Misiorowski (hamstring) threw a bullpen session Monday, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Misiorowski was forced to exit his last outing Friday against the Nationals with a right hamstring cramp. All signs point to the right-hander making his next scheduled start Wednesday in St. Louis, but the Brewers will wait to see how Misiorowski bounces back from Monday's bullpen session before clearing him.

Priester (wrist) is with the Brewers in St. Louis after being pulled from his rehab assignment due to shoulder soreness, Sophia Minnaert of Brewers.tv reports.

Priester struggled in his last rehab outing with Triple-A Nashville on Friday, when he tossed 62 pitches (37 strikes) and allowed five runs on seven hits (including one homer) and two walks while striking out one batter in just two innings. Brewers manager Pat Murphy told reporters Monday that Priester's recent setback isn't considered a long-term concern, but the 25-year-old right-hander will be reevaluated by medical staff and work with pitching coaches over the coming days to determine a more clear timeline to return.

Manzardo is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Royals.

Manzardo typically starts against right-handed pitchers, but he'll hit the bench for the series opener in Kansas City while Michael Wacha toes the rubber for the Royals. The Guardians will go with Rhys Hoskins at first base in place of Manzardo, who has followed up his 27-homer 2025 regular season with just two long balls through his first 31 games of 2026.

Pena (hamstring) could begin a rehab assignment this weekend, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

Pena has been shelved since mid-April with a Grade 1 right hamstring strain but appears nearly ready to test himself in a game setting. Since his absence has been relatively brief, Pena shouldn't require an extended rehab assignment before returning to the Astros' active roster.

Brown (shoulder) could throw a bullpen session as soon as this weekend, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

Brown resumed flat-ground throwing a little over a week ago and has pushed his distance up to 120 feet, per Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle. The right-hander could take another big step in his throwing program this weekend by getting back on a mound. Brown is working his way back from a Grade 2 right shoulder strain, and the Astros have tentatively projected him to return by early- to mid-June.

Kim (finger) is moving his rehab assignment from Double-A Columbus to Triple-A Gwinnett this week, Lindsay Crosby of BravesToday.com reports.

Kim began his rehab assignment last week and seems to be making good progress in his recovery from the surgery he underwent in January to repair a torn tendon in his right middle finger. He went 3-for-9 with four walks, one steal and three runs scored across four games with Double-A and will likely stick with Gwinnett for a few more contests before being cleared to return to the majors. Mauricio Dubon should continue to hold down the fort at shortstop until Kim is back with Atlanta.

Phillies interim manager Don Mattingly said Monday that Duran (oblique) will be activated from the 15-day injured list Tuesday, "unless something weird happens," Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Duran looked like himself during a bullpen session over the weekend and is poised to skip a rehab assignment and go directly back on the active roster Tuesday. The 28-year-old notched five saves while posting a 1.35 ERA and 8:0 K:BB over 6.2 innings before straining in left oblique a little over three weeks ago.

The Angels optioned Sandlin to Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday.

Sandlin has appeared in eight games for the Angels since his contract was selected from Triple-A in mid-April, but he has struggled to an 11.42 ERA and 1.62 WHIP across 8.2 innings. He'll head back to Salt Lake to work on his command and control, with southpaw Sam Aldegheri being recalled by the Halos in a corresponding move.

The Angels recalled Aldegheri from Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday.

Monday marks the second time this season that Aldegheri has been called up to the majors. His lone outing with the Angels this season came against the Yankees on April 16, when he allowed one earned run on two hits and one walk while striking out two across 1.2 innings. He'll replace Nick Sandlin on the 26-man active roster, the latter of whom was optioned to Salt Lake in a corresponding move.

The Orioles announced Monday that Kjerstad (hamstring) will be re-evaluated soon to determine his readiness for a rehab assignment, Jacob Calvin Meyer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Kjerstad hasn't played in a game since he strained his right hamstring back on March 19, but he's finally closing in on a rehab assignment. Andy Kostka of TheBanner.com notes that the 27-year-old could begin an assignment over the weekend with Double-A Chesapeake if all goes according to plan during the week. Kjerstad is a good bet to remain in the minors once he's activated rather than being added to the Orioles' 26-man active roster.
