Elijah Mitchell RB | NE
49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Returning to action Sunday
Mitchell (knee) is listed as active Sunday at Cleveland, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.
Mitchell has been plagued by knee injuries during his two-plus seasons as a pro, but the current issue will force him to miss only two games. Now that he's available to San Francisco's offense, he should get any of the RB reps that don't go to Christian McCaffrey. On the campaign, Mitchell has averaged 3.3 yards on his 16 carries and also gathered in three of four targets for two yards.

De'Von Achane RB | MIA
Dolphins' De'Von Achane: Eyeing Week 11 return
Achane (knee) is expected to miss the minimum four games while on injured reserve and will likely be activated ahead of the Dolphins' Week 11 game against the Raiders on Nov. 19, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Though the Dolphins haven't provided many details regarding the knee injury that forced Achane to IR on Wednesday, the rookie running back appears to have avoided a season-ending injury and looks to be on pace for a return following the Dolphins' Week 10 bye. While Achane's timeline could change if he endures any hiccups in the rehab process over the next month, fantasy managers in redraft leagues are advised to continue stashing the 22-year-old, given the immense upside he displayed through the first quarter of the season. Despite sitting out Week 1 and playing just five snaps on offense Week 2, Achane enters Week 6 as the NFL's second-leading rusher with 460 yards, and he's already found the end zone seven times on 47 touches.

Keaton Mitchell RB | LAC
Ravens' Keaton Mitchell: Making NFL debut Sunday
Mitchell (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans in London.
As was expected after the Ravens reinstated him from injured reserve Saturday, Mitchell will be available to make his NFL debut Week 6, joining a Baltimore backfield that includes Gus Edwards and Justice Hill. An undrafted rookie out of East Carolina, Mitchell showed plenty of burst in the preseason, averaging 6.0 yards per carry on seven totes and recorded a pair of receptions in two contests. At 5-foot-8 and 191 pounds, Mitchell may not be capable of handling a big workload, but he could eventually usurp Hill as the preferred change-of-pace option behind the 238-pound Edwards. Expect Mitchell to have a limited role Sunday, however.

Saquon Barkley RB | PHI
Giants' Saquon Barkley: Expects to play Sunday
Barkley (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills, but the Giants are "optimistic" and "hopeful" about him being able to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Barkley is similarly optimistic that he'll be able to return to the lineup after missing the past three games with a right high-ankle sprain. The Giants are cognizant of not wanting to push Barkley and risking a setback, so a final decision on his availability may not be made until he completes a pregame workout. The Giants and Bills are playing in the Sunday night game in Week 6, so official word on Barkley's status won't arrive until both teams release their inactive lists 90 minutes prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Matt Breida and Eric Gray would move into reduced roles out of the Giants backfield if Barkley is cleared to play Sunday.

Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ
Vikings' Kene Nwangwu: Not ready for return
Nwangwu (back) was not activated from injured reserve Saturday, per the NFL transaction report.
Nwangwu has been out for the entirety of the season but had his practice window opened earlier this week. He participated in Thursday's session fully, but that won't be enough for him to be ready for game action against the Bears on Sunday. Nwangwu's next chance to play will come in Week 7 against against the 49ers.

Damien Williams RB | ARI
Cardinals' Damien Williams: Gets elevated for Week 6
The Cardinals elevated Williams from the practice squad Saturday, Jose M. Romero of The Arizona Republic reports.
Williams signed with the Cardinals' practice squad on Oct. 5 after being let go by the Raiders at the end of training camp. He played just one game for the Falcons in 2022 before finishing the season on injured reserve with a rib injury. Williams will add backfield depth for the Cardinals after the team placed James Conner (knee) on IR on Tuesday.

Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Not ready for Sunday
Wilson (ribs/finger) was not activated off injured reserve Saturday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
This was always going to be the likely conclusion after Wilson was listed as doubtful following Friday's final injury report. As a result, Raheem Mostert will be the main ball carrier in a tremendous matchup against the Panthers, with Salvon Ahmed figuring to be the next man up.

Keaton Mitchell RB | LAC
Ravens' Keaton Mitchell: Shifts off IR
Mitchell (shoulder) was activated off injured reserve Saturday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans in London.
It's unclear whether the Ravens plan to have the undrafted rookie suit up this weekend for his NFL debut, but Mitchell's activation is obviously still a positive step in the right direction. Mitchell's status for the Week 6 contest will be established one way or the other when Baltimore releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff. With J.K. Dobbins (Achilles) out for the season, Mitchell could have an opportunity to push Gus Edwards and Justice Hill for playing time out of the backfield.

Devine Ozigbo RB | DET
Lions' Devine Ozigbo: Promoted to active roster
The Lions elevated Ozigbo from the practice squad Saturday.
Ozgibo joined the Lions' practice squad Sept. 20 after being cut by the team prior to the 53-man roster deadline at the end of training camp. If he plays Sunday against the Buccaneers, Ozigbo would fill a depth backfield role behind David Montgomery and Craig Reynolds, with Jahmyr Gibbs (hamstring) ruled out for Week 6.

Zonovan Knight RB | ARI
Lions' Zonovan Knight: Moved to IR
The Lions placed Knight (shoulder) on injured reserve Saturday.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Friday that the shoulder injury that Knight sustained in Week 5 against the Seahawks was season-ending. He joined the Lions on Sept. 20 after being waived by the Jets at the end of training camp. Knight played two games this season and registered 21 yards on four touches.
