Wyatt Langford OF | TEX
Rangers' Wyatt Langford: Held out of Sunday's lineup
Langford (hamstring) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Kansas City.
The 22-year-old departed Saturday's 15-4 win due to right hamstring tightness and will miss at least one start while the Rangers wait for the results of his MRI, according to Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News. Corey Seager will serve as the DH while Langford sits on Sunday, as Josh Smith starts at shortstop and Ezequiel Duran at third base.

Mitch Garver DH | SEA
Mariners' Mitch Garver: Swats pair of doubles Saturday
Garver went 2-for-5 with an RBI double and another two-bagger in a win over the Astros on Saturday.
Garver plated Jorge Polanco with his fourth-inning double, giving him his fourth RBI over the last seven games. The veteran offseason acquisition's solid performance Saturday notwithstanding, the early portion of his Mariners tenure qualifies as a considerable disappointment that's illustrated by his anemic .152/.262/.315 slash line and 32.7 percent strikeout rate across 107 plate appearances.

Andrew McCutchen DH | TEX
Pirates' Andrew McCutchen: On bench Sunday
McCutchen is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rockies.
After starting both of the past two games while going 1-for-8 at the dish, McCutchen appears to be getting a breather for Sunday's afternoon contest. With McCutchen on the bench, Edward Olivares will enter the lineup as the Pirates' designated hitter.

J.D. Martinez DH | NYM
Mets' J.D. Martinez: Out of Sunday's lineup
Martinez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.
Manager Carlos Mendoza will continue the trend of sitting Martinez for the series finale, which is now the case for the third straight series since the veteran slugger made his season debut April 26. DJ Stewart will bat fifth as the designated hitter Sunday.

Willie Calhoun DH | LAA
Angels' Willie Calhoun: Gaining traction in everyday lineup
Calhoun will serve as the Angels' designated hitter and cleanup batter in Sunday's game against the Guardians.
Calhoun will stick in the starting nine for the third straight game after going 4-for-8 with two doubles and one run to begin his tenure with the Angels. At least while Miguel Sano (knee) and Anthony Rendon (hamstring) are on the injured list, the lefty-hitting Calhoun should be in store for regular starts as the Angels' DH against right-handed pitching.

Harold Ramirez DH | WAS
Rays' Harold Ramirez: Stepping out of lineup
Ramirez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game versus the Mets.
Ramirez went 3-for-8 with a run and three strikeouts while starting the first two games of the series but will take a seat for Sunday's finale. Amed Rosario will receive a turn at designated hitter while Richie Palacios starts at the keystone.

Shohei Ohtani DH | LAD
Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani: Mashes eighth homer
Ohtani went 3-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's win over Atlanta.
Ohtani kicked off the bottom of the third with a leadoff home run, jumping on a hanging four-seamer from Bryce Elder to give the Dodgers a 3-0 lead. The superstar slugger also drove in a second run on a single in the fourth and finished the contest with three hits for the fourth time this season. Ohtani has now driven in at least one run in eight of his last 11 games, and he extended his hitting streak to four games with Saturday's performance.

Wyatt Langford OF | TEX
Rangers' Wyatt Langford: Departs with hamstring tightness
Langford exited Saturday's game against the Royals in the fifth inning due to right hamstring tightness, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Langford slowed up noticeably while trying to beat out a dribbler in front of the plate in the top of the fifth inning and was removed for defense prior to the bottom of the frame. The rookie figures to be sent for an MRI to determine the extent of the injury. Langford was hitless in three plate appearances Saturday before being lifted.

O'Hearn isn't in the Orioles' lineup Saturday against the Reds, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
