Stanton went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer and a walk in Tuesday's 12-1 win over the Mariners.

Stanton set the tone early with a 434-foot rocket to left field in the first to get the Yankees on the board. He also singled in the ninth to cap off a multi-hit performance. The long ball was his 15th of the season and his first since June 28. Overall, the 31-year-old is slashing .270/.367/.494 with 22 extra-base hits, 42 RBI, 29 runs scored and a 35:74 BB:K over 270 plate appearances.

Collins went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-3 win over Minnesota.

Collins becomes a more significant piece to the White Sox after it was learned that Yasmani Grandal will miss 4-to-6 weeks with a torn tendon in his left knee. Collins has struggled at the dish in the majors, including at the start of 2021, but he's slowly building respectable numbers. Since June 1, Collins is slashing .314/.386/.471, upping his season average to .236 in the process.

Canha (hip) will run and play catch Tuesday and has a "slight chance" of being activated for this weekend's series against the Rangers, which begins Friday, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Manager Bob Melvin said last week the outfielder would likely be unavailable through next week's All-Star break, but the 32-year-old is apparently progressing well in his recovery. Even if Canha is unable to return this weekend, his recovery so far indicates he should be available for the first game out of the break July 16 versus Cleveland.

Ohtani is batting second as the starting pitcher Tuesday against the Red Sox.

Ohtani will remain in the lineup as the pitcher despite his last start resulting in the Angels being forced to remove him in the first inning.

Brantley (side) is back in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Athletics, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Brantley was a late scratch from Saturday's lineup because of soreness in his right side. He remained sidelined during Sunday's series finale in Cleveland, but he appears to feel better entering the series against Oakland. He'll hit second as the designated hitter while Yordan Alvarez mans left field against Chris Bassitt.

Soler is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Reds, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

The 29-year-old went 1-for-3 with an RBI double Monday, and he is now hitting .206 in his last 10 games. Ryan O'Hearn gets the start in right field Tuesday, with Whit Merrifield getting a day as the designated hitter.

Choi went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs in a win over Cleveland on Monday.

Choi's second multi-hit effort in the last seven games pushed his season slash line to an impressive .270/.387/.420 across 119 plate appearances. Choi has already matched his homer (three) and RBI (16) totals from 2020 in nine fewer games, and both his average and OBP are currently sitting at career highs.

Reyes went 3-for-5 with a homer, a double and five RBI in Monday's 9-8 loss to the Rays.

Reyes powered Cleveland's offense all night, knocking an RBI single in the fourth inning, a two-run homer in the fifth and a two-run double in the sixth. It was his first game all season with more than three RBI and his third multi-RBI game since the start of May. He's gone 6-for-14 (.429) in three games since returning from the injured list. Reyes' season OPS is up to .915 with 24 extra-base hits through 172 plate appearances.

Alvarez (paternity) returned to the Astros' 26-man roster Monday, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The slugger missed three games but will surely be back in the Astros' lineup when they begin their series against the Athletics on Tuesday. Alvarez hit .250 with three homers and nine RBI in eight games before going on paternity leave.

Torrens went 1-for-3 with a three-run homer in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Rangers.

Torrens slammed a three-run bomb in the fourth inning off Mike Foltynewicz to open up a 3-0 lead. The catcher has hit home runs in back-to-back games, although he is batting just .179 over his last eight games. On the season, he is slashing .209/.267/.455 with nine long balls and 19 RBI in 146 plate appearances. The 25-year-old is in a fairly even timeshare behind the plate with Tom Murphy.
