McLain started at shortstop and went 2-for-3 with a double in Monday's 6-2 loss to San Diego.

McLain has hit safely in five of six games in June, going 7-for-18 (.389) with two doubles, three home runs and five RBI during the month. This production has come out of nowhere; he was batting .196 at the end of May and was not in the starting lineup for three of four games prior to Elly De La Cruz (hamstring) landing on the injured list. McLain should continue to get regular run at shortstop with De La Cruz sidelined.

Trevino (hamstring) will make one final rehab appearance for Triple-A Louisville before being activated Friday, MLB.com reports.

Trevino appeared in games June 4 and June 6 but has since stepped away to address personal matters. He'll resume the assignment Wednesday before Friday's expected activation.

Langeliers went 3-for-7 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and an additional run scored in Monday's 15-14 extra-innings loss to Milwaukee.

Langeliers sent the first pitch of the bottom of the first inning from Kyle Harrison way over the left-field wall for a solo homer. While he didn't join teammates Nick Kurtz and Tyler Soderstrom in the two-homer club Monday, Langeliers added two singles to record his sixth three-hit performance of the campaign. The 28-year-old has been one of the best offensive catchers in MLB this season, slashing .285/.349/.542 with 17 homers, 13 doubles, 35 RBI, 43 runs and a stolen base across 60 games.

Soderstrom went 3-for-4 with two home runs, four total RBI and two walks in Monday's 15-14 extra-innings loss to the Brewers.

Soderstrom was blistering hot at the plate, launching a three-run homer in the third inning before going deep again with a solo shot in the seventh frame, with both blasts coming against southpaws. Since May 20, the 24-year-old is slashing .371/.487/.694 with five homers, 14 RBI and seven runs across 18 appearances. The surge has boosted his season line to .237/.333/.457 with 10 homers, 34 RBI and 29 runs after a pedestrian start to the campaign.

Kurtz went 3-for-6 with two home runs, three total RBI, three total runs scored and a walk in Monday's 15-14 extra-innings loss to Milwaukee.

Kurtz electrified Las Vegas Ballpark, connecting on a solo shot over the left-field fence in the sixth inning before demolishing a 447-foot, two-run homer to right field in the 10th inning of Monday's back-and-forth affair. The first baseman has now homered in consecutive games and launched six long balls over his past 10 contests. The 23-year-old has blossomed into one of the most feared hitters in the sport, slashing .282/.434/.521 with 14 homers, 12 doubles, a triple, 48 RBI, 45 runs and seven stolen bases across 65 games.

Bauers went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, an additional RBI and a walk in Monday's 15-14 extra-innings win over the Athletics.

Bauers drove in the first run of Monday's offensive slugfest with an RBI single in the first inning. He'd later contribute in a louder fashion, uncorking a 457-foot, two-run homer in the seventh inning to help chip away at Milwaukee's deficit. Bauers has been nothing short of spectacular through 56 games this season, slashing .286/.381/.531 with 12 homers, 12 doubles, 43 RBI, 38 runs and five stolen bases.

Contreras went 3-for-6 with a three-run home run, two additional runs scored and a walk in Monday's 15-14 extra-innings win over the Athletics.

Contreras tallied a pair of hits through the first nine innings but saved his best work for extra innings, as he blasted a 463-foot, three-run homer in the 10th frame. The catcher has now recorded multiple hits in three consecutive games, going 7-for-16 (.438) during that stretch. Overall, Contreras is batting .290 with six homers, 10 doubles, 42 RBI, 37 runs and a stolen base across 60 games in 2026.

Vaughn went 4-for-6 with a home run, two doubles and four total RBI in Monday's 15-14 extra-innings win over the Athletics.

Vaughn was a consistent producer in the offensive slugfest at Las Vegas Ballpark. After cranking a 420-foot, two-run homer in the third inning, the first baseman added an RBI double in the fifth before delivering a two-run double in the ninth frame to send the contest to extra innings. Fueled by Monday's performance, Vaughn has gone 11-for-27 (.407) with four extra-base hits, nine RBI and four runs across seven games to begin June. Overall, the 28-year-old is hitting .364 with 12 extra-base hits (two homers), 17 RBI and 14 runs across 96 plate appearances in 2026.

Patrick picked up the save in Monday's 15-14 extra-innings win over the Athletics. He allowed no hits and an intentional walk while striking out two over a scoreless inning.

Patrick was called upon to pitch the 12th inning and was able to shut the door on Monday's offensive slugfest. It marked the right-hander's third save of the campaign, as he has been deployed in a variety of roles throughout the season and succeeded to the tune of a 3-2 record, 2.22 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 41:21 K:BB across 52.2 innings (17 appearances). Abner Uribe pitched the 11th inning and picked up the win, while Trevor Megill, who leads the club with eight saves, went unused despite not pitching since Friday.

Harris blew the save in Monday's extra-innings loss against the Brewers. He allowed two runs on two hits and a walk while striking out three over 1.2 innings.

Harris entered for a five-out save and was able to escape trouble in the eighth inning but couldn't finish the job in the ninth frame, surrendering a game-tying, two-run double to Andrew Vaughn. The Athletics' closer situation remains fluid, with manager Mark Kotsay frequently mixing and matching in high-leverage spots, though Harris still leads the club with five saves to go along with two blown saves. After Monday's rough outing, the southpaw owns a 2.84 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 37:23 K:BB across 31.2 innings this season.
