Suarez earned the save Sunday against the Red Sox after firing 2.1 scoreless innings, allowing one hit and two walks while fanning four.

It was an unconventional save for Suarez, who recorded the final seven outs of the game with 45 pitches (27 strikes). Suarez now has two saves this season while striking out six across 3.1 innings in those two outings. However, he has gone just 2-for-4 in save chances during the 2021 season. The fact he owns an impressive 0.83 ERA across 32.2 innings this year would seem to suggest there might be more late-inning duties for him in the future, though.

Sanchez (1-0) earned the win in relief Sunday against the Red Sox after allowing one run on four hits and a walk across three innings, fanning two.

Sanchez worked behind opener Brandon Kintzler, who only tossed one inning, and he limited the damage just enough to come away with his first win of the campaign. This was just Sanchez's second appearance of the season and he's not expected to play a big role out of the bullpen moving forward.

Gonsolin did not qualify for the decision in Sunday's 7-4 win against Arizona, allowing one run on four hits and one walk with six strikeouts.

Gonsolin permitted his lone run via a Stephen Vogt home run in the fourth. Manager Dave Roberts is looking to stretch the right-hander back to a full starter's workload, with Gonsolin tossing a season-high 83 pitches Sunday. He enters the season's midway point with six starts in eight appearances and a 2.13 ERA, though a 3.41 FIP suggests regression is looming.

Lodolo struck out one and was credited with a hold during a perfect inning of relief for the National League team in its 8-3 win over the American League during Sunday's 2021 All-Star Futures Game.

Lodolo was sidelined for most of June due to blisters on his pitching hand, but he was cleared to return to action Tuesday to make one final tune-up start at Double-A Chattanooga before heading to Colorado for the Futures Game. After a solid two-inning showing Tuesday, Lodolo impressed against higher-level competition Sunday, retiring the side on 13 pitches. He'll transition back into a starting role as he heads back to Chattanooga, with whom he's posted an 0.84 ERA and 0.78 WHIP across 32 innings this season.

Woodruff allowed a run on nine hits over six innings in Sunday's loss to the Reds. He struck out four and did not factor in the decision.

Woodruff was tagged for three hits and a run in the first inning but settled in to keep Cincinnati scoreless over the next five frames. He's allowed just one run in three of his last four starts, lowering his ERA to a stellar 2.06 entering the All-Star break. The 28-year-old owns a 129:25 K:BB through 113.1 innings after recording his fewest strikeouts in an outing since May 18.

Gray (6-6) won Sunday's 3-1 game against San Diego, allowing one run on three hits and three walks with seven strikeouts in six innings.

Gray's only problem inning was the second, when he loaded the bases with none out but was able to induce two grounders to escape the jam with just one Padre crossing the plate. He fell in line for the win following a Chris Owings home run in the top of the seventh to bring his overall record back to .500 at 6-6. He enters the break having tossed three consecutive quality starts and sporting a solid 3.77 ERA.

The Padres are planning on Snell (illness) returning from the injured list next weekend to start Saturday's game against the Nationals, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

After Snell was scratched ahead of his scheduled start this past Friday in Colorado with gastroenteritis, the Padres elected to hold him out of the entire series with the Rockies and placed him on the 10-day injured list. The move was mostly a matter of roster flexibility, as Snell is expected to make a full recovery from the stomach illness well before the minimum 10 days. The Padres will reconvene Thursday following the All-Star break, and assuming Snell is able to throw a bullpen session that day without issue, he should be cleared to start Saturday's contest.

Castillo allowed one run on six walks and three hits over 5.1 innings in Sunday's win over Milwaukee. He struck out six and did not factor in the decision.

Castillo struggled with his command all day, needing 102 pitches (55 strikes) to get through 5.1 frames. He left with a 1-0 lead but Amir Garrett let an inherited runner score to tie things up in the sixth. Castillo had finished at least six innings in his previous five starts and has failed to factor in the decision in three straight outings. He lowered his ERA to 4.65 through 102.2 innings.

Gausman (9-3) won Sunday's 3-1 game against Washington, allowing one run on four hits and three walks with four strikeouts in six innings.

Gausman cruised through the game's first six innings but ran into trouble in the seventh when he loaded the bases with no outs and was lifted for reliever Dominic Leone. Only one inherited runner scored as Gausman and the Giants were able to escape the jam and sail to an eventual victory. The first-time All-Star won't play in Tuesday's game as a result of pitching Sunday. He concludes the first half with a sensational 1.73 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 124:30 K:BB ratio.

Kelly was removed from his start in Sunday's game against the Dodgers due to right leg cramping.

Unless Kelly undergoes further testing on his leg that reveals something more severe than the cramp, he should be ready to go when the Diamondbacks begin their second-half schedule next weekend against the Cubs. Before exiting Sunday, Kelly worked 5.1 innings and gave up a run on four hits and a walk, and since he left with the Diamondbacks leading 2-1, he should be in line for his sixth win of the season if Arizona is able to maintain its advantage. Kelly heads into the All-Star break with a 4.46 ERA across 19 starts.
