Gustavsson is expected to start at home against the Islanders on Saturday, per Andrew Gross of Newsday.
Gustavsson stopped 29 of 32 shots en route to a 4-2 loss to Los Angeles in his last start Monday. He has a 14-9-4 record, 2.48 GAA and .912 save percentage in 27 outings in 2025-26. The Islanders rank 23rd in goals per game with 2.86. They did earn a 9-0 blowout victory over New Jersey on Tuesday, but the Islanders followed that up with a 2-1 shootout loss to Nashville on Thursday.

Vasilevskiy will protect the road goal versus the Flyers on Saturday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Vasilevskiy has won six straight outings, allowing just 15 goals on 155 shots in that span. The Lightning's defense has done well to keep his workload down during one of Vasilevskiy's best stretches of the season. The Flyers' offense has been sporadic lately -- over the last six games, they've been held to one goal three times, but they've scored five or more goals in the other three contests in that span.

Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Set to face Buffalo
Dostal is expected to start on the road against Buffalo on Saturday, per Heather Engel of NHL.com.
Dostal has a 13-11-2 record, 3.22 GAA and .887 save percentage in 28 outings with the Ducks this season. He's gone 0-4-1 over his past seven appearances while allowing 25 goals on 163 shots (.847 save percentage). It'll be difficult for him to rebound against Buffalo, which has won 12 of its past 13 games. The Sabres have averaged 3.54 goals per game over that stretch.

Daccord will protect the road goal versus the Hurricanes on Saturday, Ryan Henkel of The Hockey News reports.
Daccord will take his turn in the Kraken's goalie rotation, though he's in line for a tough matchup. He has won three of his last four games, allowing 11 goals and 121 shots in that span. The Hurricanes have scored 14 goals during their three-game winning streak.

DeSmith is set to start on the road against the Sharks on Saturday, per Mike Heika of the Stars' official site.
DeSmith has a 10-2-4 record, 2.33 GAA and .916 save percentage in 17 outings in 2025-26. He turned aside 23 of 24 shots en route to a 4-1 win over Washington on Wednesday. San Jose ranks 15th in goals per game with 3.12, but the team has 4.33 goals per game while going 5-1-0 over its past six matches.

Forsberg is expected to defend the road net against Edmonton on Saturday, per Jared Shafran of LA Kings Insider.
Even though he made a relief appearance in Friday's 5-1 loss to Winnipeg, the Kings still plan to turn to Forsberg for the second half of the team's back-to-back. He has posted a 6-6-3 record this season with one shutout, a 2.64 GAA and a .901 save percentage across 16 appearances. Edmonton is tied for fourth in the league with 3.39 goals per game during the 2025-26 campaign.

Hart won't be an option for Saturday's home matchup against St. Louis, and it's unclear when he will be ready to return to the lineup. He has a 5-3-3 record this season with a 3.28 GAA and an .871 save percentage across 12 appearances. Akira Schmid and Carl Lindbom will handle the goaltending duties for the Golden Knights until Hart or Adin Hill (lower body) receives the green light to return.

Cooley is set to start on the road against Pittsburgh on Saturday, Derek Wills of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.
Cooley is set to make his first start since Dec. 20 when he stopped 34 of 37 shots en route to a 6-3 win over Vegas. He's been used sparingly this season behind Dustin Wolf, but Cooley has held his own when called upon, posting a 4-4-2 record, 2.40 GAA and .914 save percentage across 13 appearances this season. Pittsburgh is tied for eighth in goals per game with 3.29, and the Penguins are on a six-game winning streak in which they've recorded at least four goals in each game.

Schmid is expected to start at home against St. Louis on Saturday, per SinBin Vegas.
Schmid entered Thursday's clash against Columbus during the first period because Carter Hart (lower body) had to exit the game. Schmid went on to earn the win while stopping 22 of 24 shots. The 25-year-old Schmid has a 12-4-5 record, 2.51 GAA and .895 save percentage in 22 appearances in 2025-26. St. Louis ranks 32nd in goals per game with 2.49. The Blues have been outscored 11-5 in two straight losses to fall to 17-20-8 on the season.
