Lance was a limited participant in Friday's practice due to a groin injury and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Lance presumably tweaked his groin during Friday's practice, given that he wasn't listed on the injury report Wednesday nor Thursday. DJ Uiagalelei is the Chargers' QB on the practice squad, and he would likely serve as the team's backup to Justin Herbert if Lance is not cleared to play against Buffalo.

Thompson (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills.

A quadriceps injury prevented Thompson from practicing during Week 3 prep, and the rookie fourth-rounder will look to progress enough in his recovery to return for Week 4 against the Seahawks on Sunday, Oct. 4. Tre' Harris, Derius Davis and Marquez Valdes-Scantling are all in line for a slight bump in offensive reps in Thompson's absence.

Mauigoa (quadriceps) is listed as out for Sunday's game against the Lions, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Mauigoa suffered the quadriceps injury in the overtime loss to the Packers in Week 2. It's unknown when he will be back on the field. However, Mauigoa has only seen action on special teams this season, so his absence won't impact things too much.

Trotter (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Trotter was a limited participant in Friday's practice after opening the week with back-to-back DNPs. However, the rookie second-rounder has not progressed enough in his recovery from a shoulder injury to play Sunday, so he'll aim toward being available for Week 4 against Green Bay on Sunday, Oct. 4. One of Christian Rozeboom and SirVocea Dennis will start at inside linebacker next to Alex Anzalone in Trotter's absence.

Bain (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Bain was a DNP in all three practices during Week 3 prep due to a groin injury that he presumably picked up in Week 2 against the Browns. The rookie first-rounder has only one solo tackle through two regular-season games but has played at least 35 defensive snaps in each of those contests, and those reps will be absorbed Al-Quadin Muhammad, Anthony Nelson and David Walker. Bain's next chance to play is Week 4 against the Packers on Sunday, Oct. 4.

Okonkwo (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Seahawks.

Okonkwo wasn't able to practice in any capacity for a second week in row due to the hamstring injury that he suffered Week 1 at Philadelphia and thus will miss his second consecutive game. With Okonkwo sidelined again, Ben Sinnott, John Bates and Colson Yankoff will be the tight ends available to the Commanders offense and QB Marcus Mariota in Week 3.

Cherelus (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Cleveland.

Cherelus sustained a shoulder injury against the Falcons in Week 2. The injury prevented him from practicing during Week 3 prep, and with Devin Lloyd (calf) also not playing against Cleveland, one of rookie seventh-rounder Jackson Kuwatch and veteran Tyrel Dodson will start alongside Bobby Okereke at inside linebacker. Cherelus will aim to recover enough to play in Week 4 against the Lions on Sunday, Oct. 4.

Scott (ribs) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Scott was a DNP all week due to a rib injury he sustained in Carolina's Week 2 win over Atlanta. In his absence, Lathan Ransom and rookie fifth-rounder Zakee Wheatley are the top candidates to start at safety next to Tre'von Moehrig. Scott's next chance to play is Week 4 against Detroit on Sunday, Oct. 4.

Lloyd (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Lloyd was held out of practice all week due to a calf injury he likely picked up during the Panthers' 34-3 win over the Falcons in Week 2. Claudin Cherelus (shoulder) will also not play against Cleveland, leaving veteran Tyrel Dodson and rookie seventh-rounder Jackson Kuwatch as the top candidates to start alongside Bobby Okereke at inside linebacker. Lloyd's next chance to suit up is Week 4 against the Lions on Sunday, Oct. 4.

Parkinson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest at Denver, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Parkinson officially went down as a non-participant on all three of the Rams' Week 3 injury reports due to a knee issue, but coach Sean McVay told Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register that the tight end was going to take part in Friday's jog-through and was "trending in the right direction" ahead of Sunday's matchup. Ultimately, Parkinson's status will be confirmed about 90 minutes before an 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff, but even if he's available he may not be able to handle the 70-plus percent snap share he handled in both of L.A.'s first two games of the campaign.
