Lenyn Sosa 3B | CHW
White Sox's Lenyn Sosa: Not in Monday's lineup
Sosa is not in the lineup for Monday's contest in Baltimore.
Sosa has been an everyday player of late while splitting time between second base and third base, but he'll take a seat in the series opener versus the Orioles. Nicky Lopez will cover second base and Miguel Vargas will start at third base for the White Sox.

Gino Groover 3B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Gino Groover: Moves up to Double-A
The Diamondbacks promoted Groover from High-A Hillsboro to Double-A Amarillo on Sunday.
Groover started at third base in his Amarillo debut in Sunday's 12-5 loss to Arkansas, going 4-for-5 with a double, two runs and an RBI. The 22-year-old was moved up to Amarillo after producing an .817 OPS in 175 plate appearances at Hillsboro.

Royce Lewis 3B | MIN
Twins' Royce Lewis: Provides clutch three-run homer
Lewis went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Blue Jays.
Lewis had the Twins only extra-base hit of the afternoon, taking Chad Green deep in the eighth to give Minnesota a one-run lead. The home run was Lewis' first since Aug. 12, and Sunday marked his first game reaching base multiple times since then. Perhaps more noteworthy than Lewis' breakthrough performance at the plate was the fact that he played three innings at second base, where he could see more exposure in September as Minnesota looks to see where he and rookie infielder Brooks Lee fit best defensively alongside shortstop Carlos Correa (heel). Though Lewis has met expectations at the plate with an .879 OPS, he's struggled with throwing errors at third base. Lee possesses better arm strength and could be a preferable option at the hot corner to Lewis, whose throwing issues would be a lesser concern at second base.

Ernie Clement 3B | TOR
Blue Jays' Ernie Clement: Homers Sunday
Clement went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a stolen base in Sunday's loss to the Twins.
Clement had the Blue Jays' only extra-base hit of the afternoon and was the only player in the lineup with more than one hit. Clement took Bailey Ober deep in the opening frame and later singled and stole a bag in the eighth. The 28-year-old finished with 17 RBI in 27 games in August and also now has three steals over his last six starts. For the year, he's slashing .261/.284/.423 with 11 homers, 46 RBI, 39 runs, 11 steals and a 9:33 BB:K in 361 plate appearances.

Isaac Paredes 3B | CHC
Cubs' Isaac Paredes: Drives in three Sunday
Paredes went 2-for-4 with a walk, a run scored and three RBI in Sunday's 14-1 win over the Nationals.
Paredes collected two of the team's 18 hits in the easy victory. The infielder has been struggling overall with his new team, batting just .184 with a .608 OPS across 29 games in Chicago, though he is riding a four-game hitting streak during which he's gone 5-for-12. Paredes will continue to see regular playing time as he looks to build up further momentum with the Cubs.

Santiago Espinal 3B | CIN
Reds' Santiago Espinal: Game-winning knock in extras
Espinal (shin) entered as a pinch hitter and went 1-for-1 with an RBI in Sunday's 4-3 extra-innings win over the Brewers.
Espinal walked off Milwaukee in the bottom of the 11th inning, when he rapped a pinch-hit single off the pitcher's leg to plate Rece Hinds with the winning run. He hasn't started a game since injuring the shin Friday, but Espinal has appeared as a pinch hitter in the subsequent two games.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Guardians' Jose Ramirez: Launches 250th career homer
Ramirez went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Sunday's 6-1 win over the Pirates.
Ramirez's homer was the 250th of his career. He ranks second only to Jim Thome (337) in Cleveland franchise history. Ramirez hit .269 in August but made an impact with six homers and 14 stolen bases over 29 contests for the month and will be chasing his first 40-homer season in September. Overall, the third baseman has a .275/.331/.531 slash line with 34 homers, 105 RBI, 100 runs scored. 34 stolen bases, 31 doubles and one triple through 134 contests this season. Through Sunday's action, only Ramirez and Aaron Judge have 100 each of RBI and runs scored in 2024.

Suarez started Arizona's massive eight-run second inning with an RBI single, and he added a solo shot in the third to pad the lead to 9-0. The third baseman has been locked in for power with four homers and 16 RBI over his last nine games, going 12-for-35 (.343) in that span. The infielder hasn't been a big threat on the basepaths this year, going 9-for-13 on stolen-base attempts. Rojas has added a .234/.315/.351 slash line, seven home runs, 26 RBI, 44 runs scored, 18 doubles and two triples over 410 plate appearances, mainly serving as a strong-side platoon option at third base.
