    Gray (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 8 game against New England. Gray will need to wait at least one more week before making his NFL debut. The rookie linebacker has been on IR since the start of the campaign but was designated to return Oct. 7. Though he won't play against the Patriots on Sunday, Gray was able to log a trio of full practices this week. His 21-day practice window expires Monday, so Tennessee will need to either activate him then or rule him out for the remainder of the campaign.

The fourth-round rookie is still waiting to make his NFL debut but has been practicing fully the last couple weeks as he works his way back from a nerve-related issue. The Titans have another week of practices before they need to activate Gray or have him revert to IR for the remainder of the season.

    Gray (shoulder) was placed on the Titans' reserve/injured list Thursday, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports. The Titans' rookie fourth-round pick is dealing with a nerve-related issue in his shoulder. There's no set timeline for his return, but Gray will be forced to sit for at least the first four games of the season. With the Titans on a bye for Week 5, the earliest Gray can return would be for Week 6 against the Colts on Oct. 13.
