Clement went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 5-4 loss to San Diego.

Clement cashed in on a hanging slider from German Marquez, sending it over the left-field wall for a two-run homer in the fourth inning. The second baseman is riding a seven-game hitting streak, during which he has gone 10-for-30 (.333) with two extra-base hits, three RBI, four runs and a stolen base. Overall, Clement is slashing .296/.318/.433 with eight homers, 32 RBI, 42 runs and three stolen bases across 93 contests. He's slated to start at the keystone for the American League in Tuesday's All-Star Game at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.

Lukes went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-4 loss to San Diego.

Lukes opened the scoring with a solo blast in the first inning to give Toronto an early lead. The outfielder has had a quiet start to July by going 9-for-36 (.250), and Sunday's homer accounted for his lone extra-base hit and RBI across 10 games this month. Overall, the 32-year-old is slashing .288/.343/.404 with five homers, 18 RBI and 23 runs scored across 62 contests.

Machado went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 5-4 win over Toronto.

Machado collected three singles, with his RBI knock in the eighth frame tying the game at 4-4. Jase Bowen entered as a pinch runner for Machado and scored the game-winning run. The 34-year-old will head into the All-Star break swinging a hot bat, slashing .291/.381/.500 with five homers, 12 RBI, eight runs and a stolen base over his past 15 contests. Overall, he sports a .203/.290/.418 line with 19 homers, 55 RBI, 46 runs and two stolen bases across 93 games this season.

Miller picked up the save Sunday against the Blue Jays. He struck out one across a perfect inning.

Miller looked like his usual dominant self, inducing a weak groundout from Ernie Clement and a routine popout from Myles Straw before striking out Vladimir Guerrero on three pitches to secure the save. The flamethrower owns a dazzling 0.91 ERA, 0.78 WHIP and 72:13 K:BB across 39.2 innings this season. Miller's 25 saves lead the National League and are tied with Bryan Baker for second in MLB behind Cade Smith (28).

Gausman did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on four hits and three walks over six innings in a 5-4 loss to San Diego. He struck out eight.

Gausman ran into trouble during a chaotic three-run second inning, but he was able to settle in and churn out a quality start. Sunday's no-decision snapped a stretch of four consecutive losses charged to the right-hander, with his last win coming May 22. The 35-year-old will take a 4-8 record with a 4.33 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 116:32 K:BB across 112.1 innings (20 starts) into the All-Star break.

Marquez did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks over four innings against the Blue Jays. He struck out four.

Marquez allowed all three of his runs via the long ball, surrendering a solo homer to Nathan Lukes in the first inning before Ernie Clement connected for a two-run shot in the fourth frame. Marquez has made three appearances (two starts) since returning from the injured list due to a forearm injury, posting a 3.75 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 9:8 K:BB across 12 innings. The veteran right-hander will take a 4-2 record with a 5.18 ERA, 1.49 WHIP and 28:20 K:BB across 41.2 innings (nine appearances) into the All-Star break.

Tawa went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's win over the Dodgers.

Tawa launched a solo shot in the ninth inning to extend the Diamondbacks' lead to 5-3. The 27-year-old caught fire during the three-game series against the Dodgers, going 7-for-13 (.538) with two homers, seven RBI, three runs and a stolen base over the weekend at Chavez Ravine. Tawa has started at first base in all four games since the Diamondbacks desigated Pavin Smith for assignment last Thursday. Overall, he's slashing .214/.295/.381 with three homers, 15 RBI, nine runs and two stolen bases across 39 appearances.

Sewald picked up the save Sunday against the Dodgers. He struck out one across a perfect inning.

Sewald made quick work of the Dodgers in the ninth inning, retiring the side in order on 12 pitches (nine strikes) to secure the save. Despite a 4.24 ERA, the right-hander has converted 22 of 23 save opportunities this season while posting a 0.88 WHIP and 38:8 K:BB across 34 innings. Sewald ranks fourth among National League relievers in saves, trailing Mason Miller (25), as well as Jhoan Duran and Riley O'Brien (24 apiece).

Sheehan did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs (two earned) on three hits and a walk over 5.1 innings against the Diamondbacks. He struck out seven.

Sheehan posted four shutout innings before running into some trouble in the fifth and sixth frames. The right-hander has struggled with the long ball at times but kept the Diamondbacks from leaving the yard, marking just the second time this season he has gone back-to-back starts without allowing a homer after also holding the Padres homerless in his previous outing. The 26-year-old will take a 4-6 record with a 4.81 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 93:26 K:BB across 82.1 innings (17 starts) into the All-Star break.

Ohtani is set to get his left knee drained shortly after the Dodgers' contest Sunday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Ohtani will get his problematic left knee addressed as soon as possible ahead of the All-Star break in order to maximize his healing time. The two-way star is skipping the Midsummer Classic this year in order to get extra rest, as he's been dealing with inflammation in his knee since mid-June. Though the issue resulted in him missing his most recent start as a pitcher, he's expected to retake his regular spot in the rotation following the break. Ohtani doesn't seem to be impacted much by the knee as a hitter, as he went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and an additional run Sunday and closed the first half with a home run in four of his final six contests.
