Wisdom went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Monday's 6-2 loss to the Brewers.

Appearing in a game for just the fourth time in the last two weeks, Wisdom managed his 21st home run of the season. His career high is 28, though he seems unlikely to reach that number in his smaller role, which has been the result of Jeimer Candelario joining the team at the trade deadline. Wisdom can still provide some pop, but his fantasy appeal is diminished as a bench player.

Lewis went 2-for-4 with a grand slam, two runs scored and a walk in Monday's 10-6 win over Cleveland.

For the second day in a row, Lewis belted a grand slam. He's gone deep four times over his last six games and is 14-for-47 (.298) in 12 games since returning from the injured list. The 24-year-old infielder is now slashing .317/.366/.521 with eight long balls and 28 RBI through 153 plate appearances.

Peraza is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Tigers.

For the first time since being called up from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre last Tuesday, Peraza will take a seat. He had started at either third base or shortstop in each of the past six games, going 2-for-20 with one walk against eight strikeouts. Oswaldo Cabrera will get the starting nod at the hot corner in Peraza's stead Monday, but both players could see ample opportunities on the left side of the infield down the stretch while the non-contending Yankees shift their focus to evaluating some of their younger players.

Garcia is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Pirates.

Garcia is just 5-for-29 (.172 average) at the dish since seeing an 18-game hitting streak come to an end Aug. 17, so manager Matt Quatraro decided to give him a day to clear his head. Matt Duffy will man the hot corner in Garcia's place.

Kieboom is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Blue Jays, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.

Kieboom will hit the bench in favor of Ildemaro Vargas after he had started each of the past four games at third base while going 3-for-15 with a home run and a double. Though he's a few years removed from being one of the top prospects in the Washington farm system, Kieboom is still just 25 years old and could get a look as an everyday player in the infield down the stretch while the 61-70 Nationals play out the string.

Devers (wrist) will start at third base and bat second in Monday's game against the Astros, Christopher Smith of The Springfield Republican reports.

Devers was held out of Sunday's loss to the Dodgers with a right wrist issue, but after precautionary X-rays returned negative, he's feeling good enough to rejoin the lineup one day later. Fantasy managers in weekly formats can feel comfortable inserting Devers in lineups as the Red Sox kick off a six-game week.

Rafaela was recalled from Triple-A Worcester on Monday, Ian Browne of MLB.com reports.

Rafaela has dazzled at the plate and on the basepaths between stops at Worcester and Double-A Portland this season, slashing .302/.349/.520 with 20 home runs and 37 stolen bases over 485 plate appearances. The Red Sox are now ready to give one of their top prospects a shot at the top level, though Rafaela won't immediately enter the lineup. Even with Jarren Duran (toe) on the injured list and Wilyer Abreu (personal) on the paternity list, Rafaela may be limited to a fourth-outfielder role since the trio of Alex Verdugo, Adam Duvall and Masataka Yoshida typically serves as Boston's starting outfielders.

Chapman was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday with a right middle finger sprain.

Chapman initially suffered the injury two weeks ago in a weightlifting incident, and the issue flared up on him in Sunday's loss to the Guardians, necessitating an MRI. He batted just .152 while attempting to play through the injury. Santiago Espinal, Davis Schneider and Cavan Biggio are the likely candidates to pick up playing time while Chapman is out.

Chapman underwent an MRI on his right middle finger after exiting in the sixth inning of Sunday's 10-7 loss to the Guardians, MLB.com reports.

Toronto lost both starters from the left side of the infield Sunday, as shortstop Bo Bichette left after five innings due to a sore right quadricep. Bichette's removal was described as precautionary, while Chapman's inflamed right middle finger is believed to be more of a concern since it's an aggravation of a previous injury he suffered two weeks earlier during a weightlifting accident. Chapman ended up missing three consecutive games initially after suffering the injury, but the Blue Jays likely won't have an update on how much time he might miss this time around until the results of his MRI are read. For now, the veteran third baseman can be viewed as day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener versus the Nationals.

LeMahieu went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's loss to the Rays.

LeMahieu was on the latter end of back-to-back jacks for the Yankees against Zack Littell in the third inning. He's now reached safely 13 times in his last six games and has four home runs over that span after only homering twice throughout June and July. For the year, LeMahieu is slashing a mediocre .247/.326/.397 with 12 homers, 34 RBI, 42 runs and a 43:97 BB:K in 436 plate appearances.
