  • Jordan Mason RB | MIN

    49ers' Jordan Mason: Active Sunday

Mason (hamstring) is active Sunday against the Eagles.

The running back was listed as questionable going into the day. Mason is third on the depth chart behind Christian McCaffrey and Elijah Mitchell, and has not carried the ball since Week 6. The second-year pro does have 21 carries for 117 yards and two touchdowns this season.

  • Rashaad Penny RB | CAR

Eagles' Rashaad Penny: Out for Week 13

Penny (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

This is the third straight game in which Penny has been a healthy scratch after he was activated in Week 9 against the Cowboys. It'll be tough for Penny to crack into the backfield rotation unless there's an injury to D'Andre Swift, Kenneth Gainwell or Boston Scott.

  • Commanders' Brian Robinson: Exits early due to hamstring injury

The Commanders have ruled out Robinson for the second half of Sunday's game against the Dolphins due to a hamstring injury.

Robinson carried seven times for 53 yards and went without a target through the first two quarters of the game before departing. The extent of Robinson's injury isn't known, but the second-year running back will at least have the benefit of a well-timed Week 14 bye to recover from the health concern before the Commanders return to action Dec. 17 against the Rams. Washington will get by with Antonio Gibson and Chris Rodriguez as its running backs for the remainder of Sunday's contest.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Won't return Sunday

Stevenson, who injured his right ankle during Sunday's game against the Chargers, won't return to the contest.

Before being forced out of the game, Stevenson had carried nine times for 39 yards and caught one pass for zero yards. In his absence, Ezekiel Elliott will lead the Patriots' Week 13 rushing attack. Stevenson will now look to recover from his ankle issue in time to be available for Thursday night's game against the Steelers.

  • Cardinals' Emari Demercado: Exits Sunday's game

Demercado is being evaluated for a concussion and a neck injury during Sunday' game against the Steelers.

Priot to his exit from the contest, Demercado hadn't recorded a carry. In his absence, Michael Carter is on hand to provide the Cardinals with RB depth behind James Conner.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Hurts right ankle Sunday

Stevenson injured his right ankle during Sunday's game against the Chargers and is questionable to return, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

On the Patriots' second possession of the contest, Stevenson lost a fumble on a carry and remained on the turf for a spell. He then was assisted to the locker room, skipping the sideline medical tent entirely. With JaMycal Hasty a healthy scratch Sunday, Ezekiel Elliott and Ty Montgomery are the Patriots' remaining available running backs.

  • Mike Boone RB | MIA

Texans' Mike Boone: Stays on sidelines

Boone (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Broncos.

Boone will take a seat again as Houston rolls with Dare Ogunbowale as its No. 3 option at running back behind Devin Singletary and Dameon Pierce. His next chance to suit up will be Week 14 against the Jets.

  • Alex Armah FB | WAS

Commanders' Alex Armah: Won't play Sunday

Armah (coach's decision) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.

Armah avoided an injury designation after sitting out the previous two games with a hamstring injury, but he'll end up being a healthy scratch Sunday versus Miami.

  • Jets' Israel Abanikanda: Available Sunday

Abanikanda (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Since the Jets waived Michael Carter on Nov. 14, Abanikanda has moved up to the third spot on the depth chart at running back. The rookie fifth-round pick out of Pittsburgh carried once for 11 yards and added a five-yard reception in a Week 11 loss to the Bills, but he didn't see any snaps in the Jets' Week 12 loss to the Dolphins. Though he's seemingly moved past the illness that resulted in him taking a questionable tag into the weekend, Abanikanda may not be guaranteed much more than garbage-time snaps against the Falcons while both Breece Hall (hamstring) and Dalvin Cook (shoulder) are available.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Jets' Dalvin Cook: Ready to play Sunday

Cook (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

A late addition to the Week 13 injury report after the shoulder issue resulted in him being a limited participant in Friday's practice, Cook ended up taking a questionable tag into Sunday. Head coach Robert Saleh indicated after Friday's practice that Cook would be fine for Sunday's game, and as anticipated, the running back avoided the inactive list. He should operate as the top backup to lead back Breece Hall, though that role hasn't translated to much in the way of production for Cook of late. Over the Jets' five games since the team's Week 7 bye, Cook has taken on just 14 touches (11 carries, three receptions) while accounting for 73 yards from scrimmage and no touchdowns. Because Hall was limited some at practice this week with a hamstring injury of his own, however, it's possible that Cook ends up getting more work than he had in previous weeks.
