  • Chargers' Dustin Hopkins: Solid campaign with Bolts

Hopkins connected on 18 of his 20 field-goal attempts with the Chargers and also made 30 of his 32 extra-point attempts. Combined with his six-game stint with Washington, the veteran finished the 2021 season 30 of 34 on field-goal attempts and 40 of 44 on extra points.

Three of Hopkins' four misses came on attempts from 50-plus yards, a continuation of a three-year slump when it comes to long-distance kicks for the 30-year-old. After a seven-year stint with Washington, the franchise cut him halfway through the 2021 season and the Chargers almost immediately scooped him up, stabilizing the kicker position for the most part from that point forward. It seems likely Hopkins will be retained by the Chargers, although don't rule out someone with a bigger leg being added as competition this offseason.

  • Ravens' Justin Tucker: All-Pro performance in 2021

Tucker went 35-for-37 on field-goal attempts and made all 32 of his extra-point attempts in 2021.

It was another All-Pro season from Tucker as he continued to prove to be the best all-around kicker in football. From a fantasy perspective, Tucker finished fourth at his position in points. His 13 made field goals of 40 or more yards led the league, and he went 6-for-6 on field goals of 50-plus yards, including his record-setting 66-yard game-winner in Detroit. Tucker is under contract in Baltimore for the next two seasons and is entering his age-33 season in 2022.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Struggles in 2021

Myers connected on 17 of 23 field-goal attempts (74 percent) and 44 of 47 extra-point tries (94 percent) over 17 games during the 2021 season.

Myers hit all 24 field-goal tries during the 2020 season, but he faced severe regression in 2021, making just six of 10 attempts from beyond 40 yards. His job isn't guaranteed for the 2022 season, as the Seahawks could save $4 million against the salary cap if they cut him. Over his three years in Seattle, he has connected on 64 of 75 field-goal attempts (85 percent) and 133 of 144 extra-point tries (92 percent).

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Limited practice Thursday

Folk (knee) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice and is listed as questionable for Saturday night's game against Buffalo.

The kicker once again entered the week with a knee issue, something that he has dealt with since September. Folk has yet to miss a contest while dealing with the problem, so he is expected to be ready to go Saturday for the Patriots' wild-card game against the Bills.

  • Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Accuracy drops notably in 2021

    Sanders converted 23 of 31 field-goal attempts and 34 of 35 extra-point tries across 17 appearances in 2021.

Sanders' spectacular 92 percent field-goal conversion rate from 2020 fell to just 74 percent in 2021, though he remained exceptional in terms of extra points. The Dolphins will bring in competition for Sanders this offseason, at the very least, though there isn't a potential out written into his contract until 2023.

  • Broncos' Brandon McManus: Perfect in season finale

McManus connected on his only field-goal attempt, while making all three of his extra-point attempts in Saturday's 28-24 loss to the Chiefs.

McManus ended the season on a high note, making every kick in a close game with the Chiefs. On the year, McManus made 26 of 31 field-goal attempts and missed just one of his 34 extra-point attempts. The 30-year-old could have had a much bigger year if the Denver offense didn't struggle to move the ball as much as it did in 2021, so improvements on that side of the ball could go a long way in providing a boost to McManus' scoring opportunities. The veteran is under contract until he becomes an unrestricted free agent in 2025, so barring injury, he'll be a kicking for the Broncos in 2022.

  • Browns' Chase McLaughlin: Makes all three extra points

McLaughlin did not attempt a field goal and converted all three extra-point kicks in Week 18's 21-16 win over the Bengals.

McLaughlin converted his final seven kicks (all extra points) of the season, but a spate of misses in the second half left his hold on the job tenuous. A waiver wire pickup in the offseason, the 25-year-old McLaughlin won the job out of camp and initially stabilized Cleveland's shaky kicking game before cracks emerged. He made 15 of 21 field-goal attempts and missed six of 10 between 40 and 49 yards. There's a reason why he's been with six organizations in six NFL seasons. The Browns are likely to hold a kicker competition next summer, which could include McLaughlin if they choose to re-sign him. Cleveland general manager Andrew Berry did not rule out drafting a kicker, Marla Ridenour of the Akron Beacon Journal reports, and the team signed kicker Chris Blewitt to a reserve/future contract.

  • Jaguars' Matthew Wright: Perfect on six kicks in finale

Wright made all four field-goal attempts and both PATs during Sunday's 26-11 win over the Colts.

Wright made field goals from 20, 22, 31 and 39 yards and finished the campaign by making his last 14 attempts. The 25-year-old served as Jacksonville's kicker for 14 games, and he went 21-for-24 on field goals and 13-for-15 on extra points. Wright remains under contract for 2022 and should be the favorite to kick next season, though the Jags may bring in some competition.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Full participant Tuesday

McPherson (groin) fully participated in Tuesday's practice session, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

McPherson was inactive for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Browns due to a groin injury, but it appears as though he's back to full health. The 22-year-old should be available for Saturday's wild-card matchup against the Raiders after Elliott Fry filled in during the Bengals' Week 18 loss to the Browns.

  • Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Another impressive kicking campaign

Butker closed out the regular season Saturday versus the Broncos hitting both of his field-goal tries and both of his extra-point attempts.

Butker posted another fabulous campaign from a kicking standpoint in 2021, connecting on 89.3 percent of his field-goal attempts and all but two of his 49 extra-point attempts. His kicking volume hasn't been on quite the level it was earlier in his career, when he attempted 42 field goals in 2017 and 38 field goals in 2019, finishing out the year tied for 18th in makes (25) while finishing 21st in attempts (28). He did salvage some value by finishing fifth among kickers in extra-point conversions (47), which figures to be a big part of his equation behind a high-powered Chiefs offense.
