Smith (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's matchup with Tampa Bay, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

The wideout picked up the injury during the preseason finale and sat out the regular-season opener. Smith returned to practice Wednesday and was limited throughout the week, giving him a chance to make his season debut Sunday. However, even if he's available, it's unlikely he sees many targets behind Michael Thomas, Jarvis Landry and Chris Olave.

Lazard (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Lazard was limited for a third straight day at Friday's practice, never quite progressing to full. He thus may need to be treated as a game-time decision, in which case the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff is suboptimal for fantasy managers. With Lazard out Week 1, the Packers had four wide receivers (Sammy Watkins, Christian Watson, Randall Cobb, Romeo Doubs) land between a 57 and 67 percent snap share and 3-5 targets, which isn't exactly a rotation that's conducive to short-term fantasy value. Once he's available, Lazard will be the favorite to lead the group in snaps and targets.

Wilson (toe) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens, David Furones of the Sun Sentinel reports.

Wilson logged consecutive limited practices after missing practice Wednesday. If he suits up, Wilson should remain a distant third on Miami's wide receiver depth chart behind speedsters Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.

Perriman (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

Perriman was limited in all three of Tampa Bay's practices throughout the week. If he suits up, Perriman could see an expanded role in a banged-up Buccaneers receiving corps that will be without Chris Godwin (hamstring) and lists all three of Mike Evans (calf), Julio Jones (knee) and Russell Gage (hamstring) as questionable.

Proche (groin) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Proche was unable to practice Thursday or Friday after a limited session Wednesday. Tylan Wallace could see a few more snaps if Proche sits out against Miami, though the Ravens' reliance on heavy sets offensively normally minimizes the impact of the team's depth options at wide receiver.

Gage (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against New Orleans, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

Gage played through the same injury last week but didn't have much impact, seeing two targets on a 42 percent snap share. There's an opportunity ahead with Chris Godwin (hamstring) ruled out for at least one game, but it isn't clear if Gage's own problematic hamstring will cooperate and allow him to take on a full workload. The Bucs also list Mike Evans (calf) and Julio Jones (knee) as questionable this week, creating a lot of uncertainty heading into the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday.

The same goes for Russell Gage (hamstring) and Julio Jones (knee), while Chris Godwin (hamstring has been ruled out). Gage, Jones and Evans all had slightly different practice routines throughout the week, but each of the three was a limited participant Friday to finish things out. The good news for fantasy managers interested in any of them is that the Bucs and Saints kick off at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, with inactives due at 11:30. Evans doesn't seem especially likely to be on that list, but it needs to be watched closely given all the high-profile players listed as questionable.

Philips (shoulder) was limited in practice Friday.

Philips ramped up his activity after sitting out Thursday's practice entirely, but he sported a non-contact jersey, per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site. The rookie generated some fantasy buzz after leading the Titans with 66 receiving yards in his NFL debut, but fantasy managers relying on him Week 2 will have a dearth of options if Philips is unable to suit up, as the Titans won't face the Bills until Monday.

Godwin missed practice all week after injuring his hamstring in his first game back from an ACL tear. Both teams have loaded injury reports for this NFC South clash, with Tampa's list of questionable players including fellow wide receivers Mike Evans (calf), Julio Jones (knee) and Russell Gage (hamstring), all three of whom managed limited practices Friday.

Berrios (heel) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns, Rich Cimini of ESPN reports.

Berrios is likely to suit up considering he put in consecutive full practices Thursday and Friday after a limited session Wednesday. However, the slot receiver and return man didn't have his name taken off the injury report, so fantasy managers relying on his services should check in on Berrios' status prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.
