  • Boone Jenner C | CLB

Blue Jackets' Boone Jenner: Lights lamp Saturday

Jenner scored a goal, had two PIM and added three shots on net in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Senators.

Jenner's goal was a quick response to Ridly Greig's opening tally for the Senators, as Jenner tied the game at one piece just 31 seconds after the opening goal. The 31-year-old winger has five goals, 15 points and 44 shots on net in 16 games this season. Jenner has five points in his last four games and should be a steady contributor to the offense down the stretch for the Blue Jackets as they look to claim the second wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference. He should be available in most fantasy leagues and should be rostered in deeper formats.

  • Shane Pinto C | OTT

Senators' Shane Pinto: Posts two helpers in win

Pinto tallied two assists, blocked two shots and dished out two hits in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jackets.

Pinto's first assist of the night was a secondary helper on the first goal of the game before he dished out the primary pass on Jake Sanderson's go-ahead goal in the second period. Saturday's performance ended a six-game scoreless skid for Pinto, who now has eight points in 14 games across March. The 24-year-old Pinto is five points away from tying his career high of 35 points from the 2022-23 campaign. While there are more consistent centers in fantasy than Pinto, his showcase of playmaking Saturday is an encouraging sign for the future as he continues to develop chemistry with Ridly Greig on the third line.

  • Ridly Greig C | OTT

Senators' Ridly Greig: Tallies pair of points Saturday

Greig scored a goal, distributed an assist, had two shots on goal and dished out three hits in Saturday's 3-2 win over Columbus.

Greig found the back of the net seven minutes into the first period for the first tally on the scoreboard Saturday. He then picked up a secondary helper on Jake Sanderson's go-ahead goal in the second period. Overall, the 22-year-old Greig has 12 goals, 16 assists, 100 shots on net and 128 hits in 69 games this season. With his two-point night Saturday, he officially set a new career high in points with 28. Seven of those points have come in his last eight games, as Greig has crept onto the fantasy radar in deeper formats while filling a middle-six role.

  • Devils' Nico Hischier: Notches hat trick in win

Hischier scored three goals, one on the power play and another the game-winner, in Saturday's 5-2 victory over the Wild.

It was the second hat trick of the season for the 26-year-old, with the other coming Nov. 25 against Nashville. Hischier has risen to the occasion for New Jersey with Jack Hughes (shoulder) lost for the season -- over 13 games since Hughes was injured, Hischier has delivered eight goals and 15 points.

  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Pots goal No. 30

MacKinnon scored his 30th goal of the season in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Blues.

MacKinnon reached the 30-goal plateau for the fourth consecutive season and the seventh time in his career. The 29-year-old's numbers are down from a career-best 2023-24 campaign that saw him erupt for 51 goals and 140 points, but MacKinnon has still produced triple-digit points for the third time and remains one of the NHL's elite offensive talents.

  • Blues' Robert Thomas: Another multi-point effort

Thomas notched two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Avalanche.

The 25-year-old center produced his fourth straight multi-point performance by helping to set up tallies by Zachary Bolduc in the first period and Pavel Buchnevich in the third. Thomas has gotten onto the scoresheet in nine of the last 10 games, erupting for two goals and 17 points in that span as the Blues try to lock up a playoff spot. He needs one more goal to reach 20 for the third time in his career, and is two points away from his third 70-point campaign.

  • Flyers' Ryan Poehling: Three points including GWG

Poehling scored two power-play goals, one the game-winner, and added an even-strength assist in Saturday's 7-4 victory over the Sabres.

After having a hand in a Jakob Pelletier tally in the first period, Poehling helped put the game away in the third by producing his first multi-goal performance of the season. The power-play tallies were his first of the season as well, and they came in just 59 seconds of ice time with the man advantage. Poehling has stepped into a more prominent role of late and taken advantage, recording six goals and nine points over the last nine games.

  • Ryan McLeod C | BUF

Sabres' Ryan McLeod: Three helpers in loss

McLeod picked up three assists, one on the power play and one shorthanded, in Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Flyers.

The 25-year-old center collected a helper in each period in addition to one in each situation. McLeod has been hot in March, and over the last 12 games, he's produced three goals and 15 points. With 10 games left on the schedule for the Sabres, McLeod sits three tallies shy of his first career 20-goal campaign, and four points away from reaching 50 for the first time.

  • Akil Thomas C | STL

Kings' Akil Thomas: Stuck as healthy scratch

Thomas has played in just one of the Kings' last 20 games after being scratched again in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Maple Leafs.

Thomas' status with the Kings is in bad shape. When Tanner Jeannot (undisclosed) and Alex Turcotte (upper body) exited the lineup with injuries, the Kings opted to call up and play 28-year-old Jeff Malott instead of inserting Thomas into the lineup. Thomas hasn't helped his cause much in 2024-25, earning just three points, 19 shots on net, 37 hits and a minus-4 rating over 23 appearances. At this point, it's safe to assume Thomas won't play unless he's the only option available to enter the lineup.

  • Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Another empty-netter Saturday

Howden scored an empty-net goal in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Predators.

This was Howden's second straight game with an empty-netter, a category he leads the Golden Knights in with five this season. He's tallied five goals and added an assist over his last eight contests. The 27-year-old is up to 22 tallies, 36 points, 114 shots on net, 107 hits, 50 blocked shots and a plus-14 rating across 71 outings while mainly seeing bottom-six minutes this season.
