Moustakas (heel) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Giants.

He'll be out of the lineup for the third day in a row due to the heel injury, which has disrupted a solid stretch for Moustakas, who was slashing .318/.385/.455 over his previous seven starts. However, Moustakas will be available off the bench Monday, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports. Kyle Farmer will fill in at first base, the position that Moustakas has been playing since Joey Votto (thumb) was placed on the 10-day injured list May 7.

Newman went 0-for-3 with a walk and his first stolen base of the season in Sunday's 4-1 loss to San Francisco.

His overall numbers (.204/.236/.255) remain abysmal, but he has shown glimmers of hope with a .236 batting average in 72 at-bats since April 24. Primarily due to injuries of his teammates, Newman has batted second in the lineup over the last five games. He ranks second among all shortstops with a 3.5 WAR on defense and his competition for playing time, Erik Gonzalez, is batting just .149 since April 25.

Devers went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and two strikeouts in Sunday's 6-5 loss to the Angels.

Devers capped off a four-run rally in the fifth inning Sunday with his second home run in as many games to put the Red Sox in the lead. The 24-year-old is now slashing .278/.354/.583 with 11 home runs, 34 RBI and 26 runs this season.

Arenado went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 5-3 loss to St. Louis.

Arenado opened the scoring with his first-inning blast, his third straight game going yard, and tallied an additional single in the sixth. Over his last four games, Arenado is 9-for-15 with four extra-base hits and he's now slashing .300/.353/.563.

Maton went 3-for-4 with two home runs, four RBI, a stolen base and and a strikeout in Sunday's 10-8 loss to the Blue Jays.

Maton has now returned to the starting lineup in each of the last four games, and he had the best performance of his career to help keep the Phillies in the game Sunday. He's now hitting .316 with two home runs, seven RBI and six runs this season.

McMahon went 2-for-5 with a double, a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 7-6 loss to Cincinnati.

The infielder reached on a fielder's choice in the first inning and stole second, but he was left stranded. In the fourth, he added a double and scored on Josh Fuentes' two-run double. McMahon has hit safely in five of the last six games, going 7-for-23 (.304) with a home run and four doubles in that span. For the season, he's slashing .269/.315/.506 with nine home runs, 26 RBI, 28 runs scored and two stolen bases in 168 plate appearances.

Chapman went 3-for-4 with three RBI in Sunday's 7-6 win over Minnesota.

Chapman opened the game's scoring with his RBI single in the second inning. He later plated runs in the fifth and seventh innings on a sacrifice fly and another base knock. The slugging third baseman has just two multi-hit games this month, both coming in his last seven appearances. Chapman is slashing .225/.327/.387 with 18 RBI through 42 games.

Riley went 2-for-2 with three walks and a run scored in Sunday's 10-9 loss to the Brewers.

Riley reached base in all five plate appearances Sunday. He came around to score following a walk in the seventh inning. The 24-year-old raised his slash line to an impressive .291/.405/.394 through 153 plate appearances. It was hit fourth multi-hit performance of the month.

Davis (hand) will join Triple-A Syracuse for a rehab assignment this week, Deesha Thosar of the New York Daily News reports.

The Mets originally expected the 28-year-old to be activated from the injured list this weekend, but he'll instead head to Triple-A for some rehab games. Davis has been sidelined for a little over two weeks, so he should need only a couple games in the minors to get back up to speed.

GM Ben Cherington said Sunday that Hayes (wrist/hand) is expected to begin a rehab assignment within "the next several days," Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The 23-year-old shifted to the 60-day injured list last weekend and isn't eligible to be activated until early June, so he's not on the cusp of his return. Hayes could build up slowly during the rehab stint with over two weeks until he can rejoin the active roster.
