Kremer completed seven innings Saturday against Tampa Bay, allowing one run on three hits and three walks while striking out six batters in a no-decision.

Kremer cruised through six scoreless innings before the Rays plated a run against him in the seventh. The right-hander held a one-run lead upon his departure, but Baltimore's bullpen was unable to hold it. Despite having to settle for a no-decision, this was another promising outing by Kremer, who has completed exactly seven frames in three of his past four starts, giving up one or zero runs in each of those three outings. Kremer held a 4.99 ERA at the end of his June 12 start versus Detroit, but he's shown considerable improvement since then. Over his past six appearances, the veteran hurler is 3-0 with a 2.00 ERA and 33:9 K:BB across 36 frames.

Littell allowed two runs on seven hits and no walks while striking out three batters over six innings in a no-decision against Baltimore on Saturday.

Littell fell behind early, allowing two runs in the first inning. He settled in from there, however, allowing just four more baserunners and zero runs over the remainder of his six frames. Littell was thus able to record a quality start -- his third over his past four appearances -- and was taken off the hook for a loss when the Rays battled for four runs over the seventh and eighth innings. The right-hander lowered his season ERA to 3.53, and he hasn't allowed more than three runs in any of his past six outings.

Montero (4-2) took the loss against Texas on Saturday, allowing four runs on four hits and three walks while striking out five batters over 4.1 innings.

Montero has bounced between a traditional starting role and bulk relief this season -- Saturday marked his eighth start across 14 total outings. The right-hander didn't fare well against the Rangers, and most of the runs he allowed came in the second inning on a three-run homer by Rowdy Tellez. Overall, Montero tossed just 47 of 82 pitches for strikes and notched only four whiffs, though he still managed to record more punchouts than innings. With a 4.28 ERA on the campaign, Montero hasn't made an overwhelming case to stick in the rotation, and it remains to be seen if he'll eventually lose his spot to Sawyer Gipson-Long (neck), who is nearing the end of a minor-league rehab assignment.

Povich (hip) struck out six while allowing one earned run on three hits and one walk over 3.1 innings in a rehab start Saturday with Triple-A Norfolk.

After firing three perfect innings in his previous rehab outing for High-A Aberdeen last Sunday, Povich was fairly sharp in his 62-pitch appearance for Norfolk. The left-hander is tracking toward a return from the injured list in late July or early August, although it's unclear if Baltimore will have a spot in its rotation available for him once he's activated. Trevor Rogers, who was recalled from the minor leagues to replace Povich when he got injured, has delivered a sparkling 1.53 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 32:10 K:BB over six starts with Baltimore and appears to have established himself as a fixture in the rotation moving forward.

Rocker (4-4) earned the win over Detroit on Saturday, allowing one hit and issuing three walks while striking out five batters over 6.1 scoreless innings.

Rocker was pounded by the Angels for six runs over 4.1 frames in his previous start, but he bounced back in fine fashion Saturday. The righty was pitching a no-hitter until Wenceel Perez tagged him for a two-out single in the sixth inning, and that was the only base knock Rocker ending up allowing. The second-year hurler finished with 13 whiffs and notched his third quality start of the campaign. Rocker still has a poor 5.66 ERA on the season, but this was a promising outing as he looks to turn things around in the second half.

Sheehan (1-1) allowed five runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out three over three-plus innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Brewers.

Sheehan had given up a total of three runs over his first 13.1 innings this season. He was off to a good start until the third inning Saturday, when he allowed four runs, and his outing ended in the fourth after he surrendered a solo home run to Isaac Collins. It was a rough return to a starting role after Sheehan was used as a bulk reliever in his previous appearances. He's now at a 4.41 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 16:5 K:BB through 16.1 innings this season. He has a tenuous grasp on a rotation spot, aided by the facts that the Dodgers have used six starters when possible and Shohei Ohtani is still building up his workload. Sheehan's place in the rotation could still be at risk once Blake Snell (shoulder) returns, though it's tentatively expected Sheehan will draw a start in Boston next week.

Nelson (6-2) earned the win Saturday, allowing one run on four hits and one walk over six innings against the Cardinals. He struck out four.

Nelson kept his strong 2025 campaign rolling Saturday by limiting the Cardinals' offense to a single run on two doubles and two singles. The right-hander has been especially effective recently, posting a 2.29 ERA and 0.99 WHIP over 39.1 innings across his past seven starts.

Arrighetti (thumb) tossed three scoreless innings in a rehab start with Double-A Corpus Christi on Saturday, allowing one hit and no walks while striking out four batters.

Arrighetti was sharp in his first game action since early April, throwing 29 of 43 pitches for strikes and allowing just one baserunner. The right-hander is making his way back from a fractured right thumb that he suffered when struck by a line drive during batting practice April 7. Per the Houston Chronicle, Arrighetti will likely need "several more" rehab starts before he's ready to be activated from the injured list.

Gray (9-4) took the loss Saturday, allowing nine runs on 11 hits and no walks over 3.1 innings in a 10-1 loss against the Diamondbacks. He struck out five.

Gray endured perhaps the worst outing of his career Saturday, tying his career high by allowing eight earned runs. He came into the game with a 3.50 ERA and 1.08 WHIP, but those marks now sit at 4.04 and 1.15, respectively, across 111.1 innings in 20 starts.

Peralta (12-4) allowed four runs on five hits and three walks while striking out four over five innings to earn the win over the Dodgers on Saturday.

Peralta stumbled, allowing all four runs in the third inning, but he didn't squander the second lead the Brewers built. This ended his stretch of three straight quality starts, but he's impressively won seven outings in a row, posting a 3.18 ERA and 44:9 K:BB over that span. On the year, he's been even better, maintaining a 2.85 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 122:40 K:BB through 116.2 innings across 21 starts. The right-hander's next start is projected to be at home in a favorable matchup against the Marlins.
