Joe Flacco QB | CIN
Colts' Joe Flacco: Getting another start
Flacco will start Sunday's game against the Titans, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Anthony Richardson (oblique) had been listed as questionable for Sunday's contest, and though reports leading up to the contest suggested he would be on track to start, he'll ultimately be inactive as the emergency No. 3 quarterback while the Colts give him another week off to heal up. Flacco is thus in line for a second straight start after he completed 33 of 44 attempts for 359 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in last week's loss to the Jaguars. With Flacco under center, the fantasy outlooks for most of the Colts' key pass catchers should increase, and running backs Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson could see their projections improve without Richardson around to poach carries.

Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Likely to play Sunday
Richardson (oblique) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Titans, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports.
After sitting out the Colts' Week 5 loss to the Jaguars with an oblique strain, Richardson sandwiched a pair of limited practices around a full session Thursday. The Colts seem to have been encouraged enough with how the young quarterback fared during the three practices, and though he'll still take a designation into game day, he's expected to be cleared when Indianapolis releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Richardson should also have the services of two of his top pass-catching options, as wideouts Michael Pittman (back) and Josh Downs (toe) are both listed as questionable but have good chances of suiting up, per Stephen Holder of ESPN.com. Joe Flacco, who has taken over as Indianapolis' signal-caller in Richardson's absence, will likely return to a backup role if Richardson is indeed able to start Sunday.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Jets' Aaron Rodgers: Ready to play Monday
Rodgers (ankle) does not carry an injury designation for Monday's game against the Bills, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
There really never seemed to be any risk Rodgers would miss the primetime contest, especially after the shake-up to the coaching staff following the firing of head coach Robert Saleh. The Jets also replaced offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett with Todd Downing, who will be taking over play-calling duties for the dysfunctional offense. As a result, it's fair to assume the offense and Rodgers could look better, even if it's only a week, given the changes in New York.

Sam Hartman QB | WAS
Sam Hartman: Joins Commanders' practice squad
Washington signed Hartman to its practice squad Saturday.
The Commanders waived Hartman on Thursday, and they're bringing him back onto their practice squad just two days later now that he's cleared waivers. As long as Jayden Daniels, Marcus Mariota and Jeff Driskel remain healthy, he's not likely to be elevated any time soon.

Derek Carr QB | NO
Saints' Derek Carr: Officially ruled out for Week 6
Carr (oblique) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Carr sustained a left oblique strain in the fourth quarter of this past Monday's loss at Kansas City. After undergoing an MRI on Tuesday, he received a prognosis of multiple weeks, and while an IR stint isn't considered likely, per coach Dennis Allen, this weekend Carr will miss the first of what will likely be numerous games. The Saints are rolling with rookie fifth-round pick Spencer Rattler at quarterback Sunday and perhaps for as long as Carr is sidelined.

Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Good to go Sunday
Herbert (ankle) practiced fully Friday and doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
After turning in back-to-back limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday, Herbert's full participation Friday paves the way for him to start against Denver this weekend. The QB has been managing an ankle injury of late, but Herbert no doubt benefited from the Chargers' Week 5 bye and should be closer to 100 percent ahead of Week 6 action.

Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Limited Friday, questionable for Sunday
Richardson (oblique) was limited at Friday's practice and officially is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest at Tennessee.
Richardson seemingly was in the clear to return to action for the first time since Week 4 after managing a full practice Thursday. Despite being limited both Wednesday and Friday, he was spotted throwing on the run and otherwise looking like himself throughout the week, which wasn't the case last week, per Stephen Holder of ESPN.com. Richardson also took a majority of the reps with the Colts' first-team offense, but coach Shane Steichen said Friday that the second-year quarterback will be a game-time decision this weekend, per JJ Stankevitz of the team's official site. As a result, Richardson's status bears watching to see if he or veteran backup Joe Flacco will be under center following Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Jets' Aaron Rodgers: Limited by ankle Friday
Rodgers (ankle) remained limited in practice Friday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Rodgers has registered back-to-back limited practices as the Jets prepare for Monday's pivotal home game against the Bills, the winner of which will be in first place in the AFC East. He's dealing with a low-ankle sprain, but Rodgers may be over the hamstring issue that also has been bothering him, as it wasn't listed on Friday's injury report. He'll try to upgrade to full participation Saturday in an effort to avoid an injury designation.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Steelers' Justin Fields: Week 6 starter over healthy Wilson
Fields is in line to start Sunday's game against the Raiders, while coach Mike Tomlin said Friday that Russell Wilson is expected to be active in a backup role, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Fields is slated to make a sixth straight start to begin the season, but after Wilson was inactive for the first five games due to a calf injury, the veteran quarterback is expected to be available following a full week of practice. With Pittsburgh having dropped consecutive games after a 3-0 start, Fields could be in danger of losing the starting job to Wilson soon if the former Bears quarterback is unable to right the ship.

Mason Rudolph QB | PIT
Titans' Mason Rudolph: Returning to bench vs. Colts
Rudolph will return to a backup role Sunday against the Colts, as coach Brian Callahan confirmed Friday that Will Levis will start, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Rudolph entered in relief after Levis hurt his shoulder in the first quarter of Tennessee's 31-12 Week 4 win over the Dolphins, but Levis has regained health coming out of the Week 5 bye. Rudolph will remain next in line should the Titans opt for a change under center, be it due to another injury or performance-related reasons.
