Martinez (foot) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

The 24-year-old departed Saturday's contest due to left foot inflammation, and it's not a major surprise he's sitting Sunday after being sent for an MRI -- the results of which remain unclear. Martinez will also have Monday's team off day to rest up. David Fry, Stuart Fairchild and Chase DeLauter are starting in the outfield from left to right Sunday for Cleveland.

Junk is no longer scheduled to start Sunday's game against the Mets and could be headed for the injured list, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

The Marlins haven't provided any details regarding what kind of issue Junk is dealing with, but he doesn't look like he'll be available out of the bullpen once opening pitcher John King exits the game Sunday. Junk has made 11 starts this season while posting a 3-5 record with a 4.80 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 43:13 K:BB in 60 innings.

The White Sox recalled Murphy from Triple-A Charlotte on Sunday.

The left-hander returned from a month-long stint on the injured list due to an elbow issue in early May but was immediately optioned to Triple-A. Murphy has surrendered seven earned runs with a 6:5 K:BB over six big-league innings this year, but he'll rejoin the MLB club with Tyler Gilbert going on the family medical emergency list.

The White Sox placed Gilbert on the family medical emergency list Sunday.

The left-hander was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte on Friday and will now step away from the team for a few days to be with his family for unspecified reasons. Gilbert will be eligible to rejoin the active roster after three days and can remain on the family medical emergency list for up to a week. Chris Murphy was called up Sunday to round out Chicago's bullpen.

Andujar is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

Andujar will check out of the lineup for the first time since May 9, ending a streak of 18 consecutive starts. Signed to a modest one-year, $4 million contract in February, Andujar has emerged as a key part of the San Diego lineup this season, with his 107 wRC+ placing him third on the team among players with at least 100 plate appearances.

Jax (back) is listed as Tampa Bay's scheduled starter for Monday's series opener against Detroit, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.

The right-hander departed his last outing Tuesday in Baltimore after being struck in the back by a line drive, but he looks like he'll be ready to go for his next turn through the rotation. After struggling in the bullpen to begin the campaign, Jax has pitched well since being moved to the starting rotation in late April, posting a 1.71 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 17:8 K:BB across 21 innings.

Laureano is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

The Padres will give Laureano a breather for Sunday's day game after he went 2-for-21 with a solo home run, two steals and an additional run while starting in the team's last six contests. San Diego will go with Nick Castellanos and Fernando Tatis as its starters in the corner outfield in the series finale while Laureano sits.

Durbin went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in Saturday's 9-1 win over Cleveland.

Although the final score suggests this was an easy win, Durbin was a key contributor when the game was still close. His sacrifice fly in the fourth inning produced Boston's first run, and a run-scoring double in the eighth gave the team a 3-1 lead before the offense erupted for six runs in the final frame. This was Durbin's third consecutive start after it looked like his playing time was on the wane, and he's responded by hitting safely in all three starts (5-for-12) with three doubles and four RBI.

Mayo is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, Jacob Calvin Meyer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Mayo recently shook off a back injury and started the previous four games, going 4-for-12 with a solo home run, a double, a walk and four additional runs. Though he still looks to be the Orioles' preferred option at third base, Mayo will give way to Blaze Alexander at the hot corner in the series finale.

Basallo (pectoral) is starting behind the plate and batting fifth Sunday against the Blue Jays, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

The 21-year-old tweaked his pectoral late in Saturday's contest, but he's still in the starting nine for Sunday's series finale. It's especially encouraging that Basallo is working behind the plate rather than simply serving as the designated hitter. He's homered four times in his past 12 contests and has a .925 OPS with eight RBI and six runs during that span.
