Harrison said after Wednesday's loss to the Cardinals that he has been dealing with soreness on the outside of his elbow over the past few weeks, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

After quietly dealing with the injury for several outings, Harrison spoke up about his discomfort Wednesday, which explains why he was pulled after just four innings. It also indicates why his performance has begun to dip recently, as he's now turned in a 5.00 ERA across his last four starts. Despite the premature exit, the 24-year-old southpaw didn't seem to be very concerned about the issue, and he'll have plenty of time to recover before making his next start after the All-Star break.

Fermin went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 5-1 win versus the Brewers.

Fermin smashed a homer off Kyle Harrison in the fourth inning to give St. Louis the 3-0 lead. After a strong June during which he hit .321 with six RBIs and three stolen bases in 18 contests, the super-utility man has started the last seven games. However, it's worth noting that the Cardinals faced a left-handed starting pitcher in five of those contests, so Fermin should still be viewed as a short-side platoon player for now.

Burleson went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double and an additional RBI in Wednesday's 5-1 victory against the Brewers.

Burleson crushed a 443-foot, two-run shot over the right-field wall to extend St. Louis' lead to 5-0 in the sixth inning. Although he has struggled against left-handed pitching all season (.497 OPS), Burleson did most of his damage Wednesday against them, including the home run off Brewers reliever Jared Koenig. The 27-year-old Burleson now has a .277/.339/.474 slash line with 15 homers and 66 RBI through 90 games this year.

The Mets are expected to select Hammer's contract from Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Hammer has split time this season between Double-A Binghamton and Triple-A Syracuse, logging a 2.16 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and a 38:21 K:BB across 33.1 combined innings. He will be making his MLB debut whenever he gets into a game.

McGreevy (4-7) got the win Wednesday against Milwaukee, allowing one run on five hits and one walk, while striking out six.

McGreevy notched an elusive win after going nine straight starts without one by allowing weak contact and striking out his most batters in a game since May (also six in that game). Overall, the right-hander has put up effective stats all season for the Cardinals, posting a 3.01 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, and a 66:23 K:BB across 101.2 innings. The 26-year-old is not slated to start again until after the All-Star break.

Stewart went 2-for-4 with two home runs, three RBI and a walk in Wednesday's 11-5 win over the Phillies.

It was the second career game with multiple homers for Stewart, who piled up at least three RBI for the sixth time this year. The slugging infielder has hit safely in 12 of his last 13 games as well. Stewart has delivered a breakout first half as a first-time All-Star in 2026, slashing 256/.341/.481 with 19 long balls, 64 RBI, 11 stolen bases and 50 runs scored across 396 plate appearances.

Harrison (8-2) was tagged with the loss Wednesday against the Cardinals, allowing three runs on four hits and no walks in four innings. He struck out two.

This is the third consecutive start for Harrison in which he has failed to make it past five frames. The left-hander has covered just 11.2 innings during that span, giving up eight runs with a 14:2 K:BB, which is just a minor hiccup in his efficient first season with Milwaukee. The 24-year-old will carry a 3.01 ERA and 1.08 WHIP across 83.2 innings into the All-Star Break.

Burns (11-1) earned the win Wednesday against the Phillies, allowing three runs on three hits and six walks in five innings. He struck out two.

Burns nabbed the win Wednesday but certainly didn't have his best stuff, walking a season-high six and matching a season low in punchouts. The hard-throwing right-hander was still able to hang in there for his 18th consecutive start of at least five frames to begin the year, needing a season-high 106 pitches to do so. Burns will bring a stellar 2.54 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 118:37 K:BB across 102.2 frames into the All-Star break.

Griffin (10-2) earned the win against the Astros on Wednesday, allowing one run on five hits and no walks with nine strikeouts over seven innings.

Griffin allowed a run in the fifth inning but was otherwise untouchable, generating a whopping 22 swinging strikes on 99 pitches. The 30-year-old will head into the All-Star break having allowed exactly one run in seven straight outings while recording nine strikeouts in three of his past four. He owns a 2.77 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 109:26 K:BB across 110.1 innings in what has been one of the biggest surprise campaigns of 2026.

Rangel (0-2) took the loss Wednesday against the Reds, allowing three runs on three hits and three walks in 3.1 innings. He struck out five.

Rangel was inefficient Wednesday, as he tossed 69 pitches but couldn't make it through the fourth inning. The 28-year-old right-hander has completed five frames just one time through five appearances to this point, and it remains to be seen if the Phillies will give Andrew Painter another chance in their rotation at some point later this season. Through 19.1 innings, Rangel has a 4.19 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 22:9 K:BB, with the big club likely to evaluate his role during the upcoming All-Star break.
