Jacob Trouba D | ANA
Ducks' Jacob Trouba: Picks up assist in win
Trouba notched an assist, two shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Lightning.
This was Trouba's second helper over 14 games since he was traded from the Rangers to the Ducks. The 30-year-old defenseman's offense hasn't taken off with his new team, but he has seen steady top-four usage while offering his usual physicality. Trouba is now at eight helpers, 65 shots on net, 74 hits, 111 blocked shots, 28 PIM and an even plus-minus rating over 38 appearances this season. He's on pace to miss the 20-point mark for just the second time in his career.

Jackson LaCombe D | ANA
Ducks' Jackson LaCombe: Scores again Sunday
LaCombe scored a goal and went plus-2 in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Lightning.
LaCombe has goals in back-to-back games and a total of five points over his last six outings. The 23-year-old defenseman is up to eight goals, eight assists, 57 shots on net, 52 blocked shots, 23 hits and a plus-4 rating through 32 appearances. As long as he's seeing top-four minutes and power-play time, he provides an interesting scoring profile for a blueliner, which is at least worth a look in fantasy.

Wyatt Kaiser D | CHI
Blackhawks' Wyatt Kaiser: Scores first career NHL goal Sunday
Kaiser potted his first career NHL goal in Sunday's 6-2 loss to the Rangers.
It took 71 NHL games, but Kaiser finally got his first marker after being set up by Frank Nazar late in the second period. Kaiser has points in back-to-back games after not being in the lineup for Chicago's prior five contests. The 22-year-old could be sent to AHL Rockford when Alec Martinez (neck) and Connor Murphy (groin) are ready to return, but Kaiser is skating alongside Seth Jones on the top pairing in the meantime. Through 30 appearances in 2024-25, Kaiser has contributed one goal and two helpers while averaging 17:37 of ice time.

Rasmus Ristolainen D | PHI
Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen: Notches pair of assists
Ristolainen logged two assists, five shots on goal and five hits in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Maple Leafs.
This was Ristolainen's second multi-point effort of the season. The 30-year-old defenseman has three helpers over his last four games, but that follows a 10-game drought. For the season, he's contributed modest offense (11 points) while adding 55 shots on net, 67 hits, 57 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating across 40 appearances in a top-four role.

Christopher Tanev D | TOR
Maple Leafs' Chris Tanev: Earns another assist
Tanev notched an assist, two shots on goal and five blocked shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.
Tanev has three helpers, a plus-3 rating and 14 blocked shots over his last four outings. The 35-year-old defenseman is up to 13 points through 40 contests, and he's earned seven of those points across the last 15 games. He's added a league-high 116 blocks and a plus-16 rating while seeing steady time on the second pairing.

Oliver Ekman-Larsson D | TOR
Maple Leafs' Oliver Ekman-Larsson: Nets goal Sunday
Ekman-Larsson scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.
Ekman-Larsson had gone 31 games without a goal entering Sunday. He has been moderately productive with three helpers over his last six contests. The 33-year-old defenseman is up to two tallies, 15 points, 66 shots on net, 55 hits, 37 blocked shots, 28 PIM and a plus-8 rating over 40 appearances. While he has just one power-play point, he continues to take a spot on the second unit, giving him a bit of upside for fantasy.
-
Morgan Rielly D | TOR
Maple Leafs' Morgan Rielly: Wins it in overtime
Rielly scored the game-winning goal in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.
Rielly ended a seven-game point drought, and the goal was his first since Nov. 5. The 30-year-old blueliner has remained in a first-pairing role during his slump. Goals have been hard to come by for Toronto's defense, but the team has gotten three tallies from its blue line over the last two contests, so things may be turning around. Rielly has five goals, 19 points, 72 shots on net, 58 blocked shots and a minus-10 rating over 41 appearances.

Ryan Lindgren D | SEA
Rangers' Ryan Lindgren: Nabs two helpers in win
Lindgren provided two even-strength assists in Sunday's 6-2 win over Chicago.
Lindgren recorded his first multi-point effort of the campaign in Sunday's victory. The defensive defenseman has been chipping in on offense recently -- Lindgren has generated one goal and three helpers over his last five games. The 26-year-old had just four points through 29 games before this stretch. The Minnesota native is at two goals, eight points and a minus-3 rating while averaging 19:37 of ice time through 34 appearances in 2024-25.

Matt Grzelcyk D | CHI
Penguins' Matt Grzelcyk: Offers helper Sunday
Grzelcyk notched an assist and two shots on goal in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Hurricanes.
Grzelcyk has four helpers over his last five games, though just one of those assists has come on the power play. The Penguins' defense is back to full health following Kris Letang's return Sunday, so Grzelcyk will need to be sharp at both ends of the ice to maintain his second-pairing role. For the season, the 31-year-old blueliner has 21 points, 52 shots on net, 53 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating over 41 contests.

Adam Fox D | NYR
Rangers' Adam Fox: Dishes two apples Sunday
Fox recorded two even-strength assists and went plus-2 in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Fox registered primary helpers on goals by Jonny Brodzinski and Filip Chytil. This was Fox's first multi-point effort since Dec. 11, a span of 10 games. The 26-year-old has just one goal this season, which is a disappointment for fantasy managers considering he potted 17 across 72 regular-season appearances in 2023-24. Fox's slight downturn in overall offensive production has coincided with New York's struggles this season, but given his pedigree, the right-shot blueliner could break out at any point. The 2020-21 Norris Trophy winner is up to 29 helpers and 30 points (11 on the power play) through 39 outings.
