Drury will start in right field and bat third in Tuesday's game against the Rockies, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

With the Mets dealing with a plethora of injuries in their outfield, the recently signed Drury will get the opportunity to bat in the middle of the lineup against Colorado.

Garcia was recalled by the Nationals on Tuesday, Jesse Dougherty of The Washington Post reports.

Garcia has a fair amount of prospect pedigree and is still just 21 years old, but he's shown very little in 46 major-league games thus far in his career. His poor 75 wRC+ at least comes with a respectable .270 batting average, but his .299 on-base percentage and .355 slugging percentage are both far from good enough. A .235/.293/.426 line in 17 games for Triple-A Rochester to start this season hardly suggests he's about to break out. Victor Robles (ankle) landed on the injured list in a corresponding move.

Miller went 1-for-4 with two runs scored in Monday's 6-5 win over Detroit.

Miller has played in both games since he was called up. The 24-year-old batted seventh and played third base Monday. He's expected to fill a utility role while Franmil Reyes (oblique) is sidelined into July. Miller has struck out five times in nine plate appearances so far -- something he'll need to cut back on to stick in the lineup.

Rosario went 1-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Monday's 6-5 win over Detroit.

The shortstop led off the sixth inning with a single and stole second base before coming around to score on a Harold Ramirez single. Rosario could be in line for near-everyday at-bats since Andres Gimenez was sent down to Triple-A Columbus last week. The 22-year-old Rosario has slashed .248/.309/.372 with two home runs, 11 RBI, 18 runs scored and four stolen bases in 40 games this season.

Turang has gone 11-for-30 (.366) with a double, a triple, four RBI and a 4:5 BB:K over his last seven games with Double-A Biloxi.

Turang is seeing action at the Double-A level for the first time, and after picking up just three hits over his first eight games, he's picked up the pace in a big way. With the Brewers having acquired fellow shortstop Willy Adames, it seems unlikely Turang will make his MLB debut this year. However, he spent spring training with the big-league club and is one of the Brewers' top prospects, so he could at least reach Triple-A if he keeps producing at the plate.

Polanco (right ankle) appeared as a pinch runner and played second base in Monday's win over Baltimore. "We prefer him to feel nothing, but I think he's going to be OK to play going forward," manager Rocco Baldelli told, MLB.com.

Polanco did not start for a fourth consecutive game due to a sore ankle, which is concerning given that he's had ankle injuries the past two seasons. Last season, he played with a bone spur and a small bone chip in his right ankle which ultimately required offseason surgery. However, it's promising that he was able to appear as a pinch runner, as it doesn't seem likely the Twins would employ him that way if the ankle was a major concern.

Semien went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Monday's loss to the Rays.

Semien belted his 12th home run of the season in the bottom of the 10th inning, a two-run shot to tie the game at seven. The 30-year-old continues to have an impressive month of May at the plate, hitting .359 with seven homers, 20 RBI and two stolen bases through 22 games.

Haggerty was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday due to right shoulder inflammation.

It's unclear as to when the shoulder issue surfaced, but he'll need to spend at least the next 10 days on the injured list following this move. Ty France (wrist) was activated from the IL in a corresponding move.

McNeil's hamstring strain is a significant one and is expected to keep him out until late June, Justin Toscano of The Bergen Record reports.

The Mets have managed to limp to first place in a rather mediocre NL East despite a significant injury crisis, but that crisis won't be letting up any time soon, as both McNeil and Michael Conforto are expected to miss another month with their hamstring strains. Jose Peraza has been the primary second baseman in McNeil's absence and should remain in the role for now, though his .610 OPS could send the Mets searching for alternatives.

Polanco (ankle) remains out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Orioles, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Polanco will be on the bench for a fourth consecutive game due to right ankle soreness. Andrelton Simmons will start at shortstop while Nick Gordon takes over at second base.
