Brewers manager Pat Murphy said Monday that he expects Henderson (back) to return from the 15-day injured list before the All-Star break, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Henderson fanned seven over three scoreless innings Sunday in his first rehab start with Triple-A Nashville. He threw 50 pitches in that outing and appears set to make just one more rehab start before rejoining the Milwaukee rotation next week. Out since late May with a lower-back strain, Henderson boasts a 2.74 ERA and 1.04 WHIP with 30 strikeouts over 23 innings during his time with Milwaukee this season.

The Twins recalled Laweryson from Triple-A St. Paul on Monday.

He's taking the roster spot vacated by Anthony Banda (lat), who was moved to the injured list. Laweryson holds a 5.06 ERA and 18:7 K:BB over 16 covering 14 appearances during his time with the Twins this season.

The Athletics placed Soderstrom on the 10-day injured list Monday due to a left hip impingement.

Soderstrom sustained the injury in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Angels and sat out the series finale Sunday before the Athletics made the decision to deactivate him. The severity of Soderstrom's hip impingement isn't known, and though he'll be eligible to come off the IL on July 8, the Athletics could elect to hold him out for the final week before the All-Star break to afford him ample time to heal up from the injury. Colby Thomas likely represents the top candidate to receive more starts in left field while Soderstrom is on the shelf.

The Twins placed Banda on the 15-day injured list Monday with a left lat strain.

Banda logged a hold in Sunday's win over the Rockies but evidently came out of the appearance with an injury. Manager Derek Shelton said Monday that Banda's strain is significant, and the reliever will be sidelined for months, not weeks, Matthew Leach of MLB.com reports.

The Athletics placed Wilson (shoulder) on the 10-day injured list Monday due to right thumb inflammation.

Wilson had been held out of the lineup for the previous four games due to an injury that the Athletics had been labeling as left shoulder soreness, but his placement on the IL is being attributed to a different injury. In any case, Wilson's stint on the IL is retroactive to Friday, so he could return to action for the final week before the All-Star break if he's able to make a swift recovery from the swollen thumb. The Athletics called up Joshua Kuroda-Grauer from Triple-A Las Vegas in a corresponding move, and he and Alika Williams could share time at shortstop while Wilson is on the shelf.

Campusano (toe) will embark on a rehab assignment with Triple-A El Paso later this week, Annie Heilbrunn of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Campusano is ready to take the next step in his recovery from a left toe fracture that landed him on the injured list in early May. Rodolfo Duran has served as the Padres' backup catcher behind Freddy Fermin, but the former would likely be optioned to Triple-A once Campusano is ready to return from the 10-day IL. Barring any setbacks, Campusano could be back with the big club in early-to-mid July, perhaps prior to the All-Star break.

The Rangers designated Ross for assignment Monday.

Ross made five appearances out of the Texas bullpen, allowing five runs (four earned) with a 5:2 K:BB. The 33-year-old righty is a good bet to clear waivers and could elect free agency at that point.

The Rangers designated Kelenic for assignment Monday.

Kelenic went 1-for-8 at the plate in his brief time with Texas and has produced a poor .599 OPS in 26 games between the White Sox and Rangers this season. The 26-year-old will likely clear waivers, and assuming that happens, he would have the opportunity to elect free agency.

Buxton is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Astros.

Buxton had started every game dating back to June 9, so the Twins may have decided that he was due for a night off. Ryan Kreidler will receive the start in center field in place of Buxton, who could probably benefit from a break after going hitless in three of his last four games.

Seager is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Guardians.

Per Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News, Seager is receiving a pre-planned maintenance day after the five-time All-Star returned from the 7-day injured list last Thursday following a two-week absence due to a concussion. Seager has started in three of the Rangers' five games since being activated and has gone 1-for-10 with a solo home run and a 5:5 BB:K, but his days off should be few and far between once he's further removed from the head injury. Nicky Lopez will spell him at shortstop in the series opener in Cleveland.
