Langeliers went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 7-1 win over the Dodgers.

Langeliers had hit just one homer over his previous 15 games, and he batted a mere .183 (11-for-60) in that span. The catcher was able to get July started on a positive note with his 20th homer of the season. He's hitting .265 with an .827 OPS on the year while adding 44 RBI, 51 runs scored, 16 doubles and two stolen bases over 79 contests.

Griffin went 1-for-5 with a run scored and a stolen base Wednesday against the Phillies.

Griffin hit atop the Pirates' order for the fifth time in the last six games since being activated from the injured list, and he also has reached base in all but one of those contests. On Wednesday, he collected a single in the third inning and proceeded to steal his 16th base of the season, and his second since being activated. Griffin's performance was mixed, however, as he also stranded two runners in scoring position.

Ginn (7-4) allowed one run on three hits and five walks while striking out four over six innings to earn the win over the Dodgers on Wednesday.

Ginn's control wasn't great, but he limited the damage to a Freddie Freeman solo home run in the third inning. This was Ginn's fourth win in his last five outings, a span in which he's allowed 14 runs (12 earned) over 29 innings. On the year, he has a 3.04 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 82:41 K:BB over 94.2 innings through 19 appearances (16 starts). While he's allowing a few too many baserunners to be truly dominant, he's getting timely outs to avoid too much damage. Ginn will look to keep rolling on the road versus the Tigers next week.

Mack went 1-for-1 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Rockies.

Mack has gone 12-for-40 (.300) with five home runs over his last 14 contests. The 23-year-old has seen fairly steady playing time at catcher since his first big-league promotion in early May. He's done well to earn the time, batting .256 with a .742 OPS, six homers, 22 RBI, 22 runs scored and five doubles over 146 plate appearances.

Hill (shoulder) resumed playing catch Wednesday, MLB.com reports.

Hill has progressed quickly in the last few days in his recovery from shoulder tendinitis, with Wednesday marking his return to throwing after landing on the shelf June 24. The next step in his recovery will be a bullpen session, though it's unclear when he'll be cleared to do so.

Meyer (9-1) allowed five runs (one earned) on six hits and no walks while striking out five over six innings to take the loss versus the Rockies on Wednesday.

Meyer had a good start going, but an error in the fifth inning by Javier Sanoja ultimately led to a four-run rally for the Rockies. Meyer still looked good overall, throwing 56 of 78 pitches for strikes in his first start without issuing a walk all year. With only one of the runs on his ledger being earned, Meyer's ERA shrunk to 2.53 with a 1.11 WHIP and 112:36 K:BB across 103 innings over 18 starts. The 27-year-old's next outing is projected to come at home versus the Mariners.

Gonzales went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored Wednesday against the Phillies.

Gonzales entered Wednesday's game in a short slump, collecting only four hits across his last 17 at-bats. He made a key defensive error in the second inning that aided a five-run inning for the Phillies, though he also collected three hits in a game for the first time since June 2. Gonzales is hitting exactly .300 with 45 runs scored and 36 RBI across 328 plate appearances for the season.

Karros went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Karros saw a brief dip in playing time in late June, but he has rebounded by going 9-for-24 (.375) with two homers, four doubles and six RBI over his last nine games. The third baseman is batting .258 with a .765 OPS, six homers, 26 RBI, 40 runs scored, 16 doubles, one triple and two stolen bases over 82 games this season. Karros will likely need to continue this hot stretch of play to keep Willi Castro from infringing on his playing time at the hot corner.

Goodman went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Goodman has now homered six times over his last six games, racking up 11 RBI in that span. The catcher is enjoying quite the breakout year in the power department. With 27 homers through 81 contests, he's just four shy of matching his total from last year. Goodman is batting .243 with an .853 OPS, 50 RBI, 54 runs scored, 13 doubles and five stolen bases on the year.

Moniak went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, a triple, a double, three total RBI and two total runs scored in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Moniak had a chance at the cycle, but he flew out in the seventh inning and didn't get another at-bat. This was his first multi-hit effort since May 13, when he also came up a single shy of the cycle versus the Pirates. He's batting .271 with a .922 OPS, 14 homers, three triples, 10 doubles, 35 RBI, 25 runs scored and a stolen base over 52 contests this season. Moniak has gone just 6-for-27 over nine games since returning from ankle tendinitis, but he has homered in each of the last two contests.
