  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Still not practicing

Wilson (shoulder) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice, John Hendrix of SI.com reports. Wilson is one of two Saints wide receivers to be held out of drills so far this week, but Chris Olave seems far more likely to miss time due to the concussion that he sustained this past Sunday in Carolina. Nevertheless, Wilson likely will need to practice in some capacity Friday in order to have a chance to suit up Sunday against the Falcons.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Misses practice with shoulder issue

Wilson (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday. Wilson missed some time during this past Sunday's loss at Carolina due to a shoulder injury but ultimately was able to finish out the contest on his way to two catches (on three targets) for 34 yards. With an absence from practice under his belt to begin Week 10 prep, his status will be on to monitor to see if he may be able to help fill in for Chris Olave, who emerged from Week 9 with a concussion following a big hit and may require a stint on injured reserve.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson Jr.: Week 10 Waiver Priority List

Wilson could be the No. 1 receiver for the Saints if Chris Olave (concussion) is out for Week 10 against the Falcons, and Wilson is worth adding in deeper leagues for 1 percent of your remaining FAB. Olave missed Week 7 against Denver with a concussion, and Wilson had six catches for 57 yards and a touchdown on seven targets against the Broncos. Derek Carr might lean on Wilson a lot against Atlanta, making him a sleeper to target in deeper formats.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Deals with injury again Week 9

Wilson reeled in two of three targets for 34 yards during Sunday's 23-22 loss versus Carolina. Wilson briefly exited with a shoulder injury during the second quarter but was able to return before the end of the first half. The 28-year-old ended up playing just under half of the Saints' offensive snaps, and he tied with Mason Tipton for the most targets of any of the team's wideouts. Neither receiver played a significant role even though WR1 Chris Olave was forced out with a concussion in the first quarter. Instead, running back Alvin Kamara and versatile tight end Taysom Hill led the team in targets with nine and five, respectively. Wilson logged a season-high seven targets when Olave was sidlined for the Week 7 loss to Denver, and he should therefore serve as one of the primary wideouts alongside Tipton if Olave ends up missing Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Returns versus Carolina

Wilson (shoulder) returned to Sunday's game against the Panthers, John Hendrix of SI.com reports. Wilson exited during the second quarter with a shoulder injury, but he returned at some point in the second half and caught at least one pass in the fourth quarter. The veteran should serve as one of the Saints' primary wideouts alongside Mason Tipton for the remainder of the game.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Injures shoulder Sunday

Wilson exited Sunday's game at Carolina due to a shoulder injury. Prior to his departure in the second quarter, Wilson hauled in his only target for 18 yards. In a game in which fellow WR Chris Olave (concussion) also left early following a scary hit, the Saints are down to Mason Tipton, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jermaine Jackson at the position.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Status in question for Sunday

Wilson (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest at Carolina, John Hendrix of SI.com reports. Wilson managed a pair of limited practices to wrap up Week 9 prep after sitting out Wednesday's session due to a hip injury, giving him a chance to be available Sunday. Meanwhile, fellow WR Bub Means (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game. With Rashid Shaheed (knee) out for the season, Wilson would be among the options behind Chris Olave for snaps and targets if he's active along with Mason Tipton, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jermaine Jackson.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: No practice Wednesday

Wilson (hip) didn't practice Wednesday. The same can be said for fellow wideout Bub Means, who emerged from the Saints' Week 8 loss to the Chargers with a high-ankle sprain. Wilson hasn't practiced since last Wednesday, when he was a limited participant, so he may need to return to the field in at least that capacity to have a chance to return to action Sunday in Carolina. At the moment, Chris Olave, Mason Tipton, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jermaine Johnson are the healthy options at the position on New Orleans' active roster.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: No practice Thursday

Wilson (hip) didn't practice Thursday. After logging a limited session Wednesday due to a hip injury, Wilson didn't mix into drills at all one day later, which is a somewhat worrisome sign in advance of the weekend. Friday's practice could be telling for his odds to suit up Sunday at the Chargers, but if he ends up being available, he'd help to fill the void left behind by Rashid Shaheed, who is out for the season following meniscus surgery.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Dealing with hip issue

Wilson was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to a hip injury. Wilson is coming off his two highest snap shares of the campaign and notched eight catches (on 10 targets) for 85 yards and one touchdown between Weeks 6 and 7. With Rashid Shaheed out for the rest of the season due to meniscus surgery and Chris Olave in the concussion protocol, Wilson has an opportunity to continue being relevant in the Saints offense, but a health concern now puts a potential wrench in that expectation.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Good to go vs. Denver

Wilson (ankle) was a full participant during Wednesday's walkthrough session and doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game against the Broncos. Wilson may still be at less than 100 percent, but he's played through the injury for most of the regular season and will do so again Thursday. Top wideouts Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (knee) have both been ruled out, so Wilson could be in store for a regular spot in three-wideout sets alongside Mason Tipton and Bub Means.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Still nursing ankle injury

Wilson (ankle) was listed as a limited participant on Monday's practice estimation. Wilson played through his ankle issue in the Saints' Week 6 loss to the Buccaneers, catching two of his three targets for 28 yards across 35 offensive snaps. The 28-year-old wideout is expected to continue playing through injury Thursday night in New Orleans' Week 7 matchup against the Broncos unless he downgrades to a DNP either Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Questionable to face Falcons

Wilson (ankle) didn't practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Atlanta, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports. Wilson played through an abdominal injury last week but now is in danger of missing a game due to an ankle issue. He was a full participant Wednesday before downgrading to limited Thursday and absent Friday. Rookies Mason Tipton and Bub Means are the top candidates to fill in as the No. 3 receiver if Wilson ends up inactive this Sunday.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Nursing ankle injury

Wilson (ankle) was limited during Thursday's practice session. Wilson was able to play in Week 3 against the Eagles after nursing an abdomen injury throughout the week. He was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, but it appears Wilson is now dealing with an ankle issue. Friday's final injury report will provide clarity on his status for Sunday's NFC South showdown against the Falcons.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Cleared to play Week 3

Wilson (abdomen) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Kat Terrell of ESPN.com reports. Wilson was limited in all three of the Saints' practices this week, but he avoided an injury designation and will have the green light to take the field Sunday. The 28-year-old wide receiver has yet to see a target this season.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Starts against 49ers

Wilson started Sunday's preseason game against the 49ers and caught one of two targets for five yards. Wilson and Chris Olave got most of the first-team snaps at wide receiver, with the former filling in for Rashid Shaheed (hamstring). It's a decent indication that Wilson is on track for the third or fourth spot on the depth chart, but he probably won't see a lot of targets even if he's on the field a good amount.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Quiet outing in preseason start

Wilson caught his lone target for one yard during Saturday's 16-14 preseason win over the Cardinals. He also returned two punts for 24 yards. Wilson did not make much of an impression while working in with New Orleans' first-team offense, which was on the field for the first two drives Saturday. The 28-year-old appeared to step in for the absent Rashid Shaheed (hamstring), as he also handled the team's punt-return duties throughout the first quarter. Wilson's role as a pass catcher may be limited, but his value as a backup punt returner may help him latch onto the Saints' final 53-man roster.

  • Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson: Finds end zone on two catches

Wilson caught two passes for 27 yards and one touchdown on four targets in Sunday's 56-19 loss to the Ravens. It's disappointing that Wilson couldn't draw more targets on a day when Jaylen Waddle (ankle) sat out, especially since the Ravens were without two of their leading corners (Brandon Stephens and Kyle Hamilton). The touchdown salvaged the game somewhat for Wilson, but whenever Waddle is healthy again Wilson will likely be reduced mostly to a blocker again. With that said, it's not clear whether Waddle might return against Buffalo in Week 18.

  • Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson Jr.: Week 17 Waiver Priority List

The Dolphins could be without Jaylen Waddle (ankle) in Week 17 at Baltimore, and Wilson could have the chance to help Fantasy managers in deeper leagues. He hasn't done much this season playing behind Tyreek Hill and Waddle, but he could see an expanded role if Waddle is out. It's a tough matchup against the Ravens, but Wilson could become an interesting streaming option in Week 17 against Baltimore.

  • Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson: Makes impact in narrow win

Wilson secured three of five targets for 42 yards during Sunday's 22-20 win over Dallas. Wilson tallied his highest yardage total since Week 7, in part due to Jaylen Waddle (shin) exiting in the third quarter. Should Waddle miss any further time, Wilson would stand to handle a more significant role behind Tyreek Hill, who recently dealt with an ankle injury of his own. Wilson could become an interesting streaming option in Week 17 against Baltimore.
