Skenes did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Phillies, allowing one unearned run on two hits and one walk over 7.2 innings. He struck out seven.

Skenes was dominant again Sunday, allowing a lone unearned run in the third inning while pitching into the eighth for the third time in his last five starts. However, Skenes was stuck with another no-decision -- he has just one win in his previous eight starts despite posting a 1.51 ERA in that span (across 53.1 innings). Overall, Skenes is 4-6 with a 1.88 ERA, 0.84 WHIP and 92:20 K:BB over 14 starts (91 innings) this season. He's currently lined up to face the Cubs on the road in his next outing.

Williams (3-7) took the loss Sunday against the Rangers, allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits over 4.1 innings. He struck out two.

It's Williams' fourth loss in his last six starts -- he's posted a 5.96 ERA despite giving up just three home runs in that span. Overall, Williams sports a 5.91 ERA with a 1.44 WHIP and 49:16 K:BB through 13 starts (64 innings) this season. He's currently lined up for a home matchup with the Marlins in his next start.

Perez (elbow) remains on track to return from the 60-day injured list to start Monday's contest on the road against the Pirates, Brian Murphy of MLB.com reports.

Perez is geared up to take the mound after missing the entirety of the 2024 season and the first two-plus months of 2025 while recovering from Tommy John surgery, which he underwent last April. The right-hander produced a 1.99 ERA while striking out 27 batters over 22.2 innings in eight appearances between Single-A Jupiter and Triple-A Jacksonville during his minor-league rehab assignment. Perez will face off against a Pirates lineup that has averaged 2.57 runs per game over seven contests so far in June.

Peralta didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Padres, allowing just one hit and two walks over six scoreless innings. He struck out three.

It was an excellent outing from Peralta, who had allowed six runs over 11 innings in his previous two starts coming into Sunday. However, the Brewers failed to provide any run support in an eventual 1-0 defeat. Overall, Peralta is 5-4 this season with a 2.69 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 78:31 K:BB across 14 starts (77 innings). He's currently scheduled to face the Cardinals at home in his next outing.

The Blue Jays recalled Turnbull from Triple-A Buffalo on Sunday.

Turnbull will join the major-league roster after his 35-day window to ramp up in the Toronto's minor-league system ended Sunday. The right-hander made three appearances in the rookie-level Florida Complex League and two appearances with Triple-A Buffalo after signing with the Blue Jays in early May. Over his two outings at Triple-A, Turnbull covered 6.1 innings, allowing seven runs on nine hits and five walks while striking out four batters. Toronto hasn't provided word on what Turnbull's role will look like with the big club, but he could end up displacing Eric Lauer as the fifth member of the rotation until Max Scherzer (thumb) returns from the injured list.

Francis (2-8) took the loss against the Twins on Sunday, allowing four runs on five hits and five walks while striking out two across 3.1 innings.

It was another short outing for Francis, who put the Blue Jays behind for good in the fourth inning when he gave up back-to-back solo home runs to Brooks Lee and Christian Vazquez. Francis started the season nicely, but he has given up 10 earned runs over his last five innings, which has inflated his numbers to a 6.12 ERA and 1.56 WHIP across 60.1 innings. He'll look to bounce back in his next start, tentatively slated for next weekend on the road against the Phillies.

Ryan (7-2) earned the win against the Blue Jays on Sunday, allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits and three walks while striking out six across five innings.

Ryan gave up three runs over the first three innings, though one of those was unearned due to a Carlos Correa throwing error. Ryan settled in to retire the last eight batters he faced, and he received enough run support from the Twins' hitters to come away with the win. Among qualified American League starters, Ryan ranks sixth in WHIP (0.93) and 11th in ERA (2.96) across 73 innings this season. He's lined up to face the Astros on the road next weekend.

Flaherty (5-6) earned the win against the Cubs on Sunday, allowing two hits and three walks while striking out nine across six scoreless innings.

Flaherty retired the first nine batters he faced, and he was able to keep the Cubs off the board after escaping a bases-loaded jam in the fourth. The 29-year-old right-hander has tossed four straight quality starts and has overcome a shaky start to the 2025 season. Flaherty now boasts a 3.41 ERA and 1.07 WHIP across 71.1 innings this season, and his 85 strikeouts are fifth-most in the American League. He is in line to face the Reds at home next weekend.

Horton (3-1) took the loss against the Tigers on Sunday, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out six across five innings.

The Cubs fell behind in the first inning after Horton yielded a two-run double to Spencer Torkelson. Horton settled in to keep the Tigers off the board over the next three frames, but he ran into trouble again in the fifth and gave up two more runs on a Riley Greene single to left field. It was the most runs Horton has given up across six starts this season, and Sunday's start inflated his ERA and WHIP to 4.11 and 1.30, respectively, across 30.2 innings. He'll look to get back into the win column in his next start, tentatively slated for next weekend against the Pirates at Wrigley Field.

Walter allowed two runs on six hits while striking out five across six innings, but he did not factor into Sunday's decision against the Guardians. He did not issue a walk.

Walter was promoted from Triple-A Sugar Land to make his second major-league start of the season. He put the Astros behind after yielding a two-run homer to Bo Naylor in the second, but Walter kept the Guardians off the board the rest of the way and retired the last 10 batters he faced. Per Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle, the Astros plan on using a six-man rotation during their stretch of 13 straight games, which puts Walter in line to make his next start against the Twins at home next weekend.
