Jung (undisclosed) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Mariners.

Jung will hit the bench for the third time in four games, with manager Skip Schumaker noting Tuesday that the 28-year-old is "a little banged up." Ezequiel Duran will pick up another start at third base in his stead, but Jung is expected to be available to play, if needed.

Correa is absent from the lineup for a second straight day Wednesday in Colorado due to an illness, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

Correa wasn't at the ballpark at all Tuesday, but he was present Wednesday and went through a light workout. He could be available off the bench for the series finale, but Correa will aim to return to the Astros' starting lineup Friday in Seattle after his team is idle Thursday. Isaac Paredes will handle third base duties again Wednesday.

Ragans was removed from his start Wednesday against the Guardians in the first inning due to an apparent left hand injury, Jaylon T. Thompson of The Kansas City Star reports. He recorded two outs and was charged with three earned runs on two hits and a walk prior to departing.

After striking out the first two batters he faced, Ragans was struck in his pitching hand by a 96-mile-per-hour comebacker off the bat of Jose Ramirez, who reached on an infield single. Ragans was evaluated by the Royals' training staff and cleared to remain in the game, but after issuing a four-pitch walk and then yielding a two-run double to Chase DeLauter, he was pulled from the contest. The Royals will likely send him in for X-rays to determine whether or not he suffered a fracture, but even if tests come back negative, Ragans could still be at risk of missing his next turn through the rotation.

Emerson (foot) started at shortstop and went 2-for-3 with a walk, two stolen bases and an RBI on Tuesday in Triple-A Tacoma's 1-0 win over Sugar Land.

Emerson suffered a right foot injury while playing in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday, but he needed just a couple of days of rest and recovery to move past the issue. The 20-year-old infielder likely isn't far away from making his big-league debut, after he agreed last week with Seattle on an eight-year, $95 million contract extension. Through eight games with Tacoma this season, Emerson is slashing .310/.355/.483 with three extra-base hits across 32 plate appearances.

Raley is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rangers.

After starting in each of the Mariners' last four games and going 3-for-14 with a double and a 1:8 BB:K, Raley will retreat to the bench for the series finale. Each of those four starts came against right-handed pitching, but the left-handed-hitting Raley will likely be held out of the lineup more often than not when Seattle faces southpaws. Rob Refsnyder will replace Raley in right field Wednesday while lefty MacKenzie Gore takes the hill for Texas.

Rivas is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rangers.

Rivas had drawn starts at either shortstop or third base in 10 of the Mariners' first 11 games, but he'll remain on the bench for a second day in a row as Seattle closes out its series in Arlington. With J.P. Crawford recently returning from a stint on the injured list and expected to handle a near-everyday role at shortstop moving forward, Rivas' opportunities will likely be limited now that Seattle has all of its key infielders available.

Naylor is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rangers.

With southpaw MacKenzie Gore on the bump for Texas in an afternoon game after a night game, the Mariners will give the left-handed-hitting Naylor his first day off of the season. Connor Joe was called up from Triple-A Tacoma on Wednesday and will immediately enter the starting nine as Naylor's replacement at first base.

Manoah (finger) has been throwing bullpen sessions with all of his pitches at the Angels' spring complex in Arizona, MLB.com reports.

Manoah landed on the injured list in late March after his fingernail fell off following a Cactus League start. He's back to throwing, though it's unclear what the Angels will do with the veteran hurler once he's ready to return to game action. Manoah struggled mightily during spring play, posting a 9.39 ERA and 2.41 WHIP with a 13:14 K:BB over 15.1 innings spanning five outings.

Jackson is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the White Sox.

Jackson had started at second base in six of the Orioles' previous seven games, but he'll cede the keystone to Blaze Alexander in the series finale in Chicago. Both Jackson and Alexander are likely to see their opportunities at second base dry up once the Orioles are ready to bring Jackson Holliday (hand) back from the injured list.

The Rangers list deGrom (knee) as their probable starter for Sunday's game against the Dodgers in Los Angeles, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.

Earlier Wednesday, deGrom relayed that he was already feeling much better, after he had experienced discomfort in his right knee before and during his most recent start in Monday's 2-1 win over the Mariners. The Rangers seemingly concur with deGrom's self-assessment, and barring a setback during his between-starts bullpen session, he'll receive the green light to take the hill on five days' rest during the series finale at Dodger Stadium. Through his first two outings this season, deGrom has submitted a 3.72 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 13:1 K:BB in 9.2 innings.
