Lowe suffered a high ankle sprain at practice in late July but he appears to have made a full recovery. The 27-year-old is slated to serve as a top reserve option behind Trent Williams and Colton McKivitz at offensive tackle in 2026.

Puni (concussion) was not listed on the 49ers' injury report Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Puni suffered a concussion during the preseason but he now appears to have made a full recovery. The 26-year-old is slated to operate as the team's starting right guard in Thursday's regular-season opener against the Rams.

White suffered a groin injury early at practice prior to the beginning of the preseason, but he now appears to be healthy ahead of Week 1. The 27-year-old is set to step into a starting role as a member of San Francisco's front seven in 2026.

Jackson (rest) did not participate at the Rams' practice Tuesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Jackson has been dealing with an illness recently, and the team opted to give him the day off Tuesday. The 28-year-old appears to be on track to operate as the team's starting left tackle Thursday night against San Francisco.

Dolac (knee) did not appear on the Rams' injury report Tuesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Dolac ended the 2025 campaign on injured reserve after suffering a PCL injury in his knee against the Cardinals in the regular-season finale. The 24-year-old appears to be set to operate as a top reserve option behind Nate Landman and Omar Speights at inside linebacker to open the regular season Thursday night against the 49ers.

Greenlaw (Achilles) was a limited participant at the 49ers' practice Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Greenlaw is dealing with some Achilles discomfort to open the week at practice, but his ability to participate in any capacity Tuesday seems to suggest it is likely a minor issue. The veteran's participation at practice Wednesday will provide more clarity toward his status for Thursday night's regular-season opener against Los Angeles.

Collins (knee) was a limited participant at the 49ers' practice Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Collins is dealing with an apparent knee injury ahead of the team's regular-season opener, but considering he was able to practice in any capacity, it is likely a minor issue. The defensive lineman will have a chance to erase any doubt about his availability to play in Week 1 by logging a full practice Wednesday.

Prysock (shoulder) was a full participant at the 49ers' practice Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Prysock suffered a shoulder injury in the team's preseason finale versus the Raiders on Aug. 27 but he now appears to be back to full health. The 23-year-old is expected to operate as a top reserve option behind Renardo Green (hamstring) and Deommodore Lenoir at cornerback during his rookie campaign.

Green (hamstring) was a limited participant at the 49ers' practice Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Green suffered a hamstring injury Aug. 20, and he appears to still be working his way back to full health. The cornerback's ability to practice in any capacity Tuesday is a good sign for his chances to play Thursday against the Rams, but he'll have another chance to erase any doubt with a full practice Wednesday.

Height was a limited participant in practice Tuesday due to an ankle injury, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com previously relayed Aug. 23 that Height was tending to an undisclosed injury, but the 49ers' first injury report shed light on the nature of his health concern. The rookie linebacker will still have two more opportunities to potentially increase his practice activity and put himself in a position to suit up in Thursday's season opener versus the Rams in Melbourne, Australia.
