  • Evan Engram TE | DEN

Jaguars' Evan Engram: Scores first TD of 2023

Engram caught all nine of his targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 34-31 overtime loss to the Bengals.

Engram scored his first touchdown of the season on a 22-yard catch in the second quarter to put the Jaguars ahead 14-7. The touchdown came on a pass thrown by Trevor Lawrence (ankle), who later left the game in the fourth quarter. Engram accounted for four of C.J. Beathard's nine completions in two drives after Lawrence's injury, so the productive tight end figures to remain heavily involved in the Week 14 game plan against the Browns, even if Lawrence can't go.

  • Eagles' Albert Okwuegbunam: One target but no catches

Okwuegbunam failed to bring in his only target in Sunday's 42-19 loss to the 49ers.

Okwuegbunam saw the field for 31 offensive snaps, outpacing the 24 snaps he'd played through the first 12 weeks and those of fellow tight ends Jack Stoll (24) and Grant Calcaterra (13). The larger workload didn't lead to any production for Okwuegbunam, however, and with Dallas Goedert potentially ready to return from a forearm injury next week against the Cowboys, Okwuegbunam's fantasy appeal will shrink still further.

  • Henry Pearson: Reverts to practice squad

Pearson reverted to Green Bay's practice squad Monday.

Pearson saw playing time on both offense and special teams during Sunday's win versus the Chiefs as Josiah Deguara (hip) was inactive. The 24-year-old failed to record any stats and will now wait for another opportunity to play.

  • Lucas Krull TE | DEN

Lucas Krull: Returns to practice squad

Krull reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday.

Krull was part of Denver's active roster for the second time this year, falling to reel in his only target, which was ultimately a game-ending interception thrown by Russell Wilson. The tight end will now wait for his next chance to appear in a game with the Broncos.

  • Luke Farrell TE | SF

Jaguars' Luke Farrell: Will play Monday

Farrell (toe) is listed as active for Jacksonville's matchup with the Bengals on Monday.

Farrell is set to play Monday despite being limited in practice earlier in the week with a toe injury. The 26-year-old could be in line for increased playing time with Brenton Strange (foot) not playing.

  • Parker Hesse TE | DET

Parker Hesse: Back to practice squad

Hesse reverted to Atlanta's practice squad Monday.

Hesse made his third appearance with the Falcons' active roster in Sunday's 13-8 win over the Jets, failing to record a stat while playing 30 total snaps, including 18 with with the offensive unit. The tight end will now wait for his next opportunity to appear in game, which could come in Week 14 versus Tampa Bay.

  • Jaguars' Brenton Strange: Ruled out Monday

Strange (foot) is inactive for Jacksonville's game versus the Bengals on Monday.

Strange will now miss the first game of his rookie campaign after nursing a foot injury in practice all week. With Strange out, the Jaguars elevated Josh Pederson from the practice squad to provide depth behind Evan Engram and Luke Farrell.

  • Julian Hill TE | NE

Dolphins' Julian Hill: Makes two catches

Hill secured both of his targets for 23 yards during Sunday's 45-15 win over Washington.

Hill saw his highest target total of the season Sunday while playing 32 percent of offensive snaps. Though he has yet to record any notable production, dynasty managers might want to monitor whether Hill continues to encroach on Durham Smythe's involvement in the passing game. His next opportunity to take a step forward will come Monday versus the Titans.

  • Tyler Higbee TE | LAR

Rams' Tyler Higbee: Avoids concussion, but has stinger

Coach Sean McVay said Monday that Higbee cleared the concussion protocol but was diagnosed with a neck stinger following Sunday's 36-19 win versus the Browns, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Higbee was forced out late in Sunday's game and deemed questionable to return at the time with a potential concussion. He may endure some limitations in practice this week as the Rams prep for Sunday's game in Baltimore.

  • Durham Smythe TE | BAL

Dolphins' Durham Smythe: Not targeted in blowout win

Smythe was not targeted during Sunday's 45-15 win over the Commanders.

Smythe didn't factor into the Dolphins' gameplan Week 13, with the offense instead electing to show off the speed of Tyreek Hill, Raheem Mostert and De'Von Achane. The starting tight end doesn't possess fantasy value aside from deep formats, especially with Julian Hill getting more involved on offense.
