Jose Berrios SP | TOR
Twins' Jose Berrios: Receives spring training invite
Berrios will receive an invite to spring training, the Twins announced Thursday.
This comes as no surprise, as Berrios might be the organization's best pitcher, despite having never pitched in the big leagues. It was surprising that he was not used down the stretch in 2015, and it would be shocking if he was not in the big league rotation by late-April or early-May. Last year he posted a 2.62 ERA, 0.96 WHIP, and 83 strikeouts in 75.2 innings at Triple-A as a 21-year-old.

Sean O'Sullivan SP | WAS
Red Sox's Sean O'Sullivan: Signs minor league contract with Red Sox
O'Sullivan has signed a minor league contract with the Red Sox, Chris Cotillo of MLB Daily Dish reports.
O'Sullivan split his 2015 campaign between the Phillies and their Triple-A affiliate in Lehigh Valley. While he saw 13 starts for the Phillies, that was mostly due to a lack of depth in the rotation and injuries, and it seems highly likely he'll begin the season in the minors.

Dylan Bundy SP | NYM
Orioles' Dylan Bundy: Arm "feels great," set to begin throwing in near future
Bundy (shoulder) said Saturday that his arm "feels great" and that he will begin throwing next week, Roch Kubatko of MASN reports.
Bundy was shut down with right forearm strain during Arizona Fall League, but after some time off, he claims that his arm is feeling good enough to resume throwing in the near future. He has been slowed in recent years by elbow and shoulder injuries, which has prevented him from making the impact many expected from the talented right-hander. This year's spring training will be pivotal for Bundy as he is out of options and will need to make the big league roster.

Domingo German SP | PIT
Yankees' Domingo German: Re-signs with Yankees
German re-signed with the Yankees on Friday, The Westchester Journal News reports.
German was made a free agent last week after being non-tendered, but ended up back with his old organization. The 23-year-old is recovering from Tommy John surgery that he underwent in April, so he could miss the beginning of the 2016 season as he works his way back, but he's put up impressive numbers at the lower level of the minors when healthy.

Wade Miley SP | CIN
Mariners' Wade Miley: Traded to Mariners
Miley was traded to the Mariners on Monday in exchange for Roenis Elias and Carson Smith, Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reports.
Miley struggled in his lone year in Boston after being traded there last offseason to the tune of a 4.46 ERA, though he got better as the season went on. His strikeout numbers and ratios fell in his first season in the American League, but the 29-year-old should benefit from a move to the pitcher friendly environment of Safeco Field.

Dallas Keuchel SP | MIL
Astros' Dallas Keuchel: Tendered a contract by Astros
Keuchel was tendered a contract by the Astros on Wednesday, Evan Drellich of the Houston Chronicle reports.
This comes as no surprise, as the Astros relied heavily upon the Cy Young Award winner last season. Houston will bring him back to be the ace of the rotation once again in 2016 with the hope that he can replicate his 20-8 record and 2.48 ERA he posted in 2015.

Vance Worley SP | NYM
Orioles' Vance Worley: Signs deal to avoid arbitration
Worley signed a one-year, $2.6 million contract with the Orioles on Wednesday to avoid arbitration, Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports.
The Ray Searage magic ran out for Worley in 2015, as he turned in a 4.81 ERA and 1.65 WHIP in eight starts for Pittsburgh to begin the year and was promptly removed from the rotation. He spent the rest of the season between Triple-A and the bullpen, and the Orioles ultimately grabbed him off waivers in October, giving them an insurance policy for the rotation heading into spring training.

Kevin Gausman SP | CHC
Orioles' Kevin Gausman: To shed glasses after eye surgery
Gausman underwent LASIK surgery three days after the season ended, and will no longer need prescription glasses in 2016, MASN's Roch Kubatko reports.
This probably won't directly improve anything other than the young pitcher's style, but there are reasons to be bullish on him heading into 2016. Much has been made about the Orioles mishandling the talented righty, but that won't be an option next year, as Gausman is basically a lock to be in the rotation all year. He averaged 95.2 mph on his fastball in 2015, and still has the overall repertoire to be at least a No. 3 starter.

James Paxton SP | BOS
Mariners' James Paxton: Building up stamina with simulated games
Paxton (finger) has spent the offseason throwing simulated games at the Mariners' minor league complex in Arizona, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.
Paxton threw seven simulated innings Monday and will do so again later this week before shutting down for spring training. Among his 13 starts in 2015, seven went at least six innings, while only three reached the seven-inning threshold, which the aforementioned regimen is attempting to remedy as a part of the Mariners' rotation.
