Rangers P Martin Perez goes four innings in rehab start Saturday
Rangers left-hander Martin Perez, who is recovering from Tommy John surgery, made another rehab start for Triple-A Round Rock on Saturday. Perez went four innings, allowing one run on three hits. He struck out two and did not walk a batter, throwing 37 of his 51 pitches for strikes.
This was the longest Perez has gone in his three rehab outings thus far, and he has given up exactly one run in all three. The team has not provided an updated timetable for his return to the big league club.

Wade Miley SP | CIN
Wade Miley fans eight in loss for Red Sox
Red Sox starter Wade Miley matched a season high with eight strikeouts, but he suffered the loss, Saturday against Tampa.
Miley's record dropped to 7-7 as he snapped a personal two-game winning streak. After four scoreless innings on Saturday, he surrendered a two-run home run in the fifth for the only damage of the day.
"I thought Wade pitched very well," Red Sox manager John Farrell said, per MLB.com. "You know, he gets in a 1-2 count to Elmore that the slider doesn't get to the intended spot for the two-run homer. But even when he had men on, he made big pitches."
Miley allowed five hits and walked two over 6 1/3 innings.

Kyle Gibson SP | BAL
Twins SP Kyle Gibson snags first win in five weeks
Twins right-hander Kyle Gibson continued a remarkably consistent, if unspectacular, run Saturday in Milwaukee. His last four starts have proven nearly identical.
There was one difference against the Brewers. This time he won.
Gibson allowed two runs on six hits in 6 2/3 innings with one walk and three strikeouts. He pitched either five or six innings in his previous three outings and surrendered between 2-4 runs.
His latest start was marred only by RBI singles from Adam Lind in the fourth inning and Ryan Braun in the seventh that knocked him out of the game. His first win since May 24 raised his record to 5-6.
Gibson induced 12 ground balls that produced 13 outs. That proved encouraging.
"That's his game," Paul Molitor told MLB.com. "We talked before the game about being more aggressive. He gets a lot of ground balls with his downward movement, especially with his sinker."

Yankees starter Nathan Eovaldi won his second straight decision and fourth in his last five, Friday over Houston.
Eovaldi improved to 7-2, allowing two runs on five hits over six innings. He struck out six, matching his highest total since April 15.
It was a homecoming for Eovaldi, who grew up about 30 miles away. "It was big. I had a lot of friends and family here tonight," Eovaldi said. "It was just a big game. A lot of emotions. [I was] just trying not to let them get the best of me, and go out there and locate my pitches." he said.

Jose Quintana SP | COL
Jose Quintana scatters 11 hits in no-decision for White Sox
White Sox starter Jose Quintana gave up a career-high 11 hits over six innings. He surrendered just three runs, however, and escaped with a no-decision on Friday.
Quintana received run support, a rarity for him this season. The Sox hit three home runs and scored four runs, the most they've given Quintana since May 13.
"They have a pretty good lineup, and they are hot. They've had a lot of hits," Quintana said. "But I tried to get my outs. Try to get the game close, but that happens and come back tomorrow."

Corey Kluber SP | BOS
Corey Kluber fans 10 in no-decision for Indians
Indians starter Corey Kluber struck out 10 over seven innings but settled for a no-decision against Baltimore on Friday.
Kluber allowed three runs on seven hits. He had his 16th game with 10 or more strikeouts since the start of 2014, which ties Chris Sale for the most in MLB over that span.
"I don't really care about the numbers other than our team's win-loss record," Kluber said.
Kluber will finish a winless month of June. He hasn't won since May 28, going 0-4 in five starts since.
