Jonah Bride 3B | TEX
Athletics' Jonah Bride: Two more hits Wednesday
Bride went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Wednesday's win over Pittsburgh.
Bride's logged multiple hits in back-to-back games, boosting his slash line to .304/.407/.348 through his first 27 plate appearances this season. The 27-year-old Bride struggled to a .548 OPS in his rookie campaign, though he posted a .993 mark with eight home runs in 43 games this year with Triple-A Las Vegas. Bride should continue to see regular starts at third base on a rebuilding Oakland team and could be worth a look in deeper fantasy leagues.

Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN
Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Three hits, triple in loss
Hayes went 3-for-5 with a triple and a run scored in Wednesday's loss to the Athletics.
Hayes now leads the league with five triples on the season. He's been on fire at the plate following a sluggish start to the year -- he's hit safely in seven straight games, going 14-for-28 (.500) with a double, two triples and two home runs in that span. Hayes' hot streak has boosted his slash line to .250/.295/.404. He has four homers, 24 RBI, 30 runs scored and six stolen bases across 244 plate appearances this season.

Rodolfo Castro 2B | PHI
Pirates' Rodolfo Castro: Homers, drives in three Wednesday
Castro went 2-for-4 with a double, a homer and three RBI in Wednesday's 9-5 loss against the Athletics.
Castro got Pittsburgh on the board with a solo shot off Hogan Harris in the second inning before driving in two more runs with a double in the fourth. Castro's been swinging a hot bat, going 10-for-27 (.370) over his last eight games. The 24-year-old Castro has earned a regular role between shortstop and second base in Pittsburgh. He's slashing .268/.360/.436 with six homers, 21 RBI and 17 runs scored through 172 plate appearances this season.

Gunnar Henderson 3B | BAL
Orioles' Gunnar Henderson: Back in action Wednesday
Henderson (back) will hit sixth and start at third base Wednesday versus the Brewers.
Henderson was removed from Saturday's 4-0 loss to the Giants due to lower-back discomfort and had been held out of the lineup each of the past three games due to the issue. Fortunately for Henderson and the Orioles, the issue wasn't anything that warranted a trip to the injured list, and he looks ready to take back his near-everyday role in the Baltimore lineup.
-
Matt Chapman 3B | SF
Blue Jays' Matt Chapman: Back in lineup Wednesday
Chapman (toe) will start at third base and bat fifth in Wednesday's game against the Astros.
Chapman was unable to play in Tuesday's 5-1 win after he developed an infected ingrown toenail that was removed Monday. After testing out the toe in a pregame workout without incident, he'll be back at his usual spot in the field at the hot corner. Santiago Espinal will return to the bench with Chapman back in action.

Nick Senzel 3B | LAD
Reds' Nick Senzel: Knee issue considered minor
Reds manager David Bell said Wednesday that Senzel (knee) could return from the 10-day injured list when first eligible, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Senzel was placed on the injured list Tuesday due to irritation in his right knee, but it's nothing overly concerning and it sounds like he'll be back in the fold for the Reds late next week. He'd been on a streak of solid production before the injury, though Elly De La Cruz is now up with Cincinnati to command regular starts at third base. Senzel will likely have to find his playing time in a crowded outfield mix.

Royce Lewis 3B | MIN
Twins' Royce Lewis: Back in action Wednesday
Lewis (forehead) will start at third base and bat seventh in Wednesday's game against the Rays.
After exiting late in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Guardians when he suffered a laceration to his forehead along with a sore shoulder following his involvement in an on-field collision, Lewis sat out Tuesday's 7-0 loss in the series opener. Fortunately for the Twins, the 24-year-old looks like he'll be good to go moving forward after getting two full days off to recover from the injury. He should handle a near-everyday role at third base after posting a .680 OPS through his first six games since being activated from the 60-day injured list in late May.

Edmundo Sosa 3B | PHI
Phillies' Edmundo Sosa: Role declining
Sosa is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Tigers.
Even with Alec Bohm (hamstring) recently landing on the injured list, Sosa hasn't been able to recapture an everyday role at the corner spot opposite Kody Clemens. Drew Ellis has instead emerged as the Phillies' preferred third baseman, but both he and Sosa will take a seat Wednesday while Josh Harrison mans the hot corner.

Nolan Arenado 3B | ARI
Cardinals' Nolan Arenado: Swats two-run homer
Arenado went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's loss to the Rangers.
Arenado opened up the scoring in the first with a two-run blast to left-center field to give the Cardinals an early lead. The 32-year-old now has four extra-base hits and six RBI over his last six games and owns an impressive 2:1 BB:K over that span. For the year, the seven-time All-Star is slashing .263/.312/.448 with 11 homers, 41 RBI, 28 runs and a 17:48 BB:K over 253 plate appearances.
