  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Accrues four receptions Sunday

Doubs recorded four catches (on five targets) for 28 yards during Sunday's 24-14 loss to the Lions. QB Jordan Love spread his 39 pass attempts around to nine different Packers, with Christian Watson leading the way with seven targets and Jayden Reed (5-113-0) the only one to have more than four catches and 40 yards. Moreover, Love didn't toss a touchdown for a second game in a row, leaving Doubs stuck on two end-zone visits through eight contests. Green Bay has a Week 10 bye on tap, so Doubs won't see action again until Sunday, Nov. 17 at Chicago.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Sleeper WRs

Doubs didn't have a big outing in Week 8 at Jacksonville with three catches for 72 yards on six targets, but Jordan Love (groin) was injured in the second quarter and eventually forced out of the game. In his previous two games, Doubs scored at least 17.4 PPR points in each contest against Arizona and Houston, and I like Doubs as a high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues in Week 9 against Detroit since Love is expected to play. Nine receivers have scored at least 13.1 PPR points against the Lions this season, and Doubs had nine catches for 95 yards against Detroit in Lambeau Field last season.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Sleeper WRs

Doubs has scored at least 17.4 PPR points in each of his past two games, and I like him as a borderline starter in all leagues against the Jaguars in Week 8. Jacksonville is No. 4 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, and Doubs just had 10 targets in Week 7 against Houston for eight catches and 94 yards. Jayden Reed is a must-start receiver for the Packers in all leagues, but Doubs is right behind him. Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks are boom or bust receivers, but this is a great matchup to consider all of Green Bay's passing options in Week 8.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Leading receiver in Week 7 win

Doubs caught eight of 10 targets for 94 yards in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Texans. Doubs has produced two strong performances since being suspended for a game by the Packers, scoring two touchdowns in Week 6 against the Cardinals before leading the team in targets, catches and receiving yards in the win over Houston. No teammate had more than six targets or 48 receiving yards in Sunday's win, though Doubs wasn't on the receiving end of any of Jordan Love's three touchdown passes. Doubs will look to keep building momentum in Week 8 against the Jaguars.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Week 7 Waiver Priority List

Like teammate Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs is worth adding in all leagues for at least 10 percent. He returned from his one-game suspension for conduct detrimental to the team in Week 5 and had three catches for 49 yards and two touchdowns on four targets against the Cardinals, and he should continue to be a significant factor for Green Bay all season.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Two TDs in return from suspension

Doubs caught three of four targets for 49 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-13 win over the Cardinals. Doubs scored his first touchdown of the season on a 10-yard catch in the second quarter, then added a 20-yard touchdown grab in the third. Back in the Packers' good graces after being suspended by the team for the Week 5 win over the Rams, Doubs will look to build on this performance in a Week 7 home game against the Texans, for which Green Bay may not have depth option Dontayvion Wicks (shoulder) in its receiving corps.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Back in for Week 6

Coach Matt LaFleur said Friday that Doubs will play Sunday against the Cardinals, Paul Bretl of ESPN Radio reports. Doubs will return after being suspended by the team for the Week 5 win over the Rams. It remains to be seen if Christian Watson (ankle) also will rejoin a Packers receiving corps led by Jayden Reed. Doubs has caught 12 of 20 targets for 169 yards through four appearances in 2024.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Avoids injury report

Doubs (suspension) wasn't listed Wednesday on the Packers' first Week 6 practice report, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. After sitting out this past Sunday's win at the Rams due to a one-game suspension for conduct detrimental to the team, Doubs met with Green Bay brass and had the ban lifted by the team Monday. He then rejoined his teammates on the practice field Wednesday without limitations, setting him up to be available Sunday against the Cardinals. With Christian Watson (ankle) returning to practice as a limited participant Wednesday, there seems to be a slight chance the Packers will have their full allotment of wide receivers available Week 6. However, a high-ankle sprain typically results in a multi-game absence, and Watson has missed just one contest thus far.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Week 6 Waiver Priority List

Doubs is expected to return in Week 6 against the Cardinals after being suspended in Week 5 against the Rams due to conduct detrimental to the team. Hopefully, Doubs comes back and is a focal point of the offense, and he can still be a serviceable No. 3 Fantasy receiver in the majority of leagues. He hasn't done much this season, and in two games with Jordan Love, Doubs is averaging just 8.5 PPR points per game. But he's capable of more, and he's worth stashing on your bench for at least 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Has suspension lifted

Doubs' suspension was lifted by the Packers on Monday, per the NFL's transaction log. Doubs missed practice last Thursday and Friday due to a personal matter, and he was suspended for Week 5's contest against the Rams on Saturday. Per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com, a meeting Monday between Doubs and members of the Packers organization went well. Coach Matt LaFleur later told Wes Hodkiewicz of the team's official site, "I'm not gonna get into the specifics, but I think it was productive, and we look forward to getting him back on Wednesday." Doubs is in line to rejoin his teammates at Wednesday's practice as the Packers prepare for a second straight game without wide receiver Christian Watson, who is tending to a high-ankle sprain.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Expected to practice Wednesday

Doubs (suspension) plans to practice Wednesday after a meeting with the Packers on Monday "went well," Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports. Doubs was suspended for Green Bay's Week 5 win over the Rams for conduct detrimental to the team. The wide receiver was reportedly frustrated with his lack of targets. If he and the team have hashed out their differences, Doubs could be back in the mix against the Cardinals in Week 6. Prior to the suspension, Doubs had been filling a starting role in Green Bay's young receiving corps.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Suspended for Week 5

The Packers have suspended Doubs for Sunday's game against the Rams due to conduct detrimental to the team, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Doubs did not make the trip to Los Angeles, and his absence in Week 5 will loom larger than normal since the Packers are also expected to be without fellow wideout Christian Watson (ankle), who is listed as doubtful. According to Schneidman, Doubs has reportedly had expressed frustration in his role within the offense, despite being tied for the third-most targets and playing 38 more snaps than any Packers wide receiver. General manager Brian Gutekunst suggested that the team is confident that it will be able "to move forward in a positive manner" with Doubs, so for the moment, the expectation is that the 24-year-old will be back in the fold for a Week 6 matchup with the Cardinals. Expect Dontayvion Wicks and Bo Melton to both take on substantial roles alongside Jayden Reed in the expected absences of Doubs and Watson in Week 5.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Doubtful for Sunday

Doubs (personal) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game at the Rams, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Doubs missed practice Thursday and Friday, and the Packers apparently consider him a long shot to rejoin the team in time for Sunday's game. With fellow wideout Christian Watson (ankle) also listed as doubtful and seemingly even more unlikely to play, there's a big opportunity ahead for WRs Dontayvion Wicks and Bo Melton alongside Jayden Reed.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Away Thursday for personal matter

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that Doubs didn't practice Thursday due to a "personal reason," Ryan Wood of USA Today reports. LaFleur said that while he hopes Doubs will be back with the team for their final practice of the week Friday, the coach acknowledged that the wideout's status for Sunday's game against the Rams is uncertain for the moment. If Doubs rejoins the Packers and suits up Sunday, he could be in store for a slight uptick in snaps with fellow wideout Christian Watson (ankle) trending toward sitting out against the Rams. After Watson was limited to just nine snaps in this past Sunday's 31-29 loss to the Vikings due to the injury, Doubs drew a season-high eight targets, finishing the day with four catches for 39 yards.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Records four catches in Week 4

Doubs reeled in four of eight targets for 39 yards during Sunday's 31-29 loss to the Vikings. With Malik Willis starting in place of Jordan Love (knee) the previous two games, Doubs combined for a 4-80-0 line on five targets. On Sunday, game script led Love to put up 54 passes, and Doubs was one of four Packers pass catchers to see at least eight targets. Dontayvion Wicks led the way with 13 (for 5-78-2), while Tucker Kraft (6-53-1 on nine targets) and Jayden Reed (7-139-1 on eight targets) were the other two. Meanwhile, Christian Watson left in the first half with an ankle injury and didn't return. Doubs has yet to reach the end zone through four contests after scoring eight TDs in 2023, and he's recorded just 12 catches for 169 yards on 20 targets to date. His rapport with Love should reap dividends at some point, but so far Doubs' output has been lacking with two different signal-callers directing Green Bay's offense.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Limited to one reception

Doubs was targeted twice and caught one pass for 18 yards in Sunday's 30-14 victory over the Titans. Doubs had a respectable showing in Week 2 with the Packers leaning on the run game behind backup quarterback Malik Willis, but he could not repeat that performance in similar surroundings Sunday. Starting signal caller Jordan Love (knee) could return in Week 4, which would be a benefit for Doubs and all of Green Bay's pass catchers. Either way, though, the Packers are spreading out the opportunities -- eight receivers or tight ends played at least 11 snaps Sunday -- which makes it tough to trust Doubs on a week-to-week basis.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Leading receiver in win

Doubs brought in all three targets for 62 yards in the Packers' 16-10 win over the Colts on Sunday. Doubs tied for the team lead in receptions while setting the pace in receiving yards, as he was on the other end of Malik Willis' longest pass play of the day (39 yards). Doubs was the only Packers wideout to cross the 50-yard threshold while Willis ran a mostly conservative game plan and Green Bay leaned heavily on Josh Jacobs and its defense. The third-year wideout has produced a 7-112 line on 10 targets over his first two games as a Week 3 road date with the Titans approaches.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Records 50 yards in Week 1 loss

Doubs caught four of seven targets for 50 yards in Friday's loss against the Eagles. Doubs' biggest gain came on the Packers' third offensive play of the game, when he registered a 19-yard reception. The third-year wideout was pretty quiet thereafter, though he did lead Green Bay with seven targets and finished second with 50 receiving yards. Quarterback Jordan Love spread the ball around pretty evenly between Doubs, Jayden Reed (six targets) and Christian Watson (five targets), but Doubs was the only one of the trio not to catch a touchdown in the season-opening loss. Doubs figures to remain substantially involved in the team's offense Week 2 versus the Colts, though the Packers' potential for success in the passing game could hinge on the health of Love, who left the game in the waning seconds of the final period with an apparent leg injury.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Clear for Week 1

Doubs (hand) doesn't have a designation for Friday's game against the Eagles in Brazil, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Doubs surprisingly was included on Green Bay's first Week 1 injury report with a hand issue, which capped his reps at Tuesday's practice and led to an estimated limited listing Wednesday. Having said that, he logged a full session to end the week and thus is ready for the team's season opener. Doubs is coming off a 59-674-8 line on 96 targets in 17 regular-season games in his second campaign as a pro in 2023.

  • Packers' Romeo Doubs: Limited with hand injury

Doubs (hand) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice. Doubs said he's dealing with a hand contusion and that his recovery is a "day-to-day process," per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com. It sounds like an issue Doubs will be able to play through during Friday's regular-season opener against the Eagles in Brazil, but it's possible it could impact the third-year wideout's ability to make difficult catches. As such, it will be worth monitoring what Doubs is able to do during practice over the next two days.
