Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Flashes mobility in loss
Murray completed 30 of 43 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions, while gaining 69 rushing yards on eight carries, in Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Panthers.
Some of the scrambles were by design, but Murray also spent a good portion of the game running for his life from the Carolina pass russ: He was sacked eight times, and the lack of time he had to let routes develop accounted for his miserable 4.0 YPA. Murray is showing the tools to be a top fantasy QB, but until the Arizona offensive line can give him better protection, his production is likely to remain erratic.

Deshaun Watson QB | CLE
Texans' Deshaun Watson: Another big day
Watson completed 24 of his 34 pass attempts for 351 yards and three touchdowns in Week 3 against the Chargers. He also rushed the ball seven times for 18 yards.
Watson passed for three touchdowns for the second time in three contests this season. However he displayed improved efficiency, as he completed a season-best 73 percent of his passes and also averaged over 10 yards per attempt. Of note, he was sacked only twice after being taken down six and four times respectively in Weeks 1 and 2, which almost certainly contributed to his stellar performance. Already a top flight fantasy option, Watson will look to keep things in Week 4 against the Panthers.

Daniel Jones QB | IND
Giants' Daniel Jones: Accounts for four touchdowns
Jones completed 23 of 36 pass attempts for 336 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Buccaneers. He also carried four times for 28 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the 32-31 win.
Making his first start, Jones completed 64 percent of his passes while averaging an impressive 9.3 yards per attempt. He threw touchdown passes to Evan Engram and Sterling Shepard in the third quarter while adding two rushing scores, including one from seven yards out to win the game in the final minutes. It was a terrific showing from the rookie, who will undoubtedly remain the starter next at home Sunday against Washington.

Kyle Allen QB | BUF
Panthers' Kyle Allen: Fires four TDs in first 2019 start
Allen completed 19 of 26 passes for 261 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 38-20 win over the Cardinals.
Stepping in for the injured Cam Newton (foot), Allen breathed new life into the Panthers' aerial attack, completing passes to seven different receivers and leading the team to almost as many points as it scored in the first two games of the season combined. There's no timetable for Newton's return yet, but Allen's performance should give Carolina the confidence to give him as much time as he needs to get back to 100 percent.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Piles up four total scores
Wilson completed 32 of 50 passes for 406 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 33-27 loss to the Saints. He also ran seven times for 51 yards and two scores.
It was a monster game for Wilson, who was on the run often but avoided a sack for the first time this season. Just as important, this game revealed that coach Pete Carroll was willing to abandon the run-heavy motto if the Seahawks trailed by enough, as Wilson's 50 pass attempts were the most of his career. It also helped that starting running back Chris Carson's fumble woes resurfaced. Nevertheless, Wilson took over this game and will have a good shot to do the same thing in Week 4 versus the Cardinals, who just allowed Kyle Allen to throw for 261 yards and four scores in his second career start.
-
Kirk Cousins QB | LV
Vikings' Kirk Cousins: Efficient in Week 3 win
Cousins completed 15 of 21 pass attempts for 174 yards and one touchdown, while adding four rushes for 16 yards during Sunday's 34-14 win against the Raiders.
Cousins may be capable of registering his first career postseason win this season as the starting quarterback for the Vikings, but his individual numbers thus far in 2019 are a distant cry from those he established as a member of the Redskins. With a star-studded defense in Minnesota, of course, he isn't being asked to do nearly as much to help his team win games. It is a small sample size to this point, but after a typically-prolific 2018 in his debut campaign for the Vikings, Cousins is on pace for a 2019 completion rate of 58.7, with a shade under 2,700 passing yards, and 16 touchdown passes to 11 interceptions. In three full seasons as the starter for Washington, he never threw for fewer than 4,000 yards or 25 touchdowns. He certainly does not project to have a huge fantasy outing in Week 4, taking on a Bears defense that has only surrendered two touchdown passes over its first two appearances of the year.
-
Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Pulls out another victory
Stafford completed 18 of 32 passes for 201 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 27-24 victory over the Eagles.
There were some missed opportunities that led to Stafford's pedestrian 56 percent completion rate, but the 31-year-old once again did enough to pull out the win. His performance - one that included zero taken sacks - proved vital since Detroit couldn't get its run game going against Philly's upper-echelon defensive front. It's too bad the success didn't translate to better numbers in the stat sheet, but Stafford's nonetheless averaging 277 passing yards with two passing touchdowns per game through three games and he'll get a chance to rebound in what could be a high-scoring affair when the Lions play host to the Chiefs in Week 4.
-
Luke Falk QB | NYJ
Jets' Luke Falk: Struggles in first start
Falk completed 12 of 22 passes for 98 yards and an interception in Sunday's 30-14 loss to the Patriots.
Falk played well in relief last week but looked like a deer in the headlights in his first start, as the offense could barely move the ball (New York's two touchdowns came on a special teams play and a defensive play). The Jets are thankfully on bye in Week 4, which will hopefully give ailing starter Sam Darnold (mononucleosis) enough time to recover. If Falk's out there against the Eagles in Week 5, it will be hard to trust anybody in New York's passing game.
-
Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Starts hot, fades in win
Rodgers completed 17 of 29 passes for 235 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 27-16 win over Denver.
Rodgers capped off the Packers' first drive with a patented 40-yard bomb to Marquez Valdes-Scantling after Denver jumped offside and gave the Packers a free play. Though there was the occasional nifty pass, there wasn't much else going for Rodgers and the Packers. Part of that can be attributed to two Denver turnovers gifting the Packers short fields and 14 points, but fans might -- rightly -- remain concerned about Green Bay's early penchant for starting hot and cooling quickly. There won't be much time to correct course with a visit from the Eagles coming Thursday.
-
Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Finally contained as rusher
Allen completed 23 of 36 passes for 243 yards, a touchdown, a two-point conversion and an interception in Sunday's 21-17 win over the Bengals. He rushed nine times for 46 yards and fumbled twice, but the ball was recovered by the offense both times.
Allen opened the scoring with a one-yard touchdown to tight end Dawson Knox and added a two-point conversion to Cole Beasley. He also let the Bengals back into the game, as his third-quarter interception was returned to the 22-yard line, and Buffalo's 14-0 lead was cut in half three plays later. Turnovers continue to be a bugaboo for the second-year quarterback, and he's still a below-average passer who has never thrown for more than 254 yards in a game, but this was the first time this season that he failed to record a rushing touchdown. Allen has guided the Bills to a 3-0 record against a trio of lackluster teams, but the competition gets a lot stiffer in Week 4, when the undefeated Patriots come to town.
