Lively didn't factor into the decision Sunday, allowing one run on four hits and two walks against Atlanta. He struck out five.

Lively has yet to allow more than two runs in a start this season. However, he's gone deeper than five innings in only one of his three appearances. He was pulled at 88 pitches (53 strikes) Sunday and didn't give up a home run for the first time all year. In 15.2 innings, Lively owns a 2.30 ERA with a 10.9 K/9, a massive improvement from his 5.38 ERA and 8.0 K/9 from 2023. He's projected for a start against the Angels on Saturday.

Detmers (3-2) yielded five runs on nine hits over five innings Sunday, striking out three and taking a loss against the Twins.

Detmers fired three perfect innings before the Twins broke the scoreless tie in the fourth inning. He ran into more trouble in the fifth, coughing up four runs on five hits. After an incredible start to his season in which he produced a 30:7 K:BB and 1.19 ERA through four starts, Detmers has taken two straight losses, yielding nine runs in 12 innings. His ERA climbed to 3.12, but he still owns a strong 37:10 K:BB through 34.2 frames. Detmers is projected for a road start in Cleveland next weekend.

Lopez (2-2) allowed four runs on four hits and a walk in five innings Sunday, striking out eight and picking up a win over the Angels.

Lopez tossed four shutout frames before the Angels caught fire in the fifth inning, plating four runs. Three of those runs came via back-to-back homers by Luis Rengifo and Nolan Schanuel. Lopez forced 13 whiffs after totaling just five in his last outing against the White Sox. Still, he saw his ERA climb to 4.83 through six starts. Lopez is currently in line for a home matchup with Boston next weekend.

Corbin did not factor into the decision during Sunday's win over the Marlins, allowing seven runs (four earned) on eight hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out four.

Corbin labored through 93 pitches in just four innings, digging his own grave by starting just eight of 22 batters with a first-pitch strike. The veteran southpaw shut down a potent Dodgers lineup during his last start but couldn't carry the momentum into this matchup with the Marlins, allowing all seven runs during the first two innings. Following the rough start, Corbin did face the minimum through his final two innings, providing a bit of a silver lining over the bad start and allowing the Nationals an opportunity to come all the way back and secure the victory. Corbin's next start is tentatively scheduled to take place during a home set next weekend against the Blue Jays.

Suarez did not factor into the decision during Sunday's 7-6 loss to the A's, allowing four runs on seven hits and one walk over four innings. He struck out six.

Suarez allowed his first earned runs of the season, laboring through 83 pitches prior to being pulled with the lead after finishing four innings. Suarez had been unscored upon in his first two starts spanning 11.1 innings since being recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on April 17. Suarez's future in the Baltimore rotation is currently uncertain, as both Kyle Bradish and John Means are finishing up their respective rehab assignments and are expected to soon return to the big club.

Blackburn did not factor into the decision during Sunday's 7-6 win over the Orioles, allowing six runs on seven hits and one walk over four innings. He struck out five.

Blackburn was lit up by the Orioles, allowing four extra-base hits, including three home runs. He was on the hook for his second loss until the A's salvaged the come-from-behind win. Following a flawless start to the season that saw him allow no earned runs spanning 19.1 innings through his first three starts, Blackburn has progressively regressed over his next three starts, allowing 13 runs over that 15.2 inning stretch. He'll look to right the ship during his next start, tentatively slated to take place next weekend when the Miami Marlins come to Oakland for a three-game set.

Manager Rob Thomson said Turnbull will start Tuesday's game against the Angels, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

At least to begin the upcoming week, the Phillies will keep a six-man rotation in place following the return of Taijuan Walker from the injured list Sunday. In order to keep Turnbull in the fold in a starting role, the Phillies will move Zack Wheeler's next start to Wednesday and Aaron Nola's to Friday. Thomson said that he wanted to give Wheeler and Nola some extra rest ahead of their next starts, adding that he's not inclined to go with a six-man rotation moving forward. However, keeping a six-man rotation in place for this week will buy Thomson one more opportunity to evaluate Turnbull and Walker, with how either pitcher performs in their upcoming start perhaps determining which of the two sticks around as part of a five-man rotation. Turnbull has dazzled thus far with a 1.33 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 30:10 K:BB in 27 innings through five starts, but the Phillies are conscious of monitoring his workload after he missed the 2022 season while recovering from Tommy John surgery before tossing just 57 total innings between the majors and minors in 2023 while missing time with a neck injury.

Stroman pitched four innings, giving up four runs on six hits and five walks while striking out four in Sunday's 15-5 win over the Brewers. He did not factor into the decision.

Stroman was able to survive four scoreless frames to open Sunday's outing before the wheels fell off in the bottom of the fifth. He allowed all five batters he faced in the inning to reach base, including a three-run home run by Jake Bauers, which knotted the game up at 4-4. The 32-year-old has now surrendered five total homers over his last four starts after not giving one up in either of his first two outings in 2024. Stroman now owns a 3.69 ERA and 1.42 WHIP with 32 strikeouts over 31.2 innings in six starts this season, and he's tentatively set to return to the mound Friday home for a matchup against the Tigers.

Gomber (0-2) yielded four runs on six hits over seven innings Sunday, striking out two and taking a loss against the Astros.

While Sunday's contest wasn't at Coors Field, it certainly played like a regular home game for Gomber. Houston took him deep three times, though all were solo shots. On the bright side, he retired 11 of the last 12 batters he faced despite forcing only four swinging strikes on 79 pitches. Gomber will carry a 4.50 ERA into his next outing, which is lined up to be in Pittsburgh next weekend.

Valdez allowed two runs on five hits over five innings Sunday, striking out six and earning a win over the Rockies.

Valdez was activated from the injured list and made his first appearance since April 2. He coughed up a pair of runs in the second inning but otherwise looked solid. He forced 13 swinging strikes and his sinker touched 96 mph. Through three starts this season, Valdez has produced a 2.60 ERA with a 16:6 K:BB across 17.1 frames. He's currently projected for a home start against the Mariners next weekend.
