Morabito will start in left field and bat seventh Tuesday versus the Nationals in his major-league debut.

Most of the right-handed-hitting Morabito's playing time -- at least initially -- is expected to come against lefties, and he's in there Tuesday versus southpaw Foster Griffin. The rookie was promoted earlier in the day after slashing .253/.364/.390 with four home runs and 14 stolen bases across 41 contests with Triple-A Syracuse.

The Blue Jays placed Mantiply on the 15-day injured list Tuesday, retroactive to May 18, due to left knee inflammation.

Mantiply presumably picked up the injury during his last appearance Sunday in Detroit, where he allowed a hit and a walk over a scoreless two-thirds of an inning. The left-hander is without an official timeline for his return but will be eligible to be reinstated in early June.

Ewing is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Nationals.

Ewing started each of the first seven games upon his promotion, but the left-handed batter will get a day off Tuesday as the Nationals send southpaw Foster Griffin to the bump. Tyrone Taylor is covering center field for the Mets.

Povich (elbow) met with Dr. Keith Meister on Tuesday and is without an official timetable for his return after receiving a cortisone injection, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

The left-hander landed on the shelf May 8 due to elbow inflammation, and it appears he's avoided a serious injury after being evaluated further. Povich will be eligible to be reinstated from the injured list this weekend, but his lack of official return timeline indicates that his absence is likely to extend into June.

Selby was recently evaluated by Dr. Chris Looze in Baltimore due to ongoing symptoms with his injured right shoulder, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Selby has been out all season with right shoulder inflammation and seems to have made little-to-no progress. He is still in the process of discussing treatment options, but it's unclear whether surgery is being considered. Selby held a 3.21 ERA and 14:2 K:BB over 14 innings out of the Orioles' bullpen in 2025.

The Rangers optioned Collyer to Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday.

The right-hander threw 35 pitches in three innings across Sunday's and Monday's contests, so he'll be the odd man out of the bullpen with Chris Martin (biceps) coming off the injured list. Collyer has been an effective relief option for Texas this year with a 2.84 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 10:8 K:BB across 12.2 innings, so it should only be a matter of time before he's back in the big-league bullpen.

Karros is absent from the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers.

Karros had started the previous four games, but this is the third time he's been absent from the lineup across the past eight contests. He's sporting just a .226/.331/.301 batting line with one home run in 45 games this season. Willi Castro is covering third base and batting leadoff for the Rockies on Tuesday.

The Rangers activated Martin (biceps) from the 15-day injured list Tuesday.

Martin did not look sharp on his rehab assignment, allowing five runs on eight hits (including two home runs ) over 2.2 innings covering three appearances. Nevertheless, he's been cleared to rejoin the Rangers' bullpen after missing more than a month with a right biceps injury.

The Guardians recalled Heuer from Triple-A Columbus on Tuesday.

The right-hander was demoted to Columbus on Monday but will return to the big-league roster a day later with Peyton Pallette going on the paternity list. Heuer made his only MLB appearance of the season Sunday versus Cincinnati, giving up one run on three hits with two strikeouts and a walk over two innings.

The Guardians placed Pallette on the paternity list Tuesday.

Pallette will step away from the Guardians for a few days in order to be with his growing family. Codi Heuer was called up from Triple-A Columbus to round out Cleveland's bullpen.
