Roy (ankle) was spotted working out during Minnesota's minicamp Wednesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
The 2023 fifth-round pick out of LSU missed the Vikings' final two games last season with an ankle injury, but it now seems as if he's moved past the issue. Roy will likely be competing for a depth role on Minnesota's defensive line this offseason after posting eight total tackles in 12 games during his rookie campaign.

The 2023 fifth-round pick out of LSU was held out of practice all week with an ankle issue, so it's no surprise that he'll be inactive in Week 17. Roy has logged eight total tackles, including one tackle for loss, in his 12 appearances this season, and Sheldon Day will likely see increased work on the Vikings' defensive line in Roy's stead.
