After earning an All-Star nod just five starts into his career, the 23-year-old struggled down the stretch, posting a 5.36 ERA across 40.1 second-half innings. He'll close out his rookie campaign with a 4.36 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 87:31 K:BB over 66 major-league innings and is expected to stick in a bullpen role for the Brewers this postseason.

Abbott (10-7) earned the win against the Brewers on Saturday, allowing three runs on five hits and no walks with four strikeouts over 5.1 innings.

Abbott was spotted an early lead and delivered a steady outing to secure a crucial Reds victory in their playoff push. After a rough start to September in which he gave up five runs, the southpaw closed the month with four straight outings of three earned runs or fewer. He'll finish the regular season with a 2.87 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 149:43 K:BB across a career-high 166.1 innings.

Pagan earned the save in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Brewers, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Pagan was summoned for the fourth straight day and needed just 13 pitches to close out the ninth. The 34-year-old has now converted saves in three consecutive outings and hasn't allowed a run in his past 10 appearances. For the season, he's 32-for-38 in save chances with a 2.88 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 81:22 K:BB across 68.2 innings.

Strider (7-14) took the loss against the Pirates on Saturday, allowing three runs on eight hits and two walks with five strikeouts over six innings.

Strider generated 15 whiffs on 85 pitches and entered the sixth inning locked in a pitcher's duel before allowing two runs in the frame. While 2025 was a disappointing campaign overall, the 26-year-old closed on a steadier note, allowing three earned runs or fewer in each of his final six starts. He'll finish the season with a 4.45 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 131:51 K:BB across 125.1 innings.

Chandler (4-1) earned the win against Atlanta on Saturday, allowing one run on four hits and no walks with six strikeouts over 5.2 innings.

Despite throwing just 50 of 86 pitches for strikes, Chandler didn't issue a walk for the third straight start and generated 13 whiffs en route to his second consecutive win. Over his final three outings, the 23-year-old allowed only two earned runs with a stellar 19:0 K:BB. He'll finish his debut campaign with a 4.02 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 31:4 K:BB across 31.1 major-league innings.

Cantillo didn't factor into the decision Saturday against the Rangers, allowing two runs on three hits and no walks in 5.2 innings. He struck out eight.

With Cleveland trying to clinch a playoff berth, Cantillo fell one out short of qualifying for a quality start while coming one strikeout shy of tying his season best. The left-hander has been a solid member of the rotation while Luis L. Ortiz has been on non-disciplinary paid leave, and the former figures to play a significant role in the Guardians' postseason run after notching a shiny 1.59 ERA across his last seven starts. Cantillo wraps up the regular season with a 3.21 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 108:42 K:BB over 95.1 innings.

Latz didn't factor into the decision Saturday against the Guardians, allowing two runs on five hits and no walks in 5.1 innings. He struck out six.

It was just the eighth start of the season for Latz, who fell one punchout shy of matching his season high. The 29-year-old southpaw didn't see much high-leverage work in 2025 -- he has two holds and one save -- but he was effective as a swingman for the Rangers. Through 85.2 frames, Latz produced a 2.84 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 76:37 K:BB.

Garcia went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 3-2 loss to Cleveland.

Garcia crushed his 19th homer of the year and his first of the month of September. The veteran outfielder has been quite disappointing in 2025 -- his .665 OPS is a career worst, and he's in jeopardy of turning in his first season without 20 homers since becoming a full-time player in 2021. With a poor .227 batting average over 503 at-bats to boot, Garcia might be a tough player to rank in 2026.

Santana earned the save in Saturday's 3-1 win over Atlanta, allowing one hit and no walks with two strikeouts in a scoreless ninth inning.

Santana was called upon to protect a two-run lead in the ninth and did so on 19 pitches. The 29-year-old has bounced back from a blown save Wednesday with back-to-back scoreless outings and has now held opponents off the board in 10 of his past 11 appearances. For the season, he's 16-for-19 in save chances with a 2.18 ERA, 0.87 WHIP and 60:17 K:BB across 70.1 innings.
