Realmuto is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers.

He'll receive a breather as the Phillies close out their series with the Dodgers with a day game after a night game. Rafael Marchan will check in behind the dish. Realmuto has gone 5-for-16 with two runs, two stolen base and one RBI while starting each of the previous five games.

Fortes (neck) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game in Atlanta.

Fortes will be on the bench for a fourth game in a row while he contends with a stiff neck. Liam Hicks will get another start behind the dish, but the fact that the Marlins haven't called up another catcher from the minors over the last few days suggests that the team isn't too concerned about Fortes requiring a stint on the injured list.

Torrens (forearm) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.

Torrens was scratched from the lineup Saturday due to a forearm contusion and will sit for a second straight game Sunday. Hayden Senger will receive another start behind the plate for the Mets.

Moreno is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

With Sunday's contest beginning at 1:35 p.m. ET, Moreno will get a breather after he caught all eight innings of Saturday's 4-3 loss. Jose Herrera will get the nod behind the dish in the series finale in Washington.

Trevino went 2-for-3 with a walk, a home run, two RBI and two additional runs scored in Saturday's 11-7 win over Milwaukee.

Trevino extended an early Cincinnati lead to 7-0 with his first home run of the season, a two-run shot in the fourth inning. He's the primary fill-in for the injured Tyler Stephenson (oblique) and has gone 5-for-12 over the last four contests.

Garver went 0-for-2 with two walks in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Giants.

Despite the release of Mitch Haniger during spring training, Garver has started just four of Seattle's first nine games of the season. Three of those have come at catcher, so that the Mariners could keep the big bat of Cal Raleigh in the lineup as the designated hitter. Garver is only 1-for-14 with three walks and five strikeouts in five appearances overall to begin the year, and the presence of Rowdy Tellez and Luke Raley will continue to limit his opportunities at DH.

Naylor went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Saturday's loss to the Angels.

Naylor notched his first long ball and second RBI of the season with a solo shot to center field in the third inning. It's been a rough start to the campaign for the backstop, as he's slashing just .174/.269/.304 with a 3:8 BB:K through 26 plate appearances. However, he seems to have a stranglehold on catching duties for Cleveland, with backup Austin Hedges logging just four plate appearances so far.

O'Hoppe went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run in a 10-4 victory versus the Guardians on Saturday.

O'Hoppe belted one of four Angels homers against Cleveland ace Tanner Bibee, launching a two-run shot to center field in the fifth inning. It was the third straight game with a long ball for the backstop, who is tied for fourth in the league with four home runs on the campaign. O'Hoppe boosted his slash line to .320/.346/.800 with Saturday's three-hit performance.

Langeliers went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run, two total runs and three walks in Saturday's 7-4 victory versus Colorado.

Langeliers tested the control of Rockies hurler German Marquez in the win, drawing three walks against the veteran righty. The powerful backstop then belted a 429-foot, two-run homer off reliever Scott Alexander in the seventh frame. Langeliers is enjoying a strong start to the season with a .250/.382/.571 slash line, three home runs, seven RBI, five runs and a 6:5 K:BB through 34 plate appearances.

Sanchez went 1-for-3 with a walk and two RBI in Saturday's game against the Royals.

Sanchez drew his third start of the season Saturday and recorded his first hit of the campaign on a two-RBI single in the second inning. He's started every third game behind the dish to give Adley Rutschman rest, and he's likely to remain strictly a backup given the presence of Rutschman and Baltimore's wide range of options at designated hitter.
