Klim Kostin C | SJ
Sharks' Klim Kostin: Might return ahead of schedule
Kostin (lower body) might return Saturday versus Dallas, according to Max Miller of NHL.com on Friday.
Kostin was originally projected to be on the shelf until after the 4 Nations Face-Off, but it seems he might return earlier than expected. He has a goal, four points, 25 PIM and 82 hits in 26 outings in 2024-25. If Kostin plays, it will probably be as part of the fourth line.

Mavrik Bourque C | DAL
Stars' Mavrik Bourque: Set to play Friday
Bourque (face) is good to play Friday versus the Kings, per Mike Heika of the Stars' official site.
Bourque is drawing back into the lineup after a one-game absence. He has six goals and 14 points in 47 appearances in 2024-25. Colin Blackwell is expected to be a healthy scratch to make room for Bourque's return.

Robert Thomas C | STL
Blues' Robert Thomas: Tallies assist Thursday
Thomas garnered an assist and took a shot on goal in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Panthers.
Thomas' assist was on the power play to help Oskar Sundqvist tie the game at two apiece. The 25-year-old center is up to 27 assists, 39 points and 99 shots on goal in 43 games this season. The top-line center has assists in each of his last three contests to start the month of February. Producing at just below a point-per-game pace, Thomas sees enough ice time to give him strong value in fantasy. However, the Blues have struggled a bit offensively, scoring just 2.00 goals per game over their last 10 and knocking the value of all St. Louis forwards until they can find consistency.

Sam Reinhart C | FLA
Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Adds helper in win
Reinhart tallied the game-winning assist in Thursday's 3-2 victory over the Blues.
Reinhart's assist was a shot tipped in by Matthew Tkachuk with just under 12 seconds remaining in regulation. The 29-year-old winger is up to 30 assists, 61 points and 147 shots on net in 56 appearances this season. With the helper, Reinhart joined Leon Draisaitl, Kyle Connor and Mark Scheifele as the only four players in the NHL with 30-plus goals and assists this season. Playing on Florida's top line and power-play unit, Reinhart has incredible fantasy value for the rest of the 2024-25 campaign while chasing his career-high of 94 points from a year ago.

Aleksander Barkov C | FLA
Panthers' Aleksander Barkov: Dishes two helpers
Barkov registered two assists, including one on the power play, during Thursday's 3-2 win over the Blues.
Barkov's assists were on Florida's latter two goals Thursday, which helped Matthew Tkachuk score twice. The 29-year-old center is up to 37 assists, 50 points and 103 shots on goal in 46 appearances this season. Florida's top center is on a five-game point streak where he has nine total points. He has been exceptional on the power play during this stretch, posting four tallies with the man advantage. Barkov is rapidly climbing the NHL assist leaderboard and is tied for ninth in assists per game. He has top-tier value in fantasy moving forward.

Alexandre Texier LW | MON
Blues' Alexandre Texier: Might be available for Saturday
Texier (illness) might be available Saturday versus Chicago, per Lou Korac of NHL.com.
Nothing has been decided, but Texier's return is at least a possibility if his condition improves. He has four goals and nine points in 27 appearances. He will likely serve in a bottom-six capacity if he does draw back into the lineup.

Oskar Sundqvist C | STL
Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Nets goal in loss
Sundqvist scored a power-play goal and added two shots on net in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Panthers.
Sundqvist's tally was the only goal scored in the second period and tied the game at two apiece. The 30-year-old center is up to four goals, 10 points, 30 shots on net and 58 hits across 41 appearances in the 2024-25 campaign. At even strength, Sundqvist has been most regularly utilized as the third-line center. However, he has alternated with Brayden Schenn for the center spot on St. Louis' top power-play unit. Thursday's goal will help Sundqvist's case for more power-play time, but his fantasy file is one to fade until he produces consistently.

Seth Jarvis C | CAR
Hurricanes' Seth Jarvis: Records helper in loss
Jarvis posted an assist in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Wild.
The helper was Jarvis' first point over three games in February after he racked up 11 goals and four assists over 15 contests in January. The Hurricanes are still toying with their lines -- Jackson Blake got the first chance on the top line with Sebastian Aho and Mikko Rantanen following the team's blockbuster trade with Colorado, but Jarvis was in that spot Thursday. Jarvis has played pretty well this season, earning 20 goals, 21 assists, 124 shots on net, 72 hits and a plus-1 rating over 48 appearances.

Marat Khusnutdinov C | BOS
Wild's Marat Khusnutdinov: Garners assist Thursday
Khusnutdinov logged an assist and two blocked shots in Thursday's 2-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Khusnutdinov has two points and a plus-3 rating over his last five outings. The Wild are a little thin at forward, but the 22-year-old remains in a bottom-six role for now, as the team's center depth hasn't been impacted as heavily as the wings. Khusnutdinov is up to six points, 27 shots on net, 37 hits, 31 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over 52 appearances. It's unlikely he'll produce offense at a fantasy-relevant level for redraft formats in 2024-25.

Zack Bolduc C | MON
Blues' Zachary Bolduc: Tallies pair of points
Bolduc registered a goal, dished an assist, added three shots on net and blocked two shots in Thursday's 3-2 loss to Florida.
Bolduc scored the opening goal of the contest and assisted Oskar Sundqvist's tally on the power play. His two-point performance was his first form of offensive production since Jan. 11, ending a seven-game drought. The 21-year-old has six goals, 11 assists, 62 shots on net and 58 hits across 45 appearances this season. The NHL sophomore has already surpassed his rookie point total of nine tallies. While Bolduc plays with the third unit at even strength, he has seen spurts of power-play time with St. Louis' first unit. If Bolduc can make Thursday's performance a more regular occurrence, he will be an exciting fantasy file in future seasons.
