Covey played 29 offensive snaps in Friday's preseason loss to the Bengals, catching two of four targets for 20 yards.

Covey dealt with a hamstring issue in early August but was able to suit up for all three of Philadelphia's preseason contests. He caught five of eight targets for 44 yards and a touchdown during those games and also returned four punts for 38 yards. Covey hasn't done much as a pass catcher to this point in his NFL career, so his tough path to making the 53-man roster is probably more tied to his ability to return kicks.

The Saints waived Means on Saturday.

Since New Orleans used a fifth-round pick on Means in 2024, Means recorded a 9-118-1 line on 15 targets in seven regular-season appearances that season before spending all of 2025 on IR due to a lower-leg injury. Assuming he goes through waivers unclaimed, he'll be a candidate to land on another team's practice squad, at least.

Levis went 14-for-22 for 143 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions, rushed twice for one yard and fumbled once but recovered in the Titans' 24-15 preseason loss to the Bears on Saturday.

Levis drew the start and played the entire first half, leading the Titans to nine points in that span via three field goals with the help of a pair of double-digit-play drives. The 2023 second-round pick finished the preseason having completed 21 of 39 pass attempts for 200 yards without any touchdowns or interceptions, adding 10 carries for 38 yards. With Mitchell Trubisky sidelined with a biceps injury Saturday, Levis seemingly took advantage of his extended opportunity, but it remains to be seen whether it was enough to secure him the No. 2 quarterback job behind Cam Ward.

Moore caught both of his targets for 10 yards in Friday's exhibition loss to Cincinnati.

Moore got a start for Philadelphia with the team resting most of its regular-season starters. He logged 20 offensive snaps and made two receptions, each of which went for a five-yard gain. Those were the first two catches of a quiet preseason slate for the 26-year-old. He's aiming to make the 53-man roster as a depth option at receiver.

The Saints waived Bell on Saturday.

A seventh-round pick of the 49ers in 2023, Bell has made 28 appearances in three seasons as a pro, but only two of them occurred in 2025, when he hauled in two of four targets for 23 yards and one touchdown. Bell was one of two WRs cut by New Orleans -- also Bub Means -- but both will be candidates to land on practice squads in the near future.

Milroe completed 16 of 26 pass attempts for 223 yards and one touchdown without any interceptions in Friday's 9-9 preseason tie versus Kansas City.

Milroe played every offensive snap for Seattle, with both Sam Darnold and Drew Lock resting on the sideline. Milroe led the Seahawks on a seven-play scoring drive that ended in a field goal during the first quarter and a 10-play drive that ended with his touchdown pass to Nick Vannett in the third. That TD was his first of a relatively underwhelming preseason. Milroe is locked in behind Darnold and Lock once the regular season starts, so he could regularly serve as Seattle's emergency third QB on gamedays.

Dike secured one of two targets for nine yards in the Titans' 24-15 preseason loss to the Bears on Saturday.

The speedy second-year pro opened the game with the starting offense and saw both his targets from Will Levis during the Titans' second possession. Dike had one catch in each of Tennessee's three preseason games, posting a 3-28-0 line on four targets. Dike will open the season in a reserve receiver role with big-play potential after posting a 48-423-4 line across 17 regular-season games during his rookie 2025 campaign.

Singleton rushed seven times for 26 yards and brought in both targets for 18 yards in the Titans' 24-15 preseason loss to the Bears on Saturday.

The rookie fifth-round pick led the team in rush attempts on the night and finished second behind D'Ernest Johnson and quarterback Hendon Hooker in rushing yards. Singleton was the first Tennessee back to log a touch, gaining six yards on a reception on the second play from scrimmage and subsequently netting 18 yards on three consecutive rush attempts to kick off the Titans' second drive. Singleton finished the preseason having rushed 15 times for 57 yards alongside Saturday's 2-18-0 receiving line across two games, and he'll now wait to see if those numbers were enough to garner him the No. 3 running back role.

Walker brought in his only target for 12 yards in the Bears' 24-15 preseason win over the Titans on Saturday.

The second-year pro would have been even more productive during his time in the game, but an offensive holding penalty wiped out an 18-yard reception early on Chicago's second possession. However, Tyson Bagent went right back to Walker on the next play for a 12-yard gain, closing out the receiver's three-game preseason with a 2-48-0 line on three targets. Walker impressively recorded two touchdowns on just six receptions as an undrafted rookie in 2025, and he appears likely to stick on the 53-man roster again to open the 2026 season due to his big-play potential.

Roush brought in one of two targets for 19 yards in the Bears' 24-15 preseason win over the Titans on Saturday.

The rookie tight end's one catch was especially timely, as it came on fourth down during the Bears' second possession. Roush wrapped up his first pro preseason with a 5-64-0 line on eight targets across three games, and he'll now head into the regular season with a seemingly locked-in No. 3 role behind Colston Loveland and Cole Kmet.
