Baldwin went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer in Monday's 8-3 victory over the Rays.

The Chicago utility man drew his first start since being activated from a back injury July 19 and made the most of it. Baldwin opened the game's scoring with a 352-foot, three-run blast off Tampa Bay starter Shane Baz in the second. The 24-year-old is now slashing .226/.269/.371 with three steals, 23 RBI and 14 runs scored across 175 total plate appearances.

Hoffman threw a perfect ninth inning to secure the save in Monday's 2-1 win over the Yankees. He struck out three.

Hoffman struck out the side en route to locking down his 24th save of the season. The hard-throwing right-hander has endured quite a few hiccups as Toronto's closer this year -- his ERA stands at 4.68 in 2025 -- but he's fared much better since the beginning of June. Across his last 19 outings (17 innings), Hoffman has delivered a 2.65 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 24:4 K:BB while converting 11 of his 12 save opportunities.

Meidroth went 4-for-5 with three doubles and a run scored in Monday's 8-3 win at Tampa Bay.

The Chicago rookie notched four hits for the first time in the big leagues while also securing his first game with multiple extra-base hits. With this performance, Meidroth raised his batting average from .241 to .251 to go with 11 doubles, 11 steals, 31 runs scored and 12 RBI across 316 total plate appearances. The 23-year-old should continue to play a prominent role in the White Sox lineup as the starting shortstop when healthy.

Story went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base in Monday's 3-2 extra-inning loss to the Phillies.

The 32-year-old shortstop posted his fifth multi-hit game in July, and the steal was his fourth of the month. Story should continue to serve as a key cog in Boston's lineup going forward, and he's been a five-category fantasy producer since the beginning of June. Over his last 42 games, Story is batting .302 (48-for-159) with eight home runs, 36 RBI, 28 runs scored and eight stolen bases.

X-rays on Muncy's right hand returned negative following Monday's game against the Rangers, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports. He exited the matchup after being struck by a pitch in the fifth inning.

Muncy is likely dealing with a bruised hand considering further scans returned negative. He'll be deemed day-to-day until the club has a chance to re-evaluate the 22-year-old. Gio Urshela entered the game in Muncy's place Monday and could be in line for more playing time if Muncy is forced to sit for a few days, though Luis Urias would also be a candidate for at-bats.

Burke did not factor into the decision in Monday's 8-3 win at Tampa Bay. He allowed two unearned runs on three hits and four walks over four innings with five strikeouts.

Thanks to his lineup plating eight runs off Rays starter Shane Baz, Burke appeared set to cruise to his fifth win of the season; however, the Chicago right-hander issued four free passes and ran up his pitch count to 89 through four frames. This marks the fourth time this season Burke has yielded four or more walks in an outing, as he now sports a 4.2 BB/9. Across 101 total innings, the 25-year-old has pitched to a 4.19 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 85:47 K:BB. Burke is currently scheduled to make his next start against the crosstown rival Cubs at home this weekend.

Ginn will start Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Ginn has been pitching out of the bullpen of late, but he'll return to a starting role for Tuesday's matchup. He should be able to cover at least a few innings for the A's considering he fired 3.2 innings June 30 out of the bullpen and has navigated multiple frames in relief since.

Baz (8-6) conceded eight runs on eight hits and two walks over four innings to take the loss in Monday's contest against the White Sox. He struck out four.

Nothing went right for the Tampa Bay right-hander, as he allowed a career-worst eight earned runs in this 87-pitch disaster. Baz did not have his sharpest stuff, managing to generate just six whiffs. The 26-year-old has been prone to implosions this season, with this marking the sixth time he has allowed five or more runs out of 20 total starts. Baz will carry a 4.66 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 111:42 K:BB across 114 total innings into a dangerous matchup at Cincinnati this weekend.

Manzardo went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double and a walk in Monday's 10-5 win over the Orioles.

Manzardo gave the Guardians a 6-5 lead they wouldn't relinquish with a solo homer in the sixth inning before being pinch hit for in the seventh to avoid a lefty-on-lefty matchup. The 25-year-old appears to be heating up, having homered three times while collecting hits in four of his past five games. For the year, he's slashing .219/.295/.453 with 16 long balls, 38 RBI, 28 runs scored and one steal across 308 plate appearances.

Martin (forearm) will be activated from the 15-day injured list to start Tuesday's game against the Rays, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Martin completed his last rehab appearance July 13 at Triple-A Charlotte, and the club has since determined the right-hander is ready to return from the IL. He's been on the shelf since June 12 due to a right forearm strain, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see the White Sox monitor his pitch count closely during Tuesday's outing.
