Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo said Wednesday that Lawlar (hamstring) could return from the 10-day injured list during their upcoming road trip that begins Friday in Atlanta, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Lawlar completed the seventh game of his rehab assignment with Double-A Amarillo on Wednesday, playing nine innings in center field while going 1-for-5 with a solo home run. He's now played nine-inning games on consecutive days, which is typically a sign of a player nearing activation. After the trip to Atlanta on Friday, the Diamondbacks move on to Boston for a three-game set beginning Monday.

Martinez (elbow) struck out two and over a perfect inning in a rehab appearance for Triple-A Reno on Tuesday.

Martinez moved his rehab up from Single-A Visalia to Reno for the third appearance of his rehab. Between the two stops, the right-hander has struck out five and allowed no hits and one walk over three scoreless frames. Martinez is scheduled for at least one more appearance with Reno on Thursday, per Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com, but Martinez could be activated at some point during the team's road trip, which runs Friday through Wednesday.

Seager went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Angels.

Seager accounted for both of the Rangers' extra-base hits and nearly half of their seven knocks overall. The shortstop has three multi-hit efforts over 11 games since returning from a back injury, batting .293 (12-for-41) in that span. On the year, he's hitting .202 with a .695 OPS, 12 homers, 29 RBI, 34 runs scored, eight doubles and a stolen base over 62 contests.

Quantrill allowed one run on four hits and three walks while striking out six over five innings in a no-decision versus the Angels on Wednesday.

Quantrill did his part, but the Rangers' bullpen couldn't maintain the lead after he exited. The veteran right-hander threw 50 of 85 pitches for strikes in his return to the rotation after serving as a reliever over the weekend. For now, it appears Quantrill will fill the vacated rotation spot of Nathan Eovaldi (elbow). Quantrill has filled a versatile role this year, pitching to a 3.44 ERA with a 1.20 WHIP and 49:22 K:BB over 70.2 innings across 25 appearances (eight starts). Should he stick in the rotation, he's tentatively lined up to make his next appearance at home in a tough matchup versus the Nationals.

Freeman said that he is "just sore" after suffering a number of minor injuries when he fell into the opposing dugout during the eighth inning of Wednesday's 4-2 win over Kansas City , David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports. Freeman added that he's hoping to play in Thursday's series opener against the Brewers.

In a scary incident, Freeman plunged into the dugout while tracking a pop-up into foul territory. Team trainer Thomas Albert said afterward that Freeman has a sore right hand, knee, foot and shoulder, but Freeman downplayed the injuries in his postgame interview. The first baseman seems like he'll lobby to play right away in Thursday's series opener in Los Angeles, though the Dodgers could err on the side of caution and give Freeman a day off if he's experiencing any lingering soreness leading up to game time.

Siri went 1-for-2 with a double, one RBI, a stolen base and one run scored in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Siri came off the bench, pinch hitting for Josh Lowe in the sixth inning before remaining in the game in left field. While Siri has been left on the short side of a platoon in the outfield for much of the year, he's been productive with his time. He's batting .262 with an .802 OPS, seven home runs, three steals, 21 RBI, 24 runs scored and eight doubles over 144 plate appearances. That's a vast improvement compared to the paltry .292 OPS he had in 36 major-league plate appearances for the Mets a year ago in a campaign largely lost to a fractured tibia.

Trout went 3-for-5 with two RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Trout had gone nine games without a multi-hit effort, batting .129 (4-for-31) during that slump. He's logged a steal in consecutive games and has 10 on the year, reaching double digits in the category for the first time since 2019. Trout is batting .240 with an .833 OPS, 20 homers, 44 RBI, 68 runs scored and 16 doubles across 102 contests this year.

Joyce struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

This was Joyce's fourth big-league appearance since returning from right shoulder surgery. He's looked good so far, allowing just one hit and one walk with four strikeouts over four scoreless innings, adding a save and a hold along the way. Joyce will probably emerge as the favorite to close for the Angels in the long run. He's got tantalizing strikeout upside to fuel his fantasy potential even on a last-place team that won't produce many save chances.

Klassen (1-1) allowed two runs on five hits, one walk and one hit batsman while striking out five over six innings to earn the win over the Rangers on Wednesday.

Klassen has looked much sharper during his second stint in the majors, allowing just three runs over 10 innings across two starts, though he has an 8:5 K:BB in that span. The right-hander could have a chance to start regularly down the stretch if he can build off his first career quality start, though he'll have to compete with Ryan Johnson for the last spot in the rotation when Yusei Kikuchi (shoulder) is activated. Klassen is at a 5.52 ERA, 2.11 WHIP and 14:15 K:BB through 14.2 innings across four starts, but his numbers are still skewed by his two poor outings in April. He's tentatively lined up for a road start in Houston next week.

Feduccia went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Royals.

Feduccia has gone 9-for-36 (.250) with a homer and four doubles over 16 games since the All-Star break. He's sharing the catching duties with Ben Rortvedt while Will Smith (neck) and Dalton Rushing (elbow) are sidelined. Feduccia and Rortvedt are likely competing for one spot on the roster once Smith is healthy. Overall, Feduccia is batting .237 with a .665 OPS, three homers, 13 RBI, 18 runs scored, eight doubles, one triple and no stolen bases over 176 plate appearances.
