Keaschall suffered a fractured right forearm after getting hit by a pitch in Friday's game against the Angels, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Keaschall was taken out of the game in the third inning after taking a pitch off his arm in the first, and it now appears he'll miss at least several weeks as a result of the incident. The Twins are also navigating injuries to Willi Castro (oblique) and Royce Lewis (hamstring), so they may turn to their farm system for help filling the latest gap in their infield.

Keaschall was removed from Friday's game against the Angels after getting hit on the hand by a pitch, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Keaschall took a pitch off his hand/wrist in the first inning, and although he ran for himself after getting plunked, he didn't come out of the dugout for his next at-bat. The Twins should provide an update on the 22-year-old once they take a closer look at him, but he can be considered day-to-day for now.

Smith isn't in the lineup for Friday's game against Atlanta, Jody Jackson of Bally Sports Arizona reports.

The lefty-hitting Smith will stay put in the D-backs' dugout while left-hander Chris Sale toes the slab for Atlanta. Randal Grichuk will enter the lineup as Arizona's DH and bat third.

Burleson is not in the lineup for Friday's contest against the Brewers.

The Cardinals plan to give Nolan Gorman -- who is at designated hitter Friday -- a run of playing time, and it could come mostly at the expense of Burleson. The 26-year-old Burleson is hitting .276 on the young season but has yet to homer.

Suzuki (wrist) is batting third as the designated hitter Friday against the Phillies.

Suzuki was scratched from Wednesday's starting nine due to a recurrence of a wrist issue, though he's good to go following Thursday's team off day. The 30-year-old has cooled off a bit lately with a .208 batting average (5-for-24) in his past six contests, but it's been a productive start to the campaign overall with six homers, 20 RBI, 14 runs and a .276/.354/.540 slash line in 99 plate appearances.

Diaz went 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base Thursday against the Diamondbacks.

Diaz continues to swing a hot bat, recording his third three-hit game in his last five starts. He also stole his second base of the season, which is notable because his career high in a campaign is three, and he had zero stolen bases across each of the last two seasons.

Devers went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Mariners.

Devers extended a hitless streak to 16 at-bats and finished Boston's seven-game homestand 2-for-23, which caused his batting average to dip below .200. He's had a few pockets of hitless runs in 2025, including a historic season-opening slump, when Devers struck out 15 times in his first 19 at-bats. On the bright side, he worked another eight walks during the homestand, and his 18.3 walk percentage is a career high.

Rooker isn't in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rangers.

Rooker's performance has been trending in the right direction as of late, as he's gone 8-for-25 with three homers, five RBI and eight runs scored over the past week. He'll take a seat Thursday for the first time this season, opening up a spot in the lineup for Seth Brown to serve as the Athletics' designated hitter.

Flores is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Brewers, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

It's a routine day off for Flores, who has clubbed seven home runs and driven in a major-league-leading 27 runs this season. Heliot Ramos is getting a start at designated hitter Thursday, while Luis Matos is in left field and batting ninth.

Polanco is not in the lineup for Thursday's game in Boston.

The switch-hitting Polanco remains limited from the right side of the plate as he manages a side injury, so he'll take a seat as the Red Sox send southpaw Garrett Crochet to the bump. Cal Raleigh is in the designated-hitter spot Thursday, while Mitch Garver starts at catcher.
