  • Wild's Brendan Gaunce: Lands on waivers

Gaunce was put on waivers Sunday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Gaunce has been a healthy scratch for the last two games but will remain with Minnesota for Monday's matchup against New Jersey if he passes through waivers. The 31-year-old forward has one assist, 11 shots on goal, seven blocked shots and 18 hits in 12 NHL outings this season.

  • Devils' Justin Dowling: Slings assist in win

Dowling notched an assist, three shots on goal and two hits in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Wild.

Dowling played in a fourth straight game Saturday, and he was able to snap his 10-game point drought. During the skid, he was also scratched 10 times. Dowling has been in the lineup as a bottom-six center, but his playing time is likely to decrease once Cody Glass (undisclosed) is ready to return. Dowling is at six points -- matching his career high -- while adding 31 shots on net, 45 hits, 21 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over 47 appearances.

  • Paul Cotter C | NJ

Devils' Paul Cotter: Tallies in Saturday's win

Cotter scored a goal in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Wild.

Cotter has three goals over his last 10 games while sticking in the lineup regularly on the fourth line. The 25-year-old has played a larger role at times, but even without Jack Hughes (shoulder), the Devils aren't short on forward depth. Cotter has 16 goals, 22 points, 85 shots on net, 232 hits, 47 PIM and a minus-11 rating through 74 contests in his first season with New Jersey.

  • Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Nabs power-play helper

Sundqvist recorded a power-play assist and two blocked shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Avalanche.

Sundqvist helped out on a Zachary Bolduc tally in the first period. The 31-year-old Sundqvist has mostly played a supporting role this season, though his work on the power play has helped bolster his overall production. He's at 18 points (six on the power play), 56 shots on net, 76 hits, 50 blocked shots, 30 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 60 outings in a bottom-six role.

  • Zack Bolduc C | MON

Blues' Zachary Bolduc: Scores power-play marker

Bolduc scored a power-play goal on five shots and added two hits in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Avalanche.

Bolduc dropped back to the third line with the return of Pavel Buchnevich from a four-game absence. Even with the smaller role, Bolduc was able to make an impact, as he stayed on the first power-play unit and cashed in at 10:57 of the first period. The 22-year-old is on the cusp of being a major power forward in fantasy. He's at 31 points over 65 outings this season, but he's earned 16 of them over 23 contests since the start of February. Bolduc has added 104 shots on net, 97 hits, 33 PIM and a plus-19 rating, and it's his growth this season that has helped contribute to the Blues' ability to overcome an early deficit to get into the playoff picture.

  • Sam Lafferty C | CHI

    Sabres' Sam Lafferty: Game-time call

Lafferty (groin) will be a game-time decision against the Capitals on Sunday, per Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News.

Lafferty might be an option to return from a four-game absence. He has produced two goals, five points, 42 shots on net and 80 hits in 50 appearances this season. If Lafferty plays versus Washington, Isak Rosen could be a healthy scratch.
