seven outings, and his ERA is at 3.38. He'll make his next start after the All-Star break.

Matthew Boyd SP | CHC
Tigers' Matt Boyd: Will be recalled to start Saturday
Boyd will be recalled from Triple-A Toledo to start Saturday's game at Toronto.
Boyd will get to face his former team Saturday after posting a 2.25 ERA in 11 starts this season with Toledo. However, he has a 6.44 ERA and 4.99 xFIP in 29.1 innings in the big leagues this year, and Saturday's matchup is not ideal, so it would be best to stay away for now in most formats.

Kevin Gausman SP | CHC
Orioles' Kevin Gausman: Available out of the bullpen Sunday
Gausman will be available out of the bullpen Sunday, MASN Sports reports. He struggled on the road with a 5.25 ERA and a 2.79 ERA at home.
Owners might pick off an extra appearance if the Orioles call his number Sunday. Gausman's availability is a result of All-Star break shuffling. He has just one win to show for some very good outings in the first half, but Gausman has plenty of downs with his ups. Gausman struggled on the road with a 5.25 ERA and a 2.79 ERA at home. Five of his last six starts came on the road and he made nine road starts in the first half vs. six home starts.

Athletics manager Bob Melvin said that Gray will start the second game for Oakland against Toronto after the All-Star break, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Gray will look to rebound after a rocky first half of the season (5.16 ERA) for the Athletics. Like his teammate Rich Hill, don't be surprised if you hear Gray's name thrown around in trade rumors as the Athletics are well out of contention in the American League West.

He is still on pace to return just after the second half of the season begins after being place on the DL retroactive to June 9. Casey Coleman SP | HOU
Rays' Casey Coleman: Rays sign Coleman
The Rays have signed Coleman and placed him at Triple-A Durham, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

He also accumulated four saves for the Rainiers during that stretch. The Rays will likely call on Coleman to pitch in the majors at some point in 2016.
