Lorenzen (4-6) earned the win against the White Sox on Sunday, allowing two runs on one hit and two walks with seven strikeouts over six innings.

The only hit Lorenzen allowed was a two-run homer in the first inning, but he bounced back with five straight scoreless frames to notch his first win since April 29. The 33-year-old generated 14 whiffs on 92 pitches in a much-needed strong effort after surrendering 13 earned runs over his previous two outings. He'll take a 4.94 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 61:22 K:BB across 71 innings into a home matchup with the Athletics next weekend.

Singer did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks, allowing two runs on five hits and three walks with three strikeouts over five innings.

Singer gave up runs in the second and third innings before exiting in a 2-2 tie after just 77 pitches. According to Jeff Wallner of MLB.com, the 28-year-old was pulled after being struck on his throwing arm by a line drive in the fourth, though Singer downplayed the move as precautionary. He'll carry a 4.59 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 56:29 K:BB across 68.2 innings into a road matchup with the Tigers next weekend.

Gallen (4-8) took the loss against the Reds on Sunday, allowing four runs on six hits and three walks with five strikeouts over 6.2 innings.

Gallen was locked in a 2-2 tie through six innings before surrendering a go-ahead two-run homer to Matt McLain with two outs in the seventh. The 29-year-old was ultimately undone by the long ball and continues to struggle with his control, having issued three or more free passes in eight of 14 starts this season. He'll carry a 5.15 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 75:36 K:BB across 80.1 innings into a home matchup with the Padres next weekend.

Scherzer (thumb) threw 50 pitches over three innings in a simulated game with Single-A Dunedin on Sunday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Scherzer has been working his way back from a thumb injury that has limited him to just one start this season, which came all the way back on March 29. The right-hander is expected to throw an additional side session in the coming days at the organization's complex in Florida. Manager John Schneider said that Scherzer will be evaluated following the side session before the Blue Jays determine his next steps.

Sanchez (5-2) took the loss Sunday against the Pirates, allowing two runs on six hits and two walks over seven innings. He struck out nine.

Sanchez was excellent Sunday, holding the Pirates to a lone run in the second inning. However, he departed the game in the eighth after issuing a leadoff walk to Oneil Cruz, who came around to score after the Phillies turned to the bullpen, sticking Sanchez with his first loss since April 22. The left-hander boasts a 3.10 ERA with a 1.29 WHIP and 83:28 K:BB through 13 starts (72.2 innings) this season. Sanchez currently lines up to face the Blue Jays at home in his next outing.

Skenes did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Phillies, allowing one unearned run on two hits and one walk over 7.2 innings. He struck out seven.

Skenes was dominant again Sunday, allowing a lone unearned run in the third inning while pitching into the eighth for the third time in his last five starts. However, Skenes was stuck with another no-decision -- he has just one win in his previous eight starts despite posting a 1.51 ERA in that span (across 53.1 innings). Overall, Skenes is 4-6 with a 1.88 ERA, 0.84 WHIP and 92:20 K:BB over 14 starts (91 innings) this season. He's currently lined up to face the Cubs on the road in his next outing.

Williams (3-7) took the loss Sunday against the Rangers, allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits over 4.1 innings. He struck out two.

It's Williams' fourth loss in his last six starts -- he's posted a 5.96 ERA despite giving up just three home runs in that span. Overall, Williams sports a 5.91 ERA with a 1.44 WHIP and 49:16 K:BB through 13 starts (64 innings) this season. He's currently lined up for a home matchup with the Marlins in his next start.

Perez (elbow) remains on track to return from the 60-day injured list to start Monday's contest on the road against the Pirates, Brian Murphy of MLB.com reports.

Perez is geared up to take the mound after missing the entirety of the 2024 season and the first two-plus months of 2025 while recovering from Tommy John surgery, which he underwent last April. The right-hander produced a 1.99 ERA while striking out 27 batters over 22.2 innings in eight appearances between Single-A Jupiter and Triple-A Jacksonville during his minor-league rehab assignment. Perez will face off against a Pirates lineup that has averaged 2.57 runs per game over seven contests so far in June.

Peralta didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Padres, allowing just one hit and two walks over six scoreless innings. He struck out three.

It was an excellent outing from Peralta, who had allowed six runs over 11 innings in his previous two starts coming into Sunday. However, the Brewers failed to provide any run support in an eventual 1-0 defeat. Overall, Peralta is 5-4 this season with a 2.69 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 78:31 K:BB across 14 starts (77 innings). He's currently scheduled to face the Cardinals at home in his next outing.

The Blue Jays recalled Turnbull from Triple-A Buffalo on Sunday.

Turnbull will join the major-league roster after his 35-day window to ramp up in the Toronto's minor-league system ended Sunday. The right-hander made three appearances in the rookie-level Florida Complex League and two appearances with Triple-A Buffalo after signing with the Blue Jays in early May. Over his two outings at Triple-A, Turnbull covered 6.1 innings, allowing seven runs on nine hits and five walks while striking out four batters. Toronto hasn't provided word on what Turnbull's role will look like with the big club, but he could end up displacing Eric Lauer as the fifth member of the rotation until Max Scherzer (thumb) returns from the injured list.
