The Athletics traded Fujinami to the Orioles on Wednesday in exchange for Easton Lucas, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.

Fujinami's stat line remains significantly inflated from his disastrous run as a starter this season. However, he boasts a 2.77 ERA and 0.85 WHIP alongside a 13:0 K:BB across 13 innings since June 20. Fujinami will most likely serve in middle relief as part of the Orioles bullpen.

Fujinami is expected to be traded, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Fujinami's destination is not yet known. The 29-year-old was a disaster in the Athletics' rotation earlier this season but has found a home in the bullpen, particularly of late with a 1.64 ERA and 12:0 K:BB over his last 11 innings. Fujinami seems likely to fill a middle-relief role wherever he lands.

Berroa was recalled from Double-A Arkansas on Wednesday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Berroa has offered a mixed bag this season at Arkansas, posting a 2.93 ERA with 69 strikeouts over 46 innings, but also 31 walks. Big strikeout totals and lots of free passes are nothing new for the hard-throwing right-hander, and the Mariners will be hoping the 23-year-old provides more of the former in his first big-league stint.

The Mariners purchased Sweet's contract from Double-A Arkansas on Wednesday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Sweet earned the promotion after collecting a 1.54 ERA and 47:8 K:BB over 35 innings at Arkansas. The 26-year-old will be making his major-league debut when he gets into a game.

Campbell was optioned to Double-A Arkansas on Wednesday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Campbell doesn't deserve to be sent down, having tossed 3.2 hitless innings with six strikeouts. However, the Mariners need some bullpen reinforcements and he went 1.2 frames Tuesday. Campbell will be back eventually.

Adcock was optioned to Double-A Arkansas on Wednesday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Adcock has a nice 3.45 ERA and 11:4 K:BB over 15.2 innings since being promoted last month. However, he had pitched each of the last two nights, including two innings Tuesday, so he's being sent out in favor of a fresh arm.

Cox was recalled from Triple-A Omaha on Wednesday.

Cox has pitched well across eight appearances -- two starts -- in the majors this season, posting a 3.05 ERA and 19:10 K:BB over 20.2 innings. He will likely be available in relief for now, although he could be an option to take Daniel Lynch's (shoulder) rotation spot.

The Angels recalled Silseth from Triple-A Salt Lake on Wednesday.

Silseth will make just his second major-league start of the year Wednesday against the Yankees after taking five underwhelming rotation turns at Triple-A. The 23-year-old right-hander holds a career 6.08 ERA in the big leagues and is not a recommended fantasy streamer.

The Angels optioned Herget to Triple-A Salt Lake on Wednesday.

Herget has yielded nine earned runs on 19 hits and five walks over 16 innings of relief this season at the major-league level. Chase Silseth will take his place on the roster and serve as a spot starter Wednesday against the visiting Yankees.

The Blue Jays transferred Cimber (shoulder) to the 60-day injured list Wednesday.

Cimber remains shut down nearly a month into an IL stint with a right shoulder impingement. He's now ineligible to return until late August.
