Bradish (5-8) took the loss Sunday against the Nationals, allowing four runs (three earned) on one hit and five walks over four innings. He struck out two.

Bradish's control issues proved costly Sunday, as he issued a season-high five walks in an eventual 6-4 defeat. Coming into the day, Bradish had allowed one run while issuing just three walks over 15.2 innings in his previous two starts. The right-hander's ERA now sits at 3.77 on the year with a 1.45 WHIP and 96:47 K:BB across 17 outings (93 innings). Bradish will look to get back on track in his next start, currently scheduled to come on the road in Cincinnati.

Diaz (shoulder) said after Sunday's 5-1 win over the Diamondbacks that he's "hurting a little bit" but is optimistic that he'll be able to play Tuesday in Kansas City, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Diaz went 1-for-2 with an RBI and an RBI before exiting Sunday's game due to a left shoulder strain. He appears to have avoided anything overly significant, and Diaz should be aided by the Rays' team off day Monday. The 34-year-old can be considered day-to-day ahead of the team's three-game set in Kansas City.

Mendez (shoulder) has gone 3-for-6 with an RBI in two games for Triple-A St. Paul since being reinstated from the 7-day injured list Friday.

Mendez missed just over two weeks of action due to a left shoulder impingement. The 22-year-old outfielder is slashing .314/.408/.485 with eight home runs and four stolen bases over 54 games between St. Paul and Double-A Wichita this season.

Culpepper (hip) went 0-for-4 with a strikeout in his return to the Triple-A St. Paul lineup in Sunday's 3-0 loss to Louisville after being reinstated from the 7-day injured list.

Culpepper returned to action for St. Paul after missing the past two weeks while recovering from a left hip strain. He was eased back into the lineup at designated hitter, but Culpepper should return to an everyday role at shortstop before long. The 23-year-old appeared to be gaining momentum for a promotion to Minnesota prior to getting hurt, but after the recent injury, Culpepper may need to heat back up at the dish before the Twins revisit the idea of calling him up from Triple-A.

Garcia went 3-for-5 with two home runs, a double and five total RBI in Sunday's 6-4 win over the Orioles.

After tying the game 2-2 with a two-run double in the third inning, Garcia extended Washington's lead to 5-2 with a two-run homer off Tyler Wells in the fifth before adding a solo homer in the seventh. Garcia has been on an otherworldly run at the plate of late, going 10-for-19 with six homers in his last six contests. He's now slashing .279/.307/.543 with 16 long balls (two shy of his career high), 55 RBI, 33 runs scored and two steals across 270 plate appearances this year.

Suarez was removed from Sunday's game against the Pirates after being hit by a pitch in the hand/wrist, Charlie Goldsmith of Fox 19 Now Cincinnati reports.

Suarez went 0-for-2 with a strikeout before being plunked in the sixth inning. He remained in to run the bases but was replaced by a pinch hitter the next time through the order. The 34-year-old seems likely to undergo precautionary X-rays and should be considered day-to-day until the team updates his status.

The Orioles claimed Zulueta off waivers from the Cubs on Sunday and optioned him to Triple-A Norfolk, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

The 28-year-old righty reliever will move on to his fifth different organization since the start of 2024 despite having posted mediocre numbers at the big-league level over the past two seasons (5.32 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, 25:11 K:BB in 23.2 innings) and at the Triple-A level in 2026 (7.54 ERA, 1.90 WHIP, 24:20 K:BB in 22.2 innings). Zulueta boasts a big fastball that can hit 100 mph, and the Orioles are hoping that their staff can help him harness his control at the Triple-A level and emerge as an effective reliever for the big club down the road.

Littell (7-6) earned the win Sunday over the Orioles, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out three.

The O's took an early lead off Littell on Sunday thanks to Pete Alonso's two-run homer in the first inning. However, the right-hander held Baltimore scoreless over his final four frames while the Nats rallied for an eventual 6-4 victory. Littell, who worked as a traditional starter Sunday after appearing in bulk relief in his last outing against the Phillies, sports a 5.29 ERA with a 1.35 WHIP and 49:25 K:BB across 80 innings this season. He's tentatively lined up to face the Pirates at home his next time out.

The Red Sox transferred Anthony (finger/wrist) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Sunday.

The 22-year-old has already been shelved nearly two months due to a partially torn tendon in his right ring finger, so the move to the 60-day IL won't affect his return timeline. Interim manager Chad Tracy said Wednesday that Anthony hasn't made significant progress in his recovery recently, so the outfielder is likely to be out through at least the All-Star break.

Madrigal agreed to a minor-league contract with the Rays on Sunday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The 29-year-old will report to Triple-A Durham and will bolster the Rays' organizational depth at second base and third base. Before being dropped from the Angels' 40-man roster and electing free agency Thursday, Madrigal appeared in 15 games at the big-league level this season, slashing .273/.385/.295 with zero home runs, one stolen base, two RBI and seven runs across 52 plate appearances.
